It was such an amazing activity! Orhan gave us a little history lesson and guided us on what to do before we got started. Everything was going great until I began mixing some beads and sticking them on my lamp. I didn't like the color combination and felt a bit disappointed, but Orhan was so understanding. His wife, Esra, even helped me choose colors that would work better. They reassured me that it was okay, and I felt much better. My husband and I ended up creating very colorful patterns and designs, unlike the other guests, but the final result was stunning. When we turned our lamps on, it felt like New Year’s Eve! This is an absolute must-do activity when visiting Antalya—don’t hesitate, just book it! Five stars to Orhan and Esra!

Orhan gave us a fascinating deep dive into the history of mosaics, while Esra, with her great expertise, patiently guided me through making a lamp and helped me choose the perfect color combinations. They’re such a lovely couple, and they even had little snacks and tea ready for us! This has become one of my happiest memories of the trip, especially since I now have a physical keepsake to take home. I accidentally chose the wrong option, but they were so kind in letting me make the lamp instead (with a small extra fee, which was very reasonable). Esra is also preparing a perfume workshop, so I’m hoping to join that next time I’m in Antalya!
