The condition of the quads was disappointing—quite aged with little maintenance, including issues like no brakes and helmets and goggles that weren't in the best condition. Everything felt rushed: the dromedary ride, followed by the quad ride, then an immediate departure for Marrakech. Unfortunately, we missed out on the Moroccan tea and pastries, which were supposed to be part of the service. For the price, the value wasn't quite there. On the positive side, the guide and staff were very welcoming and attentive, which was appreciated.

The activity had the potential to be perfect, but unfortunately, it was delayed by 45 minutes due to other customers arriving late, followed by a stop to buy a phone card, which added another hour to the delay. This left us with only 1 hour of quad time instead of the promised 2 hours. The taxi had return times to respect, so we couldn't extend the tour. We hope for a commercial gesture to make up for the lost time and inconvenience.

The experience could have been much better. We were picked up as scheduled, but the driver took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to the location, only to realize we were picking up other people along the way. We understood there would be additional pickups, but not to this extent. After that, we spent another 45 minutes in transit. We had a time constraint and knew that this would cut into our activity time. The original plan was 1 hour of camel riding and 2 hours of quad biking, but in the end, we only had 20 minutes of camel riding and 1 hour of quad biking. We were also supposed to have tea under a tent, but that didn’t happen. Despite the delays, the driver was very kind and friendly, and the organizer offered a dinner show as an apology, which we couldn’t take due to our schedule. The quad activity itself was nice, and the people there were great, but it's a real shame considering the high price we paid, and we didn’t receive the full service. We spent more time in the car than actually participating in the activity.

We received a text message the evening before departure with the location and time for the meeting point, and the van arrived right on time. After picking up a few other participants, we started with quad biking instead of camel riding. The guide's explanation was limited, as he didn't speak English, so communication was difficult, but he was very helpful. The views were stunning, and we enjoyed some tea along the way. Afterward, we were taken in another car to a desert camp where we had the opportunity to ride camels. We expected to be taken back to our riad after the ride, but we had to wait for other participants, which delayed our departure by an hour. Although we were offered plenty of fresh water, it would have been helpful to know in advance that the return would be much later than expected. The camp itself was beautiful and even had a swimming pool, but unfortunately, we didn't bring swimwear.

A perfectly organized trip with activities that filled the entire time from 2 PM to 9 PM. The transfer, quad biking, visit to the argan oil factory, followed by a meal, bonfire, fire show, and group dances created an amazing atmosphere. We went on this excursion yesterday afternoon, returning around 9 PM. Our guide, Meriam, was fantastic—she was perfect from start to finish. However, we felt the experience was a bit pricey, especially since the dinner was cold (the soup and couscous) and of average quality (we’ve had better meals on other excursions, like at the Ouzoud waterfalls). While quad bikes were very fun I do wish we could’ve really just GONE FOR IT however that’s just my “need for speed” side, but it was slightly irritating having to stop and wait for everyone to catch up yet I do understand it and nobody can really be blaned, it just dampened it for me slightly. but other than that our entire excursion was perfection. The food was also absolutely amazing and the fireshow was enjoyable. Would 100% book again in a heartbeat with the same tourgide. 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience! I highly recommend this agency, the driver was fantastic from start to finish, he drove very well, and accompanied us on the various stages with music and singing in the van, fantastic! Our guide Mohamed was impeccable, he made himself available for any of our needs, he was always there with us, trying to make our experience perfect. The quad ride was beautiful, unfortunately we didn't do the camel ride because it was already dark, but it was our choice. The camp was beautiful with a direct view of the desert, top welcome and entertainment! The fire games were also beautiful but short. Overall I highly recommend this experience if you want to try something adrenaline-filled but at the same time relaxing. However, I recommend the camp to involve all the groups during their shows, repeat them if necessary, unfortunately while they were singing around the fire our group was still eating dinner. TOP

Very good experience, the transport is very good, it has air conditioning ☺️ It was amazing to ride a Moto 4, some adrenaline is very cool. Riding a camel was also really cool but unfortunately the weather wasn't very pleasant. Dinner was excellent, served quickly, very tasty and very traditional. We had the opportunity to experience Berber music with a super fun show. At the end of the experience we were surprised by an incredible fire show. It's an experience that is well worth doing if you come to visit Morocco. We had the happy fortune of being accompanied by an excellent guide YIDIR, always ready to help and very friendly. The weather was a bit unstable, but we were able to enjoy the experience. Thank you very much

At the tented camp, you can enjoy both camel and quad rides (we chose not to ride the camels, as we don’t support animal tourism). Hello, for those only attending the meal and show, there’s a long wait of over three hours with not much to do while waiting for others. It would be nice to have an activity for those staying on-site during that time. The guides, however, were extremely friendly and welcoming—nothing to complain about there. As for the food, I wasn’t a fan, especially the couscous, which was too salty for my taste. That said, the guides were excellent throughout the experience.

We had an excellent time on this trip, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay in Marrakech. The food was tasty, the entertainment was fantastic, and the desert was stunning. The only small improvement I’d suggest is providing a bit more information during the van ride—like why we stopped for water and how long the breaks would last. It’s a minor detail, though, as everything else was truly a wonderful experience.

I must say that our guide, Abdoul, was very professional and attentive throughout the experience. He even tried to get us a quad for a private tour, which we later enjoyed in a fun session after the group left. The dinner was average, similar to what you'd find in the Medina, and the show was a bit dull—just men playing instruments around a bonfire, with no music during dinner, making the atmosphere quite flat. The small group size was nice and comfortable. However, the air conditioning on the bus was almost non-existent, and we were very hot on the way to the desert. The quad ride was the highlight of the day. Also, they didn’t pick us up from our riad as promised, and we had to walk about 15 minutes to the meeting point, though they did drop us closer on the way back.

It was a fantastic afternoon! We left for the Agafay desert around 4 pm and arrived at the activity center, which was very welcoming and beautifully decorated. There was tea for everyone, and musicians played lively Gwana music. They even invited guests to dance in a joyful, close-knit circle. While some people enjoyed camel rides and others went on quads, we relaxed with a book, enjoying the music. Later, we gathered around a bonfire with more music and dancing. Dinner was served buffet-style with tagines, couscous, and other traditional dishes—simple but very enjoyable. A fire show followed, and then we made our way back to Marrakech, arriving around 10:45 pm. I highly recommend this tour! Our guide, Rachid, was engaging, attentive to everyone's needs, and happy to share insights into Berber and Muslim culture.
