This tour was an incredible experience from start to finish! The boat trip to Kekova was absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning views of the sunken city and crystal-clear waters. The perfect weather made the entire journey even more enjoyable, and the peaceful atmosphere on the water was simply unforgettable. Our guide was fantastic, providing fascinating insights into the history and culture of the region. Visiting Myra and the Church of Saint Nicholas was a highlight—the ancient rock tombs were impressive, and the church was beautifully preserved, full of rich history. The Turkish food served during the trip was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the experience. Everything was well-organized, making the day seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a mix of adventure, history, and natural beauty. It’s a must-do when visiting the region!

This tour was a fantastic experience despite the rainy weather! Our driver and tour guide were wonderful—punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They made the journey enjoyable, and we were lucky to have a great group of fellow travelers, which made the experience even better. The itinerary was well-paced, allowing plenty of time at each stop without feeling rushed. The Myra rock tombs were fascinating, though the rain slightly limited the views. Even so, the history and atmosphere of the site were incredible to take in. A big thank you to Excursionmania for organizing such a smooth and enjoyable tour. This was my first trip with them, and I was truly impressed by their professionalism and service. I will definitely be booking more tours with them in the future—it’s the best agency I’ve used in Turkey so far!

We had an absolutely fantastic time on this tour! It was definitely the highlight of our holiday so far. The information provided throughout the trip was fascinating, and we even learned a few Turkish words along the way, which made the experience even more special. Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, sharing so many interesting facts that really brought the history to life. The bus driver was also fantastic, making sure the journey was smooth and comfortable. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. If you're in Kemer, I highly recommend this tour. It’s well-organized, informative, and a great way to explore the area. A big thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience!

This tour had some great moments but also a few downsides. The positives—our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, sharing interesting details throughout the trip. The stop at Demre was the highlight for me, offering fascinating historical insights. The lunch stop was enjoyable, and the boat ride itself was peaceful and relaxing. The negatives—unfortunately, my name was missing from the pick-up list, which caused a delay of about 15-20 minutes while sorting it out. Some of us had to switch between multiple buses to accommodate different languages and adjust for no-shows, which made the start of the trip feel a bit disorganized. A few of the drivers didn’t seem particularly careful, which was a little concerning. The biggest letdown was the glass-bottom boat—it didn’t really live up to expectations, as the view of the sunken city was disappointing. There was also an unscheduled stop at a gem store, which felt unnecessary. Despite these minor setbacks, the day had its enjoyable moments, and I would still recommend it for those who love history and scenic boat rides.

This tour was a mix of highs and lows. It was wonderful to meet new people and visit Myra, Kekova, and St. Nicholas' Church, but the schedule felt rushed. We were only given 25 minutes at each site, which wasn’t nearly enough time to fully appreciate them. The biggest frustration was an unexpected stop at a rock shop before reaching our first destination. After already spending three hours on the road due to multiple hotel pickups, it felt disappointing to have precious time taken away for a shopping detour that wasn’t part of the itinerary. Had this been removed, we could have spent more time at the actual highlights of the trip. The entrance fee to St. Nicholas' Church was €17 (they do accept cards), but instead of letting us explore at our own pace, the guide rushed us through, making it hard to truly take in the site. Additionally, not everyone in the group could understand the English explanations, which made the experience less engaging for some. While the guide was knowledgeable and kind, there were moments when it felt like the focus was more on selling extras rather than giving us the best possible experience. Despite these issues, the locations themselves were stunning, and we covered a lot of ground in a single day. Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip, but the unexpected twists—especially the time wasted at the rock shop—left me feeling a bit disappointed. With a few adjustments to the itinerary, this could be an exceptional tour!

This was a great experience for the whole family! The tour offered plenty of interesting sights, and our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, providing fascinating insights along the way. The journey itself was enjoyable, with opportunities to take in the beautiful landscapes and even meet fellow travelers. A few tips for those planning to go—have breakfast at your hotel since the first stop offers overpriced food. Also, bring plenty of water, as it’s essential for a long day of exploring. Cash is a must since many places along the way cater to tourists with high prices, and card payments aren’t always an option. One downside was the unnecessary stops, which extended the trip longer than needed. These detours took away valuable time that could have been spent at the actual attractions. Despite that, the main sights were absolutely worth it, and we had a fantastic day overall. If you’re prepared, it’s definitely a great tour to experience!

Was a great trip with beautiful scenery and a fascinating look into the local history, thanks to our knowledgeable guide. The journey itself was enjoyable, but be prepared for a long drive from Antalya. One downside was the first coffee stop, which felt like a tourist trap—€15 for two cups of machine coffee and a few buns was a complete rip-off. If you’re planning this tour, I strongly recommend bringing your own breakfast to avoid overpriced food. Also, having bottled water available on the coach would have been a nice touch. That being said, Myra was absolutely stunning and well worth the visit. Despite the small inconveniences, it was an overall enjoyable experience, and I would recommend it to anyone interested in history and scenic landscapes!

The destinations on this tour were absolutely stunning, with the boat trip and swimming stop being the highlight of the day. The scenery was breathtaking, and the experience of exploring these historical sites was truly memorable. However, there were a few issues that made the trip less enjoyable. Firstly, the organization and communication from the tour operator could have been much better. Our guide lacked enthusiasm and did not introduce himself at the start, leaving us unsure of the schedule or how long the transfers would take. The pick-up process was frustrating—we were collected an hour before the advertised start time, and the transfer took a staggering 4.5 hours from Lara Beach due to numerous stops. The return journey was slightly faster at 3.5 hours, but overall, we spent 8 hours in transit on a 14-hour excursion, which felt excessive. The lunch provided was quite basic, mostly consisting of pasta and salad, with fresh orange as the only dessert. Additionally, the minibus and coach were uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was not strong enough, making the long journey feel even more tiring. The guide also spent a lot of time discussing unrelated topics such as inflation and economics, which wasn’t ideal for those hoping to relax or rest during the trip. Despite these drawbacks, the tour itself was worthwhile for the incredible locations, but the overall experience could definitely be improved with better organization, clearer communication, and a more efficient transfer system. If you're prepared for the long journey, the sights alone make it a trip worth considering!

This was a fantastic tour, well-organized from start to finish! We were picked up from our hotel in a mini-van before transferring to a comfortable, air-conditioned tour bus for the journey. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything in great detail, which made the experience even more enriching. The highlight of the trip was definitely the boat tour at Kekova, which lasted around 2–2.5 hours and included a 30-minute swimming break. The scenery was breathtaking, and sailing between the islands was an unforgettable experience. I’d highly recommend bringing a change of clothes or swimwear, as the boat had changing rooms and showers, making it easy to freshen up. After the boat tour, we headed to Demre for a sit-down lunch, which was included in the package. We then visited St. Nicholas’ Church and Myra, both of which were fascinating stops. However, keep in mind that the entry fee for St. Nicholas’ Church is an additional €17 per person, so it’s worth checking if it’s included in your tour price. One thing to note—breakfast is not included, but there is a stop where you can purchase it. However, the prices were extremely high (TLR 600 for one breakfast and two coffees!), so I’d recommend eating at your hotel beforehand to avoid the markup. Overall, this was a great trip, and I would highly recommend it. The Kekova sunken city boat tour was an absolute standout, and the entire experience was well worth it!

While the tour wasn’t exactly what we expected, the locations were absolutely stunning, making it a worthwhile experience. The boat ride in particular was a highlight—it was peaceful, scenic, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Our host was friendly, welcoming, and informative, making sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. Although there were a few aspects that didn’t quite match our expectations, we were still glad we went and got to explore such beautiful sights. Overall, if you’re looking for a scenic adventure with incredible views, this trip is definitely worth considering!

When I decided to celebrate my mother’s birthday abroad, Antalya immediately came to mind. With its rich history and breathtaking landscapes, it felt like the perfect destination. Given her Christian background, we chose the Sunken City Kekova, Demre, and Myra Day Tour, drawn in by its connection to Saint Nicholas. Despite some initial concerns about mixed reviews, the experience turned out to be quite enjoyable. Highlights: The tour covered stunning historical locations, starting early at 6:55 AM and ending around 7 PM. Since our hotel was near the old city, our departure was quick, but those staying in Lara had an additional hour of travel. The tour group was mixed with both English and Russian speakers, which meant the guide had to switch between languages. Although I never caught our guide’s name, it seemed like a joint effort among different agencies, pooling travelers together. The lunch was surprisingly good, despite some previous negative reviews. My chicken was well-cooked, and my mother enjoyed her non-spicy lamb. While the restaurant felt more like a café, the food and service were satisfactory. Kekova’s yacht ride was absolutely scenic, but be mindful of the windy weather—I caught a cold from it! Demre and Saint Nicholas Church felt more like a museum, complete with an expensive gift shop. Luckily, we arrived at a quiet time, which allowed us to admire the ancient frescoes without crowds. Tips: No need to cover your head when visiting Saint Nicholas Church. Lighting candles inside is prohibited. The sarcophagus of Saint Nicholas is enclosed behind glass, so visitors can’t touch it or take anything from it. Myra, a 10-minute drive from Demre, offers about an hour of exploration with its ancient rock-carved tombs. Downsides: The bus seats were not adjustable, making the long journey uncomfortable. The travel time was extensive, which might not be ideal for families with young children. Final Thoughts: Despite the long journey, the historical significance and incredible scenery made this a memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in exploring the legacy of ancient empires!

The pick-up was right on time, and the journey was smooth and comfortable, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Our guide was incredible, sharing fascinating local stories along the way that gave us a deeper appreciation of the places we visited. Their enthusiasm and knowledge really brought everything to life. If you have a day to spare, this tour is 100% worth it. It’s a great mix of history, culture, and breathtaking scenery—highly recommended!

Out of the three different tours we took from Antalya, this was by far the best! Our guide was outstanding—incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to help. She answered every question quickly and even acted as a translator when needed, making the experience even more seamless. Despite guiding in both Russian and English, she kept the tour on schedule and ensured that no one was left behind. The locations on this tour were truly breathtaking. The Sunken City of Kekova was a unique experience—the clear waters allowed us to see the ruins beneath the surface, making for an unforgettable sight. Myra was simply stunning, with its ancient rock-cut tombs and spectacular scenery. Visiting the Tomb of Saint Nicholas was another highlight, offering a glimpse into fascinating history. The pricing was fair, with clear details on what was included and what wasn’t. Anything extra we chose to purchase was at the regular market price, with no hidden fees or inflated costs. Overall, this tour was exceptionally well-organized, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A truly memorable experience!

This tour was a fantastic experience! Our guide was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making sure we got the most out of every stop. We had the chance to explore the Sunken City of Kekova, Myra, and St. Nicholas Church, all of which were truly fascinating. Since it was low season, our group was combined with a Russian-speaking tour, so the guide led the tour in both languages. Fortunately, the group was small, so this worked out well. The only downside was the bus seats—while they were fine for most people, they were not suitable for very tall passengers. My boyfriend, who is 195 cm, struggled with limited legroom for the three-hour journey each way. Thankfully, he managed to switch to a seat at the back with a little more space, but it was still quite uncomfortable for him. Aside from that, the tour was well-organized, and the scenery was breathtaking. I highly recommend bringing sunscreen, especially if you're planning to spend time outside on the boat. Overall, a great experience, just something to keep in mind for taller travelers!

This was a well-organized and enjoyable tour. Our guide spoke excellent English and provided clear explanations throughout the trip. Due to the layout of the city, we couldn't be picked up directly from our hotel, but the meeting point was only a three-minute walk away, and everything was on time. For those who prefer to purchase entrance tickets on-site, there was enough time to do so—about 30 to 50 minutes at each stop. We chose not to enter St. Nicholas Church and instead took the time to explore the area on our own. The tour included frequent stops for coffee and restroom breaks, making the long journey much more comfortable. Everything ran smoothly, and the pacing allowed for a relaxed and enjoyable experience. A great tour overall!

I usually book excursions to save time and avoid the hassle of planning transportation, but unfortunately, this one felt like a waste of time. The online description stated a 7 AM start, but our pick-up was at 5:30 AM (which actually began late at 5:50 AM). The process took several hours due to multiple pick-up locations and waiting times, which made the start of the trip frustrating. The locations we visited were decent, but I felt like we didn’t see as much as expected. I’ve been on better-organized tours at a lower cost, so this one didn’t feel like great value for money. Lunch was included, but it was very basic and not worth recommending. Drinks, including water, were not provided, which was disappointing. I might have enjoyed learning more from the guide, but the bus audio was terrible, making it impossible to hear properly. Eventually, I just put on my headphones instead. Overall, I wouldn’t book this tour again. If I had planned the trip myself, I could have arranged better transportation and spent my time more efficiently.

Demre, Myra, and Kekova are truly must-visit destinations—a breathtaking combination of history, nature, and culture. This was not my first time on this tour, and it certainly won’t be my last. Every moment was incredible, and experiencing it with friends made it even more special. A huge thank you to the Excursionmania team for their detailed explanations, adding so much depth to the experience. From the stunning rock tombs of Myra to the sunken city of Kekova, every stop was fascinating and beautiful. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting the region—it’s an unforgettable experience that truly showcases the wonders of Turkey. Looking forward to doing it again!

These sites are absolutely worth visiting, offering both historical and religious significance. If you're in the area, this tour is a must. The tour company was great to deal with, and our guide was engaging and knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts along the way. Yes, the transfer time is long—9 hours round trip from Lara Beach—but that’s simply due to the distance and the coastal roads leading to Demre. If you’re considering this tour, be prepared for a full day of travel, but the sites make it completely worthwhile. Some guests complain about pick-up delays, but this is beyond the tour company’s control. If waiting for fellow travelers is an issue, hiring a private taxi is always an option—though at a much higher cost. Overall, this tour was well-organized, and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in exploring Turkey’s rich history!

This was a well-organized and enjoyable tour with a knowledgeable and friendly guide. The itinerary was well-planned, and we were lucky to have a group that voted against unnecessary shopping stops, allowing us to stick to the original schedule as described by Excursionmania. The boat trip was definitely a highlight, offering stunning views and a refreshing swim in the sea, which our child absolutely loved. We only wish the swimming stop could have been a bit longer! The bus ride was quite long, but given the distance, it was expected and worth it for the amazing sights. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to explore the history and beauty of the region.

The tour details definitely need updating, as the advertised 7 AM start time was misleading. What wasn’t made clear beforehand is that the actual tour starts from Kemer, meaning we spent nearly three hours just picking up and dropping off guests. Had I known this in advance, I would have used that time to explore Olympus or other nearby sites instead. The boat ride itself was incredible, offering stunning views and a unique experience. However, the lunch was below average and could have been improved. Another issue was the dual-language tour, with one guide speaking loudly into a microphone in Russian, making it difficult to focus on the English explanations. While I understand the need to combine groups for efficiency, I would personally recommend doing this trip separately for a more enjoyable and streamlined experience.

My partner and I took the Demre, Myra, and Kekova tour and had an excellent experience. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all our questions with ease and providing honest insights about the region. He even gave us helpful travel tips for the rest of our stay, which we truly appreciated. The tour itself was well-organized, offering a mix of history, culture, and beautiful scenery. The boat ride in Kekova was a definite highlight, and exploring Myra’s rock tombs was an unforgettable experience. One thing to keep in mind is that if you're traveling from Antalya, it’s an early start and involves a long bus journey, so it might not be ideal for young children. That said, I would still highly recommend this tour—it’s a great way to explore some of Turkey’s most fascinating historical sites!

Our guide was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The tour details definitely need to be updated. It does not start at 7 AM, and the operator should clearly state that the trip actually begins in Kemer, not Antalya. This means spending about three hours just picking up and dropping off other passengers, time that could have been used to explore places like Olympus. The boat ride itself was incredible, but the experience was somewhat diminished by a guide speaking loudly in Russian over the microphone while our English-speaking guide tried to explain things. Lunch was disappointing and below average. While I understand the need to combine groups to maximize resources, I would prefer to do this trip independently next time.

We were picked up at 7 AM from Lara Beach and then spent quite a bit of time collecting other passengers, some of whom weren’t ready, which caused delays. The coach was already half full when we got on, and the journey ended up being 13 hours long—9 of which were spent just sitting on the bus. To put it into perspective, we could have flown to England and back in the same amount of time. Unfortunately, no one informed us in advance that the travel time would be this extensive. That being said, the sightseeing itself was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the places we visited. However, the long hours on the coach made the experience quite exhausting.

The tour itself was good, but travelers should be aware of the long travel time if coming from Antalya. The bus ride takes around four hours one way and three hours back, leaving only about three hours for actual sightseeing. If you're staying closer to Demre, it would be a much better experience. One thing to note is that the water sarcophagus does not look like it does in the promotional photos—it is only visible from quite a distance. While the locations visited were interesting, I wouldn’t recommend this tour for those traveling from far away

This was an interesting cultural excursion, organized by Excursionmania in French. The itinerary was well-planned, and we enjoyed exploring the historical sites. However, we found the tour to be a bit overpriced, which may be due to the two-hour journey each way. While it was a good experience overall, the travel time should be considered before booking.

The sightseeing portion of the tour was decent. The sunken city was interesting, though not as impressive as we had hoped. The boat trip was enjoyable, and the lunch was quite tasty. Myra was also a highlight. Our guide was knowledgeable and tried hard to make the experience enjoyable. However, the long bus ride was a real downside. It took over four hours to reach Demre from Antalya, with two lengthy stops at tourist shops. The boat trip itself lasted just over an hour before we had to get back on the bus for another long journey. Overall, the tour lasted 14 hours, and more than half of that was spent on the bus. While the tour was okay, we wouldn’t do it again. A day at the beach would have been more worthwhile.

Every detail was carefully planned, from bathroom breaks to hotel stops in nearby towns. Everyone we encountered was very friendly, and most spoke Russian fluently. I really enjoyed the boat trip, especially the coffee and shrimp served by the couple onboard. The Sultanite shop was also a highlight, where I bought some souvenirs, though they were on the expensive side. The brand store with icons had exclusive, high-quality items, but the prices were more fitting for art pieces. Overall, I’m really glad I took part in this tour and would definitely consider booking with this company again in the future.

Overall, the experience was quite good, but there were a couple of things I didn't particularly like. First, the guide on our bus only spoke Russian, which was a bit frustrating since I don't speak the language. While there were English-speaking guides at the sites, the Russian and German explanations were much more detailed. Secondly, after visiting Myra, we were given the option to visit the Church of San Nicolás for an additional fee. While I was interested in seeing it and thought the price was reasonable, I wasn’t happy to learn about this option only when we were already there. On the positive side, the food and other aspects of the tour were enjoyable.

Although the tour started early at 6:30 a.m., the visit to Myra was definitely worth it. The day included a fantastic boat ride, a remarkable visit to the archaeological site of Myra, and a stop at the Church of St. Nicholas, known as the home of Santa Claus. A special thanks to our guide, who made the journey even more enjoyable by sharing his deep knowledge and passion for both the history and the region. It was a truly memorable experience.
