Unfortunately this was the worst trip some one would ever want on their holidays specially with children. We were travelling as a family of 2 Adults & 2 child. We started our trip at 05:30 am and ended our trip at 09:00 PM. Within this 13 hours of our trip we got only 2 & half hour at the place to cover Cleopatra Bath, Cotton Mountains & Heriapolis. Guide Shahin had very limited knowledge about the history of the place. During our stretched drive to Pamukkale, he only spoke about what altitude we are travelling. No meaningful information shared about the culture & history of the place. One of our friend went with the other agency and guide was so knowledgeable that he also advised what to avoid when going in the Pool ( as it is very rocky & slippery inside ), how to walk safe on the Cotton Mountain to avoid any slips. He was one of the most unprofessional guide some one would ever want on his trip. Because of unwanted shopping stops, ( which was not advised at the time of booking ) within this 13 hours you only get 2 hours at the destinations. Upon telling him about “ VERY POORLY MANAGED TRIP”, he felt offended and started shouting & asking us to SHUT UP. While returning the Bus broke down & they divided the families in 3 different cars. The cab driver they sent kept telling he does not speak English & don’t know anything. It was a torrential rain & he left us at the security check point instead of dropping us at the hotel door. My son fell of the car in rain and got hurt. VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. In one word , AVOID AT ANY COST. SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH CHILD.

The bus arrived on the dot, it was safe and comfortable, and got us there ahead of the crowds! Despite the long commute and the “express” nature of the actual tour, we didn’t mind the stops en route knowing this is vital for driver alertness and road safety! Also, the stops were no surprise as they formed part of the scheduled itinerary. We didn’t shop at the stone sellers but a few others enjoyed it, just like we enjoyed our much needed breakfast stop while some sat on the bus - it’s what we all signed up for! Shahin the guide was ever so knowledgeable, well spoken and patient, especially in dealing with a group of passengers who kept showing up late, with little awareness or regret for how this was affecting other families, children and staff who were clearly making an effort otherwise. Shahin’s confrontation of the issue on behalf of us all escalated rapidly and for this he did apologise publicly (multiple times) but that group’s lack of empathy and resentful attitude remained unchanged. What could be better: I think it would make the express tour more enjoyable if the operator could switch to a paid lunch on the site and cut the overall price a bit (or offer breakfast instead). The stone shop felt like a bit of an anomaly given the overall tour budget!

We went for a day tour with Excursions Mania at Pamukkale and had a nightmare experience with our tour guide Shahim or Shahin whatever his name was. At one point in time he had an argument with one of our friends where he raised his voice asking them to "shut up" threatening us to kick us out of the bus. His behaviour was of a typical Turkish goon. During the tour, on the microphone all he talked about was altitudes and how in his experience black coffee reduced his man power. He had extremely limited knowledge of the place and made up stories all along about how ancient empire was full of uneducated kings. This goon guide should be vetted as he lacks manners and does not know how to talk to women as he shouted at our friends wife just because she was standing and waiting for someone to move so she could sit. All in all extremely poor experience. We left Antalya at 5:30 am, breakfast stop at 6:30 am lunch after 2:30 pm. We spent hardly 2 hours in Pamukkale. The bus also broke down and we had to wait over 45 mins for replacement bus. It was pouring down and the driver blatantly refused to drop our friends to hotel door by stating "no english". I would like a refund if possible. Avoid at all cost.

It was an excellent excursion which was managed quite well by Shahin. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us very good insights about the history of the region. We would definitely recommend him to others and would come back ourselves. Unfortunately, we had a couple of families who recklessly did not follow the time given, delaying the entire bus. They acted entitled and were quite rude when called out. Overall, Shahin was an excellent tour guide which made the trip memorable for us.

What a great day! Pamukkale was our priority in therms of curiosity but Hierapolis won our hearts instead! If you like history and exploring freely your surroudings, feeling the environment, this is for you. Me and my husband had a great time exploring together the ruins and trying new hicking paths through it. But our trip wouldn't be complete without Shahin, our tour guide, very caring, open and communicative, who would explain and situate us every minute through the visit. Had a sense of humor and knew how to crack what would seam complicated and heavy info into nice and interest stories and examples.

It was a wonderful trip with Shahin our guide, he arrived with Yahya the driver on time for 6am. Both looked after our group very well. Shahin was very easy to talk to, and shared knowledge about food, history and archaeology details. He speaks multiple languages including Mandarin. We had a lovely tasty lunch buffet, and tea breaks along the way to Pamukkale. We swam in the spring water, and were free to explore the UNESCO site independently too. I highly recommend this fantastic day - thank you so much for a memorable day!

This was such a a wonderful excursion to Pamukkale. The natural elements and the Roman era ruins combined to form a perfect day! Everything went smoothly, from the early morning pickup, to stops along the way for breakfast, lunch and snacks. The van was comfortable. The driver competent. The guide engaging. My only issue was wanting more time at the primary site. Three hours just wasn't enough time for me. The guide said that his company once offered two-day trips, with an overnight, but the demand simply wasn't sufficient to keep offering that option. That is a shame.

Our tour guide Ahmet Sahin was fabulous throughout the journey, explaining every detail of the trip.The driver Yahya was good as well,very comfortable driving throughout. The lunch served was delicious with many vegetarian options. The only con or rather improvement I would like to suggest for this trip is that, the number of intermediary stops at various shops could be reduced and more time can be given at Pamukkale for people to spend. Other than that,I would highly suggest everyone to take up this trip ????????

It was beautiful there was worried there would be no water but half of it was filled. Enjoyed paddling around, taking photos and walking around the ruins. Theatre is stunning too. Apo our guide picked us up on time and going to Pamukkale went as smoothly as possible. I was worried a bit because of the long bus ride, but breaks were strategically placed throughout the trip. At Pamukkale, Apo told us interesting stories and sent us on our way to enjoy the fabulous view and historic city. Many thanks to Apo and our excellent bus driver. Now some tips: Get something to eat at the first stop as lunch is scheduled at 2pm and you’ll be walking around the ancient city very much. Take some water bottles with you. Vendors at the destination and truck stops will charge you 2-3x the normal price for a bottle of water. Gas stations seem to charge the normal price. Returning from Pamukkale to Antalya will take a 2 hour ride on the bus. This is the longest leg of the day so be prepared.

A long day from Alanya to Pamukkale but I enjoyed it. Kaan did the good job. But the driver picked up 30 min late in the early morning.

Kaan was a great guide. But Pamukkale was disappointing. It's not like all the pictures on the internet. Some of the pools were empty, others the water was very cold. And it was hard on the feet. Glad we had a good guide to explain things.

The tour was excellent. Our tour guide Kaan took care of us very well and gave some great tips to see all the important sights of Pamukkale in 3 hours while also getting to experience its rich history and natural wonders. The lunch included was very good with many options for vegetarians. Overall a must do tour when you're in Antalya. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely unforgettable experience on the Antalya Pamukkale Tour! From start to finish, everything was organized perfectly. The pickup at 04:50 was right on time, and the driver was courteous, professional, and kept us comfortable the entire trip. A special shout-out to our fantastic tour guide, who went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. Their knowledge of the region, passion for sharing history, and warm, friendly personality made the experience even more enjoyable. Our guide made sure we didn’t miss any important details, and their guidance truly brought the trip to life. Lunch was delicious and well-organized, and the sights were breathtaking. eally liked the tour. Pamukkale was breathtaking and the crowds were also on the lower side than expected. Also liked the transfer and lunch provided by Tourmania. Our guide Mr Kaan was really friendly and shared information along with a few jokes here and there. Would recommend it to everyone.

The trip started off poorly as we were told that pickup was at 4:10am, then notified at 4:25am (after I had to call the company) that the van was late and would be there around 4:50am. At around 5am the company said the van had issues and so we had to get to a meeting point via taxi. Fortunately they paid us back, but as a large provider I would expect some backup solutions rather than making foreigners take a taxi at 5am. However, the tour itself was good and Kaan was a GREAT guide. Very organized and nice, kept everything on a good schedule and also made sure I was paid back for the taxi ride. Was not too impressed with the company itself given I had to call first versus them notifying me, but really liked our guide Kaan!

This was a great experience. The food was ok imo. You get a breakfast that is very average and you have to pay for it. The lunch buffet is included and is really good. The city of Hieropolis and the Pammukale limestone formations were amazing. Apo is a great guide and was very helpful Recommend this tour highly!!

A very early morning was made easier by Kaan (our tour guide) and his efficiency with the morning pickup. We stopped for breakfast (not included in the price) where there were some lovely pastries. We also made another stop to look at some zultanite products, but this felt like a sales pitch and bit of a waste of time. Pamukkale itself was beautiful to see but was quite crowded. We had planned to swim in the Cleopatra pool but it looked a little dirty and we would’ve had to pay extra so we decided to give it a miss. Throughout it all, our tour guide Kaan was really helpful, informative and friendly. He made sure we knew where we’d be going, and gave us his personal recommendations which we valued.

Kaan is very clear with communication, made sure everyone know the info and on track for the tour. Tiring but efficient day tour from Antalya. The destination it self however is over touristy, the water of the site has mostly dried out. Set your expectations right before coming .

Our guide, Kaan was funny, informative & helpful. The experience itself was hit & miss - unfortunately, it was 30 degrees and there was little shade on the day. We did enjoy the limestone pools the most, although it was slippery so be careful & maybe take water shoes! The archeological museum was brief and not my cup of tea. We wanted to see the theatre but it was too hot & too far. The Cleopatra pool looked like a waste of money & the water looked dirty, & we would've had to pay an extra €10, so we didn't bother going in. The place we stopped for lunch was not everyone's cup of tea - most of the food was bland & some of it even tasted off. Also. The stop en route for a 'presentation' was mainly a sales pitch and, in my opinion, a waste of time - that's half an hour more time we could've had to look at the theatre! All in all, not sure if I'd bother going again, but it was an experience!
