The experience was sold as a package that included transfer, lunch, and a beginner scuba diving session, but it turned out to be the worst day on a boat for all 28 people involved. The lunch consisted of a handful of cold, undercooked chips and a chicken burger, which was only enough to feed 22 out of the 28 guests. The day began with a pickup from the hotel at 8:30 AM, but we weren’t allowed off the boat until 7 PM when the transfer arrived to pick us up. At one point, some passengers were even considering swimming to the shore to escape and find a taxi back. After voicing our complaints, we were told that many people always have complaints, and it wasn’t their problem—it was up to the tour organizer. I also complained to the hotel tour rep who sold me the trip, but I received no apology or compensation. I strongly advise against taking this trip. The White Prince boat was old and filthy, with a toilet that was so dirty and smelly it made you feel nauseous, and there was no toilet paper. An incident occurred where a person, intoxicated, nearly drowned, requiring a rescue with a life buoy. The scuba dive was only 10 minutes long, but it took longer to get ready than we actually spent in the water. By the afternoon, everyone was so tired they were falling asleep while waiting for the pickup. The water around the boat became polluted with rubbish, forcing the captain to move to another part of the harbor where it was still possible to swim. This was an absolute disaster—don’t waste your money on this tour!

This was the worst experience ever! Our pick-up time was listed as 8 AM on the website, but then we received a message saying the bus would pick us up at 8:50, and it didn’t arrive until 10 AM. The activity was supposed to include two different locations, with the second stop meant to last 20 minutes. However, we got less than 10 minutes, and then the captain announced we wouldn't be going to the second location at all. My partner had paid for a 40-minute, 12-meter deep dive, but he was under the water for no more than 15 minutes, and it wasn’t even at the depth promised. To make matters worse, they tried to give us an oxygen cylinder that was almost empty, with less than 50 bar of pressure, which they claimed was only for emergencies. To top off this terrible day, we had to wait over an hour for the bus to take us back to the hotel. It was an extremely frustrating and unsafe experience.

We were delayed by almost half an hour on the way to the excursion. On the way back, we were delayed again by almost 1.5 hours, and had to board a bus instead of the mini bus that originally took us. We also accidentally left a pillow in the mini bus, as the driver had told us we could leave our things there. We were pressured into leaving a 5-star review in front of others, which felt uncomfortable. Overall, the trip was a mess. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Our experience was incredibly frustrating. We were originally scheduled for the diving activity on the 12th, but despite waiting for half an hour, the pick-up vehicle never showed up. We sent multiple messages to the merchant, but received no response. An hour after the scheduled pick-up time, they finally contacted us via WhatsApp to say the vehicle couldn’t find us and had left. They then asked us to take a taxi to the event on our own, which we refused. We requested a refund, but they ignored our messages, didn’t answer the phone, and refused to process it. In the end, we had to ask to reschedule the event for the 14th. On the 14th, we asked for the license plate number of the pick-up vehicle, but again, they didn’t reply. We waited at the agreed meeting point and got into the car on time, only for the merchant to message us 40 minutes later, saying the driver had arrived but couldn’t find us, and claimed we had gotten into the wrong car. The driver even asked us to let the merchant and driver talk directly, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. We called the merchant numerous times to clarify the situation, but they didn’t answer. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience we’ve had, and this merchant does not deserve a good rating. It's been a complete nightmare.

There’s a lack of communication and organization regarding when the dives will take place, so you end up waiting for 1-2 hours without any information or estimates. The only time they showed interest in you was when they tried to sell extra services, which were not only overpriced but also hard to decline. They kept pushing the sales, even after a clear no. Two customers, who were more experienced and kept to themselves, got a second dive in deeper waters, which felt like preferential treatment. The rest of us sat on the boat doing nothing for 45 minutes, trying to figure out what was going on. Secondly, after we asked about the missing second dive, the guy running the tour really showed his true colors. When some of us tried to purchase photos from the day, one tour member made the mistake of taking a photo of the photos. They apologized and deleted the image, but the tour operator decided to punish all of us by deleting all the photos, meaning no one could purchase them. When we confronted him about it, he got extremely aggressive, told us to "f*** off," and said our bus was waiting—though it wasn’t. We were then kept waiting, almost like hostages, until all payments for the day were cleared, something most people weren’t even aware of. Only once all payments were processed did the bus finally arrive. If the guy running the tour wanted to redeem himself even slightly, he could simply recover the photos and let us buy them. In truth, while the diving experience itself and the instructors were great, the overall treatment and customer service left a lot to be desired. I personally wouldn’t return or recommend it.

Additionally, we were promised two dives, but only got one. When we questioned this, the excuse was that they had only been doing one dive for the past two weeks, and our booking was wrong. However, two passengers got special treatment and were taken on a 45-minute dive while the rest of us were left on the boat with no clear explanation. The lunch was subpar at best—just burgers with overcooked patties and chips. At the end of the trip, they pressured everyone for money and wouldn’t let anyone leave until they paid. The whole experience felt like a chaotic operation. After collecting all the money, the owner told us our transfer bus was ready, but it wasn’t. Instead, his partner flagged down random cars to drop us off in Antalya city. In short, avoid this company. I was hoping we would venture further out into the sea, but we ended up staying in the same area for both dives. One downside was the lunch—it was quite basic. The only option was a small meat burger in a bun with a handful of chips and a bit of ketchup. When I asked if there were other options, the man in charge responded sarcastically, saying, "You're not at a restaurant, people come here to dive, not to eat," which felt uncalled for. Also, be prepared to pay extra for a water bottle or to use their Wi-Fi—each costs 2 euros. It’s a good idea to bring your own drinks, snacks, and a towel. Despite these small hiccups, it was a great trip overall, and I’d definitely recommend it!

The hotel pick-up was a nice touch, and it was punctual. Upon arrival, we boarded a large boat with about 30-50 people, along with 10 or so diving instructors. The dives are 1:1, but don't expect a true scuba experience since you're not in control of the equipment. The diving buddy will manage your movements, grabbing your tank and guiding you where they want you to go, so you're unable to swim independently. There are two dives: one where you can take pictures (for an additional 40 euros per person) and another where they just guide you through the area. During the second dive, I ran out of oxygen, and the instructor couldn't inflate my vest to bring me up. To add to that, the breathing system isn't washed between dives, although you can buy a new mouthpiece for 5 euros, which felt a bit unsanitary to me.

It lasted maybe 3 minutes, and then it was over. I hope you didn't have any issues! To top it off, there were some inappropriate touches. My buttocks and breasts were gently grabbed, but not my boyfriend’s.

I couldn’t communicate with him, so I had to swim quickly to the surface to save myself. The instructor was friendly, though. When I informed one of the staff members about my experience while he was helping me remove my gear, his exact words were, “Not my problem.” Please be cautious. I really enjoyed the experience overall, but this situation could have ended badly. They make you sign a paper before diving, so ensure that all equipment is properly fitted beforehand. My wife’s gear wasn’t fitted correctly either, and they told her to proceed just before her oxygen tank nearly fell off. The food was very basic. On the positive side, the photos and videos were nice but expensive. I would consider diving again, but never with them.

I paid for a hotel pickup, but they asked me to walk 17 minutes to a McDonald’s because the “bus” couldn’t enter small streets. A small car picked me up, which could have easily reached the hotel. I also paid for an English-speaking guide, but the instructions were only in Turkish and Russian. When we asked for English, they seemed surprised and provided only a poor explanation. Lastly, we were supposed to dive in two different locations, but we only stayed in one place, 30 meters from the port. Lunch was just a single hot dog. The people were friendly, and the dive itself was fun, but we didn’t get what was promised.

The description was misleading. There weren’t many species or colorful reefs. Fish were only present because they were fed bread. We saw just one colorful fish. It’s still a unique experience, but not quite as advertised. The photos and videos cost €50 per person, and instead of a DVD, they just send a WeTransfer link. Also, they tried to sell us a diving certificate for €150, which seemed excessive.

Transfer picked me up on time, they communicated very well! I had an amazing experience, it was my first time scuba diving so I was worried however the instructor made me feel really comfortable and reassured me that I would be fine and I ended up having the best time. Gratefully, I was given the opportunity to practice which helped ease my anxiety and fear of the ocean, and I finally finished satisfied. Consequently, due to the money I spent which totalled to around 80 or €90 I had to give the experience four stars. I paid €45 to be filmed and to have photos taken and then another €5 for my personal mouthguard for the oxygen tank which I didn’t get to keep and then another €35 to have another dive, even though I thought it was part of the package. Other than that I had an amazing time, and my overall experience was positive and I am thankful.

Basically good. I was disappointed by three things. first of all, if you have done scuba before, you have nothing to see. It's not ok that on the first dive, instead of studying something, you take pictures so that later they ask you for the DVD and the picture for almost the entire ticket price. Then, although my friend didn't want to dive, she had to pay for the life jacket to swim next to the boat. That was nothing, but I wanted to do a dive in her place and they didn't agree. The drinks on board are very spicy and at lunch they didn't offer any drinks.

The first diving point was near a cave, and the beach was beautiful. Everyone could swim there while waiting. For non-swimmers, life jackets were provided. Photos and videos during the dive were optional and cost €25. They were only taken during the first dive, not the second. The picture quality was average. Here are some positives: the transfer from and to the hotel was quite comfortable, and the equipment was in satisfactory condition. However, I did notice a few drawbacks: the number of people on the tour was large, and the locations felt a bit too similar. But for beginners, it’s still a great first-time experience, and the boat was big enough to accommodate all participants (about 40 people, including children). You have the option to buy pictures and videos, and if you want, you can do a deeper dive. I highly recommend the deeper dive—it allowed me to see a lot more marine life and gave me some space from the group, which made it even better. Lunch was delicious—chicken nuggets, pasta, and salad with generous portions. Drinks are available for purchase on board, but they’re reasonably priced (a few euros or about 100 lira), or you can bring your own. The staff were amazing! One diving instructor with dark hair was so sweet, pointing out marine life and even giving me shells when she noticed I was looking for them. Another lady was incredibly kind when she sent me the photos, and all the crew members kept things fun and positive with great energy. The only thing I would have liked was a bit of guidance on controlling buoyancy underwater, like learning to release air from the jacket myself. But that's just a personal preference, not a downside. Overall, the staff were exceptional, and the experience was definitely worth the money! I highly recommend it, but be prepared for some wait times while everyone gets geared up, especially on busier days. Altogether, a 5-star experience!

Thanks to Bartu, we had an amazing time! From start to finish, he was very attentive, and his English was excellent – so easy to talk to. We were initially going to book with the TUI rep, who was asking for triple the price, and we also checked with local excursion providers, but they were charging twice the price for the exact same trip. We got picked up from the hotel and taken to the boat, which had plenty of space and beds to sunbathe, as well as a nice shaded area. The water was warm and clear. All the staff were great and super helpful. We even got a nice underwater video with fish feeding. The lunch was a burger and chips, very British-friendly! For those who didn’t want to scuba dive, they had free snorkels, fins, and extra swimming time. I’d also recommend the certification they offer – it’s amazing and recognized worldwide, perfect for travelers. Bartu kept in touch to make sure everything was going well. Overall, just a fantastic experience, and we’ve booked all our excursions through him! Thanks again :)
