Golden Lane

Golden Lane (Zlatá Ulička) is a charming, colorful street within the Prague Castle complex that looks like it’s straight out of a fairytale. Lined with tiny houses built into the castle walls, it was originally constructed in the 16th century to house castle guards. Over time, artisans and goldsmiths moved in, giving the lane its name.
