Day 1: Giza Pyramids, Memphis City, Dahshur And Sakkara Pyramids

Sun Pyramids Tours guide will pick you up from your hotel, to enjoy a great excursion to The Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Then proceed to visit the Great Sphinx.

Move to visit the Step Pyramid of Zoser, the world’s oldest major stone structure. lunch at a local restaurant. After that transfer to Memphis which was founded by King Menes, and was the capital of Egypt during the Old Kingdom, and see the Statue of Ramses II and the alabaster Sphinx of Memphis.

And then visit Dahshur pyramids an ancient royal necropolis, The Bent pyramid is the most famous of the pyramids in the area.

Day 2: National Museum, Egyptian Museum, and Citadel

Our guide will take you to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. Located in Old Cairo, the museum showcases 50,000 artifacts and will tell you the story of Egyptian heritage and culture.

Next, you will visit Saladin Citadel, built in 1183. This huge structure protected Cairo from several enemy attacks. Admire the beautiful city views of Cairo and the desert from the citadel. enjoy an authentic lunch at a local restaurant.

Move to visit the Egyptian Museum, which features artifacts from the Pharaonic period. After a memorable day discovering the city, you will be dropped off at your selected location or hotel in Cairo or Giza.

Day 3: Islamic and Old Cairo

Your Private tour guide will pick you up from your hotel, to visit Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue, Church of St. Barbara, and Church of Abu Serga. Then move to the mosque of Ahmed Ibn Tulun.

Explore the Mosque and Madrasa of Sultan Hassan, which is one of the finest examples of early Mamluk architecture. Then, move to Bab Zuwayla through the Street of Muezz to visit the Al Khayammeyah, Mosque-Mausoleum of Sultan al-Mu’ayyad Shaykh, Sabil-Kuttab of Tusun Pasha and the Mosque of Al-Azhar.

Continue walking from the twin-towered Bab el-Fotouh, a fortified gate in Cairo’s old city walls, to Khan el-Khalili bazaar, one of the city’s major souks. Immerse yourself in the tightly packed stalls displaying everything from spices and leather goods to jewelry and vegetables, all on a street that has hardly changed for centuries. Bargaining is expected, so prepare to negotiate.

Stop for lunch at a local restaurant before driving to the madrasa, and mausoleum of Sultan al-Mansur Qalawun and the Madrasa-Khanqah of Sultan Barquq.

Your guide will take you to the Museum of Textiles and Al-Aqmar Mosque before visiting an authentic Old Cairo house. Then, return to your hotel.
