From start to finish, everything was perfectly coordinated: they picked us up right at the hotel, and we made our way to the desert in a very comfortable vehicle. Watching the balloons being inflated was already a mesmerizing sight. The flight itself was truly spectacular. Our pilot, experienced and passionate, guided us on a wonderful one-hour journey, providing insights into the various sites we flew over. The most memorable moment came when we descended closer to the ground to witness a family of animals galloping across the sand – an incredibly rare and moving sight. After the flight, the exceptional service continued. The staff was enthusiastic and attentive, offering us a delicious breakfast right in the heart of the desert, surrounded by falcons and camels, with whom we even had the opportunity to interact.

We were picked up from the hotel at 4:30 a.m. Our guide, Mohammed, took us about 50 km into the desert to the departure point. After a brief safety briefing, we were off. There were 4 balloons with experienced pilots. The launch was unique, with the baskets lying down, something I had never seen before. We initially flew quite low over several camel farms. It was a bit cloudy at first, but then we rose above the clouds, and the sunrise was breathtaking. There were 12 balloons in total. After about 1 hour and 22 km, the flight ended with another very professional landing. We then headed back to the farm for breakfast, followed by a fun camel ride to finish off the experience. A very successful event, highly recommended.

The hot air balloon tour was flawless. The day before, they sent us the pick-up schedule via WhatsApp, and they arrived 10 minutes earlier than the agreed time. Once we arrived, we had coffee, received safety instructions, and were taken to a different location to begin the tour. The guide in the vehicle took pictures of us and sent them to us via WhatsApp after the tour. During the flight, we saw gazelles running in the desert conservation area, and it seemed like they lowered the altitude to give us a better view of them, which was fantastic. The flight lasted about an hour, and while the food was average, the overall experience was invaluable.

It was an excellent experience. The driver picked us up from the hotel at the agreed time in a very comfortable vehicle. We arrived at the tour location and were served tea/coffee while listening to the flight instructions. The balloon pilot was extremely kind and attentive to everyone in the group, which was about 18 people. After the flight, we were treated to a great breakfast, and I took a 5-minute camel ride before we returned to the hotel around 9:45 am, as planned. A helpful tip is to bring a coat, as it gets very cold, and also a scarf/hat/cap or any head covering, as the flame used in the balloon can heat up the scalp quite a bit, which bothered me a little due to my sensitive skin. My husband and I took the tour, it was our first time flying, and we loved the experience. I highly recommend the company and the tour! The team was very competent and professional. As for the Get Your Guide platform, it is very user-friendly and reliable.

An unforgettable experience! Yes, the price may seem intimidating, but it's absolutely worth it! We felt comfortable from the very beginning, with top-notch service. A few days before, the provider reached out to confirm all the important details. The pick-up time was confirmed the day before, and the driver arrived personally ahead of the stated time. Then, we went for the briefing, and even with minimal English knowledge, everything was easy to understand. Afterward, we went to the balloons – what an incredible sunrise ????????????. The desert, the sun, and the vastness were breathtaking. After about 45 minutes, we were back on the ground, and later, we enjoyed breakfast. Camels and horses could be ridden in the restricted area, and we even had the chance to interact with a falcon. We really enjoyed it all!

The hot air balloon experience was very nice, but the breakfast was just okay, not great. However, what was disappointing is that they combined the deluxe and premium packages. People who chose the deluxe package left at 8:50 am, while we, who chose the premium package, had to wait for them to finish before heading back to the hotel. This added an extra 45-55 minutes to our wait time, and no one informed us about this situation beforehand. This is completely unacceptable.

The driver’s style of driving was concerning, and despite pointing out that we couldn’t sit in the back due to it, the driving continued the same way. Unfortunately, we weren’t given the option to switch places with others. This was the only negative part of the experience. Otherwise, the balloon ride was impressive and beautiful. The camel ride was very short, about 5 minutes, but it was enough to get the experience. The photo with a falcon was also a nice touch. As for the breakfast, don’t expect too much—it included coffee, orange juice, scrambled eggs, salmon, sweet bread, and a bit of fruit.
