The dazzling white travertine terraces were absolutely breathtaking, and walking barefoot on them felt both calming and otherworldly. If you plan to visit during summer, be sure to bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen since it gets quite hot and you’ll be out in the sun most of the day while touring Hierapolis

A fantastic visit! Although the pickup was early, it was definitely worth it driving through mountain valleys and watching the sunrise over the peaks was truly special. The stop at the wine and oil shop was a great bonus, with knowledgeable staff offering tastings of wines, oils, dressings, and Turkish cotton candy. Once inside the ancient city, there’s so much to explore, so be ready for plenty of walking! Kadir was an excellent guide and a pleasure to spend the day with.

Tried booking a last-minute trip to Pamukkale around 10:30 PM, and Yusuf kindly sorted it out for the next day. The bus was about 10 minutes late, but that was due to some guests being behind schedule not the company’s fault. Despite delays, our guide Margo and the driver were lovely and helpful. The bus was comfy with reclining seats. Pamukkale was just as beautiful as advertised, and we had enough time to explore. Food was decent and fair for the price , especially compared to other tours charging more for the same. Would definitely recommend booking with them!

Pamukkale is definitely worth visiting. We paid for our own breakfast, which was fine, but the buffet lunch wasn’t great at all. The bus rides were long, but there were rest stops for toilets and snacks. We only had about 2.5 hours to explore the entire site during a 14 hour trip, which was a bit disappointing since you could easily spend much more time there. Our tour guide, Kaan, was fantastic such a nice person who made the experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Pamukkale and Cleopatra’s Pool were stunning definitely worth the visit! I’d recommend it to others for sure. There was a lot of upselling . shuttle prices varied between people, and the many cigarette breaks made the trip feel really long. We were also taken to a rock shop and made to watch a mining talk, which felt like wasted time. We left before 5 AM and didn’t get back until after 10:30 PM, despite being told we’d return by 8:30. The driver and guide were lovely, but given all this, I’d recommend driving yourself to Pamukkale to enjoy it better.

The visit to Pamukkale felt a bit lengthy spending three hours in one spot was too much. The thermal pools themselves were incredible, but we didn’t make it all the way down because it was very hot, and the stones became painful on my bare feet. Also, the path was quite slippery, so you have to be cautious going up and down. Kadir was excellent and very knowledgeable.I couldn’t find any fault with him.

He clearly explained the different points of interest and suggested how much time to spend at each, which really helped us pace ourselves. Swimming in the Antique Pool was a highlight Kaan arranged the tickets and lockers for us, so we skipped the lines and had a smooth experience. On the way back, we stopped for a great lunch. The transfer was really good and on time. It was a very hot day, but the bus was comfortable, making the ride enjoyable with plenty of time to rest. Kaan was a very nice and funny guy we really enjoyed the tour with him. Pamukkale was absolutely beautiful, but I definitely recommend wearing a hat and bringing sunscreen since there’s hardly any shade. The food was okay. It was a super long journey with many stops. In the end we only spent 2.5 hours at Pamukkale. It was very busy and super hot there. It was beautiful, but not super special. You have to pay extra for every little thing. If you go, take lots of cash, water, slippers, and sunscreen. The bus driver was very good and nice. Picked up and dropped off on time. Breakfast and lunch were fine but nothing special. On the way back, we waited an hour in the bus until the group was complete, which was a shame. The host was very nice and shared a lot of interesting information. I personally wouldn’t go again.

Pamukkale is an absolute treasure! The white travertine terraces are breathtaking, and the clear, warm mineral waters make it feel like something out of a dream. Walking barefoot on the terraces and soaking in those natural pools was such a unique and memorable experience. The ancient ruins of Hierapolis in the background just add to the magic. Osman’s tour was an absolute blast! He brought tons of energy and shared some really cool historical facts that made the day so much fun. One little suggestion maybe cut down the time spent shopping for clothes and use that extra time to explore the ruins more deeply. After all, it's the historical sites we came for! With Osman’s knowledge and storytelling skills, a bit more time at those spots would make the experience even richer.
