This was one of the highlights of our trip to Turkey! The tour was perfectly planned, allowing us to enjoy each site without feeling rushed. The Pammikkale and Hirapolos day trip was amazing and must see type in Antalya tour. Though it was hectic since morning 0400 AM hrs to evening 1800 hrs . However, we really enjoyed and tour guide Apo is good guy with detailed information about site, location and history.

We took the trip from Antalya to Pamukkale. The day was amazing - pick from the hotel early, included breakfast and lunch on either side of a wonderful long stop at Pamukkale. Pammakule was a little drawn out. 3 hours in one location is way too long. The actual thermal pools were amazing, but we didn't walk all the way down, main reason that it was way too hot, but also the stones hurt my feet in the end (you are barefoot). It's also very slippery so you have to be careful on the way down and up. We saw paragliders up in the sky it would have been nice to know if this was something we could have participated in for those of us who didn't want to go to the cleopatra pool. Kadir was great and informative, I couldn't fault him.

The trip was very well organized. Kaan was out tour guide. He explained to us on the bus what was expected for the rest of the day. Made regular stops for restroom and breakfast before starting the tour. The wine tasting was very cool. The breakfast was also very good. Kaam collected the ticket money on the bus so when we got there we could immediately get the the tickets and enter without delay. He explained the different POIs very clearly and suggested some timings for each. This helped to pace ourselves. The swim in the Antique Pool was also a memorable experience. Kaan arranged the tickets and lockers for us there so we skipped the lines. On the way back we stopped for a great lunch. Kaan has a good sense of humor and keeps the visitors well informed.

The Transfer was really Good and in time. It was a very hot day but the Bus was Good to enjoy the Ride and you have a lot of time to sleep. Kaan was a very nice and Funny guy, we enjoyed the Tour with him. Pammukale was really pretty but I would recommend to really wear a hat and have sunscreen with u because there is like no shadow. The food was okey ! All in all it was a good trip and I would do it again, even if it is a long ride

Tour with Kaan from Hektor is well organised. He is very patience and detailed. We had fun despite the super hot weather (39-40°C!). Breakfast was nice and the lunch buffet was sumptuous and delicious. Almost all vegetarian dishes. Thank you Kaan.

Kadir did really well to read the room when people needed time to rest vs when they wanted to hear information. Only wish it was more consistently communicated how much prices (entrance) are in Lira to be able to prepare!

Awesome day visiting Pamukkale and getting a wine tasting as well. Walking along the travertines and putting our feet in the clay. Some parts can hurt your feet, but walk carefully on the white rocks and you’ll be fine. The thermal water in Cleopatra’s pool was very warm and was a great way to finish the 3 hours there. Apo was a great guide. I lost my sunglasses somewhere along the way and he let me borrow a second pair and helped to get me a refund for the 2nd pool ticket we bought, but didn’t use. Definitely recommend the trip and try to get Apo as your tour guide!

The worst experience! Started tour at 5am and ended at 10pm. This tour was mostly in bus ride majority of the time!! Many unnecessary stops and I was not informed that there would be extra costs such as entrance fees and to swim you had to pay fees! I purchased the tour through Viator in canada not knowing that this tour was longer than 15hrs. The main attraction was the Pamakkule thermal pools and we arrived around 1pm and had to be back on bus by 330pm. We toured mostly on bus ride for the rest of the duration. The thermal pools dont look anything like the l pictures on site and frankly thetes no room to swim as it was overly crowded. Was told there were showers( freezing ice cold water located outside without privacy) towels were available( you have to pay for them) hair dryer available( hand dryer in toilet ) , fee to swim, the bus I was travelling in was jam packed and I sat in the very back seat where there was vomit dryed up in seat tray and seat! Extremely unsanitary!! Thevworst part is , is that we as travellers are not informed of when we are to be transported back to our hotel with a specific time is concerning. Being the last person left on the bus, I felt really scared and nervous. I left my hotel at 5am to start tour and dropped off at my hotel after 10pm is absolutely ridiculous when the destination to the tour from my hotel is 3hrs approx!! Would warn others!!

Kadir was an amazing guide for us. He is not only a certified guide but also he has studies on archeology. So he was a great plus on this full day journey. Pamukkale is not only about the famous white pools with white blue water. I was with no big expectstions cause already knew too crowded. But it is an unique site. There is also Hieropolis (where the pools are located...) with the really really amazing roman anfiteather. Also a Museum. And finnaly a kind of natural pool with plenty of roman columns under water. It is being said Cleopatra swim there (witch gives the name for the pool). Most interesting part no doubt the submerged columns but being hot water... it was amazing !

The trip starts very early and some time is spent on breakfast, shopping, etc Before we hit the main location. The Pamukkale pool was one of the best experiences I have ever had. It remains as of my favourite places to visit now. Surprisingly, we had the same tour operator - Mr.KAAN, who once again with his friendly behaviour made the trip even more memorable.

We visited the ancient city Hierapolis and Pamukkale. Our guide Ahmet was very nice and friendly. He explained us very well the story of each places and was engaging. But the lunch, an open buffet, was mediocre: taste was bad and flies flying over the salad bar.

Ahmet was a great guide tour very knowledgable, kept to the time limits, he gave time to spend on our own he was professional in keeping the group together. Overall a very pleasant experience and the breakfast and lunch was amazing with so much choice. Recommended trip even though more time at the place would have been great.

Trip was very nice. Our guide Ahmet was very nice. Only 4 stars , not 5, because the time (we actualy spent inside and explore the ruins, see the museum, taking bath in cleopatra's baths, exploring the tavertines) was to short.

Great trip and well worth the money. Ahmet was an excellent tour guide! Transports and everything run on time. To make more time in Pamukkale and Hierapolis, I would skip the stop at the wine house though.

The view on the hole road are gourgeous. To be honest, the guy Ahmet, our tourboss, hé is a great guy, hé is telling everything what you wanne now, on the hole tour. Also the driver did a great great job to put us safely to pakumakkale and back. Great driving skills. It was a tour to never forget. Breakfest was very good organised en good food. I AM A LITTLE BIT SAD FOR Ahmet, BECAUSE LUNCH WAS A BIG DISASTER!!! A LOT OF EMPTY FOOD PLACES, LONG WAITING. I WAS A CATASTROFE. And Ahmet can nothing do about that. It was not on his permission. Hé is a great guy. Hé now what hé is doing. And lunch was make me sad for him.

Very nice trip to Pamukkale and Hierapolis. Ahmed was great guide and helped me with a special quest???? He was very sweet! Also the transfers from and back to the hotel were very good, everything punctual and on time. Also the food (breakfast and lunch) was great! Highly recommend this trip to everyone????
