The transport was excellent, and the driver arrived on time. The initial briefing was good, but unfortunately, we got a different person as the captain, who made the experience uncomfortable. He knew that two people couldn’t swim but ignored it, and unexpectedly pushed almost everyone into the water at different times. One person hurt his lip, and the other, who couldn't swim, became really scared and cried until the end. During the lift, the captain lowered each person’s trunks to expose their backside, which I tried to stop when he did it to my husband, but he ignored me and continued. He even did this in front of another boat crew. Additionally, the captain grabbed another boat's paddle and pulled it into the water, even though the other captain didn’t want that. I ended up with several bruises from the experience. We cannot accept this kind of behavior.

There was a short break by the river where you could buy drinks and snacks, with fair prices. The food at the end was delicious, and you could also buy drinks or photos from the tour. We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend it—and do it again ourselves! Just make sure to bring a change of clothes, as you'll definitely get wet ????.

There were some incredible rapids, and the water was really cold, but that's to be expected. At the end, there was a delicious meal, and we could watch the photos taken during the tour on a big TV. The price for the photos on a stick was a bit high, but it's vacation, so no complaints. I highly recommend this for anyone who’s okay with getting wet, but it’s not for those who are afraid of water. My 10-year-old daughter had an amazing time! This will definitely be on the top of our list for our next vacation.

It was really great, although it rained at night, and the river ended up the color of Nescafe. Mr. Sergio and his team of guides were amazing—20/10! The food was also good. However, I personally recommend buying shoes at the bazaar beforehand or bringing your own, as the rubber shoes on-site for 7.5 euros weren’t great. I also suggest getting a pendrive with all the photos at the end for 25 euros or 950 liras ????. Overall, the trip was a 10/10, with beautiful landscapes, and I highly recommend it! :)

What an amazing day! The transportation took about 1.5 hours from Side, but with the beautiful mountain views along the way, it felt much shorter. The rafting itself was fantastic—Sergio, our guide, kept the energy high throughout. He made jokes, challenged us, and even shared some history of the area. I'm so glad we did this activity! At the end, you can buy photos, which they show on a TV screen while you enjoy lunch (which was delicious). You can also view and purchase individual photos downstairs. As I remember, it’s €5 per photo or €25 for all of them on a USB stick. The rafting is a great workout, so be ready for some exercise, but if you prefer to relax more, you can choose a less intense spot in the middle or back of the raft. We had the pleasure of taking part in the white water rafting tour with Novaraft today and it was really great! The activity was well organized and we were picked up at our hotel on time at the agreed time (about 45 minutes drive from Side). Our guide Sergio was friendly and always up for a laugh. The landscape was beautiful to look at - a combination of rushing water and mountains. Important to mention: either bring your own sturdy shoes/bathing shoes, otherwise you can buy them on site (bathing shoes €7.50 / fastening strap for sunglasses €2). You should also bring a change of clothes with you as you will get completely wet. These and valuables could be safely stowed in the bus during the rafting. The lunch after the tour was OK. I can recommend this activity to anyone looking for an adventure. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced rafter, everyone will get their money's worth here. Thank you very much!

Novaraft was a highly recommended provider. Four of us did the rafting tour and had Ahmet as our guide. We had an incredible amount of fun! We were able to swim in the river and had lots of water fights with the other boats - great! Added to that is the great nature. The hotel transport from Colakli only took 45 minutes and was fine. The lunch provided was more than sufficient and there was something for everyone. Aqua shoes could be purchased on site for €7.50. They were much cheaper than at the bazaars. We would book the tour again and again!

Gorgeous views and a good laugh, reviews stating about rubbish around some of the river banks is true but theyre atleast 10 different companies surrounding and a village so this cant be helped by one company! The bus driver was a nice older gentleman, he was punctual and in a good mood, always with a smile on his face. The guides on the rafting were all in a good mood and spoke good to very good English, which made them very easy to understand. We had a day when it suddenly started to rain unexpectedly, which made the whole thing even more interesting. Because the weather wasn't so child-friendly, it was more strenuous for my daughter (11 years old) than I thought. Our boat driver made a special effort to make it as comfortable as possible for her and gave her his shirt to protect her as much as possible from the cold rain. The food was good and plentiful, and there was a wide selection of drinks at fair prices. The photos turned out really well. I particularly like the fact that you can buy the photos of the whole trip cheaply as a complete package on USB without having to decide which ones you particularly like. I'd be happy to do it again ????

It was a fairly relaxing trip. The rafting itself wasn’t physically or mentally challenging; it was mostly about splashing water on other boats. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend it for children under 10, and probably not even under 12 (though it depends on the child). Compared to other companies, ours had the best quality boats. We spent a lot of time on transport, so we ended up being out for about 10 hours, even though the trip was advertised as 5-7 hours. Overall, it’s a fun water activity on a hot day, but don’t expect wild rapids—it’s more about getting wet and splashing others.

Pick-up was on time, and the rafting trip was fantastic for our family of four, especially since it was our first time white-water rafting. The guides were amazing, and the whole experience was so much fun (just be prepared to get VERY wet and enjoy some water fights). The food afterward was delicious, and everything was well organized. Even the photos were reasonably priced, which is rare for most activities. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for an unforgettable day, this is a must-do activity! Everything was perfectly organized, and the day was filled with so much fun. Transportation was smooth, instructions were clear, the lunch was delicious, and our captain was amazing! :)

Perfect day with, fun, laughter and a bit adventurous. Very good crew with experience to help, have fun in and out of the water. Most importantly, safety first. On a river with lot of boats, they make sure that you are safe, keeping an eye out, have breaks to rehydrate, and captains In the raft are just brilliant. Had lots of fun with our Captain, Sercan, and he really looked after our group. As a single mim with a kid with autism I was a bit worried but they really took care of every little detail, made sure to have fun and kept communicating with us and amongst each other. At base camp in all the hectic of people, they made sure that all went well, organized and helped out. Definitely coming back????
