The worst tour I have ever been on. The staff were extremely unfriendly, openly argued in front of guests, and even became violent toward one of their colleagues. It was shocking to witness. The food was minimal and carelessly served. The staff only cared about guests who paid for photos, ignoring everyone else. Some even lay down to sleep next to the guests, completely disinterested. At the end, they didn’t say goodbye or check if everything was okay—they just sat at the back and waited for people to leave. A complete waste of time and money.

This was a total scam. The excursion was supposed to start at 9 AM but didn’t leave until after 10 AM. The boat was uncomfortable, constantly rocking to the point where I thought it might tip over. The waterfalls were beautiful, but the experience was ruined by unfair treatment—some passengers got to go on a small boat to see the falls up close while others didn’t. There was clear favoritism. Most passengers seemed to feel the same way. I do not recommend this trip.

Overall, the tour was nice, but the transportation was unsettling. During the ride, our minibus stopped in a remote area, and the guide told just the two of us to switch to an empty van. The driver didn’t speak English, and we had no idea what was happening. It felt very unsafe, and even people from our original bus thought something was wrong. In the end, we arrived at the boat safely, and the ride itself was beautiful, but it took time to calm down from that stressful experience.

The tour was advertised as 7 hours but only lasted 4.5 hours (10:00-14:30). Also, there was no stop at Lara Beach, even though it was listed in the tour title. That said, the experience itself was fantastic and well worth the money. If it were labeled as a 4-hour waterfall & boat trip with lunch & drinks, I would give it 5 stars instead of 3.

A really nice trip, especially with hotel pick-up included! Downsides: there was an extra €20 fee for a smaller boat to get closer to Duden Waterfall, and the food was just okay—enough to not be hungry. Also, the photographer took pictures and charged €50 at the end, so it's best to negotiate!

The air-conditioned bus picked me up from my hotel, and we headed to Belek for the boat trip. The soft drinks were unlimited, and lunch was served as advertised. The crew was lovely and took great pictures. My only suggestion is that they announce the names of the places we visit. There were two waterfalls, but I never knew their names! Plenty of chances to swim and take a short private dinghy trip. Highly recommended, especially if you love the water!
