Overall, it was a great experience. The cable car ride up the mountain was fantastic, and the waterfalls were beautiful. The only downside was that there wasn’t any free time to explore the markets or shops in the old town, as advertised. Additionally, we unexpectedly stopped at a jewellery warehouse for an hour, which wasn’t mentioned in the itinerary and didn’t feel necessary. Despite that, the rest of the day was enjoyable, and I would still recommend this tour for the stunning views and the well-organized activities.

Lunch at the restaurant was enjoyable, and the waterfalls were absolutely stunning—a must-see for anyone visiting Antalya. However, the stop at the factory felt unnecessary, and I would have preferred spending more time at the waterfalls instead. The only downside was that the driver dropped us off quite a distance from the pickup point, which was inconvenient after a long day. Despite this, the trip was definitely worth it and highly recommended!

However, there was a bit of confusion about the cable car, as it was advertised but not included in the tour. This trip is generally worth recommending, thanks to an excellent guide. Unfortunately, we couldn't visit the Upper Düden Waterfalls, ride the cable car, or take the boat trip due to strong winds. Instead, we were taken to a jewelry shop, which wasn’t part of the original plan and wasn't something we were interested in. On a positive note, the lunch provided was excellent. The cable car ride over Olympus Mountain was breathtaking, taking us 2000m above sea level. Lunch at the dino park was a pleasant surprise, and my 4-year-old loved it. Afterward, we explored the old harbor before boarding a boat. While the waterfall was a bit disappointing, the boat ride in the stunning turquoise water was enjoyable. Our guide was knowledgeable as we toured the town, stopping at several landmarks. The only downside was that the tour lasted about 10 hours instead of the advertised 7, and we were unexpectedly asked to pay an extra €20 per person for the cable car, which we had assumed was included. The day trip offered great value for money. I really enjoyed most of the experiences, but my one suggestion would be to have seen the waterfall as part of the boat trip instead of traveling there by coach. Seeing it from the top didn’t have the same impact. Despite that, the trip was still well worth the cost.

The tour started off on a frustrating note. The pick-up from the hotel was 20 minutes late, and there was no prior communication about the delay. It wasn’t until I reached out to the person in charge that I learned the pick-up time had been postponed. This lack of information was a bit disappointing, but once the trip began, things improved.

The trip itself was great, but there were a few issues. The scheduled 9:30 a.m. departure was pushed to 7:30 a.m., which was frustrating and caught me off guard. To make matters worse, the driver was half an hour late. There were some confusion at the start with people boarding the wrong bus, and some were dropped off at random places. The cable car ride, the waterfall visit, and the food were all enjoyable. The old town tour mainly led to the harbor, where the optional boat tour required an extra fee. While the boat trip wasn’t necessary, walking back up to the city and down again was quite tiring, limiting the time to explore. Instead, we spent time at an outlet, which felt unnecessary—shopping can be done without booking a tour. Overall, it was a good experience, but the tour lasted longer than the advertised six hours. It was a fun but quite intense day, especially with the heat. It felt like there was a lot packed into one day, which made it a bit overwhelming. We had very little time for shopping, and I would have preferred to spend more time in Antalya instead of the 45 minutes at the outlet. One issue I had was booking for three adults when I was actually with two children. There wasn’t an option to book child tickets separately, so they had to buy their own tickets for the cable car. Also, my children got slightly smaller portions at lunch, which was a bit disappointing. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it would’ve been nice if they had received the same. There were five of us on the tour, and unfortunately, the pick-up was 45 minutes late with no explanation. The cable car experience was fantastic, definitely a highlight. However, I was confused by the 45-minute stop at an outlet mall, where no one was really interested. The guide didn’t adjust the schedule, so we ended up waiting instead of moving on. The visit to Antalya Old Town was interesting and could have used more time, ideally replacing the time spent at the outlet. Lunch was decent, but not exceptional, and drinks were not included. The boat tour was an additional €9 per person, which was unexpected and not mentioned in the itinerary. We also stopped at a tea seller in the bazaar, but we would have preferred to visit more sites. The visit to Mount Olympos was fantastic, and the walk through the Old Town was both enjoyable and educational. However, the lunch at Dinopark Antalya was a major disappointment. The meal was served poorly—rubbery chips at room temperature and only lukewarm chicken kebabs. The salad was fine, but it’s hard to mess up a salad. Some of us ordered pomegranate juice for an additional cost, which was delicious, but it seemed like paying extra got us better-quality food. This experience was not reflective of the high standards I’ve had on previous GetYourGuide tours. The Olympus cable car, which was supposed to be included, wasn’t part of the tour, which was disappointing. However, the waterfalls were beautiful, and I enjoyed the opportunity to try the zipline. While there were some positives, the lack of clear communication and missing activities made the experience feel incomplete.

The trip had potential, but overall, it wasn’t worth the cost. The views were supposed to be amazing, but unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate—it was cloudy and rainy, making it hard to see anything. Of course, that’s not the organizer’s fault, but what was disappointing was the amount of time spent on the bus. The journey was long, and we barely had time to enjoy the actual activities. The waterfall stop was especially underwhelming—you could only see it from a distance, which wasn’t what we expected. In the end, it was an average experience, but given the price, I wouldn’t do it again.

The tour felt like an old-fashioned bus trip, with far too much time spent on the road. We were out for 13 hours, but only about 4 of those were spent on actual activities. The cable car was fine—about 30 minutes of waiting, a short ride up, and some time to take in the view before heading back down. However, that was the only activity in the first six hours. Lunch was at a dinosaur park, which was decent for kids but not really suited for adults. After that, we had brief stops at the waterfalls and the old town. Antalya's old town is absolutely beautiful, but we only had 30 minutes to rush through it—no time to explore, shop, or soak in the atmosphere. The boat tour at the end was a highlight, especially with the sun setting over the sea. Overall, there was way too much time on the bus and not nearly enough time in Antalya. Next time, I would skip the cable car and focus on the city instead. More time in the old town would have made the experience much better.

The boat excursion was enjoyable, but the visit to Antalya felt rushed, with barely 15 minutes of free time—nowhere near enough to explore or even make a quick purchase. More time should have been allocated to the city rather than the waterfalls, which, while nice, didn’t require such a long stop. The silver shop visit was the most disappointing part. It lasted 30-40 minutes and felt like a tourist trap. Even if I had been interested in browsing, I was constantly followed and pressured to buy something, which made the experience uncomfortable. I left as soon as I could and waited on the bus. The tour could have been much better with a better balance of time spent at each location.

The itinerary was changed without any prior notice, which resulted in one activity being canceled and another cut short. While I enjoyed exploring the city, the tour seemed more focused on taking us to specific shops rather than sightseeing. The English-speaking guide was informative, but travelers from Kemer should be aware that they will likely be placed with a Russian-speaking guide with little to no English commentary.

We booked this trip expecting to experience a boat ride, a cable car, shopping, and waterfalls. Unfortunately, the cable car was canceled due to an accident the previous month, but this was never mentioned beforehand, which was disappointing. When we arrived for the boat trip, we were informed it wouldn’t happen either. While frustrating, our guide, Ebbie, handled everything well. The waterfalls were stunning, and exploring the old town was enjoyable. Although we missed out on key activities and didn’t get what we originally booked, the guide’s efforts and knowledge of the city made the day better.

The trip around Antalya was quite long, and unfortunately, the cable car was closed due to an accident, which was a big disappointment. The guide was knowledgeable but had to explain everything in two languages, leading to a lot of waiting around. The boat trip was mediocre, and while we saw a waterfall, it didn’t leave a strong impression. We didn’t have much time to explore the old town, as the guide was in a rush to get us to the boat, likely due to delays caused by heavy traffic. Overall, it was an average experience, and I wouldn’t choose this trip again.

We didn’t receive the pick-up time until 9 p.m. the day before the trip, which was frustrating. The morning started with a feeder bus taking us to the main coach, followed by an unplanned stop at the cable cars. We waited for an hour, which felt like a waste of time. The Duden Waterfall was beautiful, but we only had 30 minutes there—would have preferred more time here than at the cable cars. The lunch was delicious and the highlight of the day. The food was definitely the highlight of the trip, but the rest was just average. The driver spent most of the time on the phone and nearly caused an accident in town. The boat trip was disappointing – it felt more like we were being used for others to make money. Instead of providing information about what we were seeing, they focused on selling drinks and taking photos for extra profit. On the positive side, the tour guide was excellent – he gave us detailed and insightful explanations. However, we felt lost at the cable car stop as there was no clear guidance.

Overall, the tour was decent, but there were a few disappointments. The pickup time was confirmed for 9:30 am in the booking, yet we received a message the evening before saying it was changed to 7:55 am. This was a bit inconvenient after a late arrival the night before. Additionally, we missed some key sites mentioned in the itinerary, like Kaleici Old Town, Hadrianus Gate, and the Fluted Minaret, despite bringing it up with the guide. While the guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, his laid-back narration made it hard to stay engaged at times. The rest of the tour went as expected, and the meal was great. The day trip started early as we were the first to be picked up, and the driver was on time. However, it took about two hours to reach the first attraction since we had to stop at all the hotels. The cable car ride offered beautiful views, though the photographers on the mountain were a bit pushy. The waterfalls we visited were stunning, and we received lots of interesting information. The food at the restaurant was excellent, but we felt a bit rushed. My girlfriend was asked twice in just two minutes if she had finished eating so the staff could clear the table for new customers. Overall, the trip was enjoyable, although quite long. The driver and guide were fantastic, and we had a great time with them.

The trip started off with an extra charge for the cable car, which was disappointing. After that, we were taken to a branded clothes outlet, even though there were no other groups there—strange considering how busy the area was with other tours. The waterfall and the old town tour were enjoyable, but the food was a huge letdown. It consisted of a small portion of rice, two chicken skewers, and a few leaves of salad drenched in oil. Oddly, no other groups seemed to eat at this place. We later found out that a German group had a much better meal with kebabs and decent portions. If you're interested in seeing small streets from the bus window and getting a few extra seats, this trip could work for you. Personally, I had a decent time, but I wouldn’t do it again.

The excursion felt very long due to extended bus journeys and short visits to each location. There was a lot of back-and-forth in the city, which took away from the experience. We didn’t get enough time to explore the old town, which was disappointing. The boat tour was made more enjoyable by a lively school group, as the tour itself was quite uninteresting. Additionally, the tour promised a visit to the old town, waterfalls, cable car, and a boat ride, but the cable car wasn’t included. It cost an extra €15 per person for a brief ride, which felt overpriced for the experience. Overall, it was an expensive trip for the limited value it offered.

This trip turned out to be a logistical disaster. We were picked up and dropped off at the hotel after around 11.5 hours. The program itself was about 6 hours, with little time to truly enjoy anything. The old town and boat trip were nice, but we had only about 4 hours of leisure time. The waterfalls and cable car were brief stops, and the lunch was quite underwhelming for the price. The constant back-and-forth across the city made everything feel exhausting, especially considering how much driving was involved. The driver was a bit too fast for comfort, almost making it feel like a race. I wouldn’t recommend this trip, especially for families with children. The old town was the highlight, but it wasn’t enough to make the rest of the day worthwhile.

The trip started with over two hours on the bus from Belek to the cable car, which was far too long for the younger kids. After that, we spent more time in traffic on the way to the restaurant, though the food there was excellent. We had a brief stop at the waterfall, followed by a rushed tour of the old town. We were also pressured to book the boat trip, but we declined, which allowed us to have about 90 minutes of free time to shop for discounted sportswear for our teenager. This tour is not suitable for younger children due to the long bus rides. The cable car was nice, but it didn’t offer much of a view of Antalya itself, and it might not be exciting for those used to cable cars on ski trips. Our guide, Hülya, did a good job, but I feel the excursion could be better planned with smaller buses to reduce the long travel times.

It’s a bit tricky to review this tour due to the extreme heat, which made it harder to fully enjoy the experience. However, our guide did his best to accommodate us. The cable car ride was great with fantastic views, and walking under the waterfall was refreshing. The lunch provided a good break from the heat. We didn’t manage to complete the old town walk due to the heat and our ship's departure time, but our guide kindly arranged a taxi back to the ship. We had also booked the boat tour, but it became clear we wouldn't have time for that, so the full 8 hours is really necessary, not just 6. This wasn’t part of the itinerary, and we were pressured into buying jewelry that later turned out to be fake. Unfortunately, we fell for it, but I would advise others to be cautious and not fall for the sales tactics.

The pickup was poorly organized. We had to wait for an additional van, which arrived 25 minutes late. The trip itself was underwhelming, and on the bigger bus, there were not enough seats, with two people even having to sit on the stairs. The lunch stop was another issue, with some people having to wait for up to 30 minutes for a table. The visit to the jewelry store was a complete waste of time—staff were pushy and the products seemed questionable, with fake handbags and wallets on display. The whole experience was chaotic, with confusion about which bus to take back to the hotels, making the trip feel disorganized and frustrating.

The tour costs €33 for the transfer and guide, with additional charges for the cable car and boat trip. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience due to a miscommunication about the start time. Despite following the details in the confirmation email, I missed my transfer, and the company was unwilling to assist or offer any compensation. They simply suggested I catch up with the tour on my own within 20 minutes. Since I had already paid, I was left to complete a similar itinerary using public transport, which is well-organized in the city. Overall, be aware that if anything goes wrong, the responsibility falls entirely on you, and customer support is not helpful.

The tour had potential, but unfortunately, it was more focused on shopping stops than providing real historical insight into the city. The tour started earlier than expected, with a 7:45 AM pickup instead of the 9:30 AM listed in the description. A significant portion of the trip was wasted at a jewelry store that wasn't mentioned in the itinerary, taking away over an hour of our time. This wouldn't have been such an issue if it hadn't come at the expense of free time in the old town, which was completely removed from the schedule. Instead of exploring the historic area, we were left browsing a shop we had no interest in. It felt like a missed opportunity to enjoy what should have been the highlight of the trip.

This tour was disappointing, especially in the summer heat. The transportation had no air conditioning, making the journey very uncomfortable. If you're traveling during the hotter months, I would strongly advise against booking this trip. On top of that, we were taken to a jewelry store in the middle of nowhere, which was not part of the itinerary and felt like a complete waste of time. Our experience started off poorly as we were not picked up from our hotel despite booking the tour a day in advance. After waiting for a while, we had to call the operator, who then arranged a pick-up at a different location, requiring us to walk some distance. The tour itself was decent, but it felt like it was trying to cover too much. The only truly worthwhile parts were the Kaleiçi walking tour and the boat trip. The other stops felt unnecessary, and Düden Falls is actually best viewed from the boat. A more focused itinerary would have made this a much better experience.

The tour was advertised as including the cable car, but when we arrived, we were told it was "out of service." I requested a refund for this part of the tour but never received any response. To make matters worse, the company combined multiple groups, which overwhelmed the guide. As a result, he skipped over the historical details we were expecting and instead told us to enjoy “free time” in the old town. We had to ask for the tour to actually begin. The lunch was mediocre and was served later than expected. While the visit itself was enjoyable, the overall organization left much to be desired. Unfortunately, this trip was a huge letdown and left us feeling very disappointed. Many of the activities we were looking forward to were cancelled due to weather, but we weren’t informed of these changes until we were already on the coach. The updated itinerary was not at all appealing, and we ended up spending our last day in Antalya stressed out. Instead of a lovely seaview lunch, we had a rushed meal at a DinoPark, and we were taken to a selfie park and an outlet instead of the cancelled boat ride and old town visit. The tension between guests wanting different options only added to the frustration. While I understand that weather conditions are out of anyone’s control, it would have been helpful to be informed of the changes in advance, so we could decide if we still wanted to go on the tour. At the marina, we were told the boat tour wouldn’t happen because the marina was closed, something they had known for days but hadn’t communicated to us. We were left in town for three hours while the guide sat in a cafe, and we had no extra spending money because of the additional fees for the cable car. I’m struggling to understand the positive reviews. The excursion wasn’t expensive, but it wasn’t very engaging either. We visited the cable car and the three waterfalls, which didn’t offer much of interest. The meal was good, though, as Turkish cuisine usually is. After that, we spent some time in the old town, but the visit lacked historical insight, with almost no information shared by the guide—who, though nice, didn’t offer much detail about the city. I felt the organization of the tour could have been much better. I only found out the pick-up time the evening before, which made it hard to plan my day. On the day of the tour, the bus was 35 minutes late without any notification or apology. There was also very little interaction with the guide. For instance, during the cable car ride, there was no explanation about what we could see on the way up or when we reached the top. The waterfall was underwhelming, and the boat trip felt pointless—just a short trip to sell pictures. There was minimal historical context about the city. We ended up driving across the city several times, wasting valuable hours. The lunch was simple and nice, but overall, out of the 6-7 hours of the tour, four hours were spent on the bus, which was a big disappointment.

This was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The tour felt very rushed, and the entire day felt more like a school trip than an enjoyable outing. The guide was overly bossy, treating us more like children than adults. Her English was also quite poor, which made it difficult to understand anything she was saying. Overall, the experience wasn’t worth it, and I would not recommend this tour to anyone. If you're looking for a proper guided tour, it might be better to book directly through your hotel.

I had a terrible experience with this tour. The day was poorly organized, and we didn’t get to do most of the activities as promised. Instead, we were taken to random places just to upsell us more expensive items, which felt like a scam. The guide was unhelpful and didn’t do anything to resolve the situation or offer a refund. I highly recommend avoiding this tour at all costs.

We were supposed to be picked up at 8 AM for a 6-hour trip, but things didn’t go as planned. The driver was 45 minutes late, and then we spent 3 hours in a cramped minibus with poor air conditioning while picking up other passengers. When we finally arrived, we only had 45 minutes at the waterfall due to the delay. The second stop was a giant silver jewelry store where we felt pressured to buy. Lunch was supposed to have a sea view, but instead, we were taken to a small snack bar with no view. Overall, the trip turned into 8 hours of bus riding with only 3 hours of sightseeing. It was very disappointing.
