An enjoyable full-day excursion with Nur. There was sufficient time to explore the museum, stroll through the calcium terraces, take a dip in the pool, and make the walk up to the ancient theatre.

I had a pleasant and well-organized day exploring Pamukkale, finally crossing it off my must-see list. The striking white terraces have always fascinated me—they’re truly one-of-a-kind in this region. Wandering through the historic ruins of Hierapolis was also a great experience. One of the highlights was swimming in Cleopatra’s Pool, right above the ancient temple ruins. Our guide, Nur, was excellent—knowledgeable and full of helpful tips. The meals provided, breakfast and lunch, were decent but nothing extraordinary. The wine tasting was a nice surprise I hadn’t anticipated. The bus ride was comfortable, and despite the intense heat (39°C), the trip was absolutely worth it.

Nur was a fantastic guide who made the entire excursion smooth and enjoyable. While we would have liked to spend more time exploring Pamukkale and less time at the shopping stops, the tour was still quite good overall.

Although the day starts early and involves traveling quite a distance, the scenery in Pamukkale makes it completely worthwhile. If you're worried it might be exhausting, don’t be—our 7-year-old handled it without any trouble. Our guide, Mrs. Beste, was excellent—always cheerful, friendly, and most importantly, very well-prepared. Both breakfast and lunch are included in the cost, so no one ends up going back to the hotel hungry. All the details were explained clearly and were easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this trip to families with kids.

This is a great tour option if you're staying in or near Marmaris. The pick-up process went smoothly, and the site itself is breathtaking—I particularly enjoyed exploring the theatre. I easily could have spent another hour or two there. The surroundings of Pamukkale are also incredibly scenic. There were two brief stops during the journey there and back, which I felt could have been skipped, though they were still somewhat interesting. Breakfast was light but very tasty and served in a charming little spot. Lunch was generous, though served quite late in the day. As others have pointed out and the description notes, it's a long day, so it’s a good idea to bring along some extra water and a few snacks.

It was a really enjoyable day overall. The breakfast wasn’t great, but everything else made up for it. The BBQ had an excellent variety to choose from. Just a heads-up—make sure to bring enough cash for the entrance fee, as we lost some time waiting for others to stop at an ATM along the way. The tour guide was fantastic—very entertaining and funny.

What a wonderful day out—the scenery was breathtaking and the overall vibe was fantastic. Our day began with a 5:30 am pick-up, followed by a stop at a charming café for breakfast before continuing on to the Pamukkale pools. The pools were quite crowded, but there was still plenty of opportunity to snap some photos and enjoy the views. The pool floors are quite sharp due to the stones beneath the water, and since shoes aren’t permitted, walking can be tricky. The area just beside the pools, across a small gap, had a slippery surface. Cleopatra’s pool was especially beautiful, with crystal-clear water. The entire site was well-maintained, and the ruins were truly impressive. My partner had an amazing time, and the sights were unforgettable.

Our group consisted of four people, aged 23, 56, 80, and 81. We were picked up from our hotel at 5:30 in the morning. A friendly driver from the tour company brought us in a taxi about five minutes down to the main road, where a large, comfortable bus with air conditioning—and our wonderful guide, Beste—was waiting for us. Our first stop was for breakfast, which was very tasty. There was also an option to purchase extra food if needed. Next, we visited a jewelry shop where we had the chance to learn about and purchase beautiful pieces featuring sultanite stones. We then arrived at Hierapolis. Beste guided us through the site and gave us detailed explanations about the archaeological discoveries and the historical background of the area. Her knowledge of the Roman Empire, ancient Greece, and Turkish history was impressive. It was both informative and fascinating. She explained everything clearly so that everyone could understand, and she encouraged questions throughout the tour. There was no rush at all—everything felt relaxed and well-paced. At Pamukkale, we took in the stunning views. Beste was the only guide who warned us that the surfaces there could be very slippery, which was important for everyone’s safety. She even pointed out a shortcut that saved us 20 minutes—especially helpful for the older members of our group. We had three hours of free time to enjoy and explore more of Pamukkale and Hierapolis at our own pace. Lunch was served buffet-style with plenty of options, and we ended the day with a wine tasting in a small cabin. Overall, it was an exceptional experience—perfect for all ages. I can’t recommend Beste enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We’ve already booked another tour, not because of the destination, but simply because we want to travel with Beste again. She’s truly outstanding!

Our visit to Pamukkale was very pleasant. The staff were wonderful, and Beste provided detailed information about everything. Her friendly nature and warm smile truly brightened our day. The breakfast and lunch provided were quite basic and nothing extraordinary. The itinerary was well organized, and we had three hours of free time in Pamukkale. However, I felt this wasn’t quite enough to fully enjoy everything the area has to offer. Longer free time would improve the experience.
