Upon arrival, knowledgeable guides will provide an introductory briefing, sharing insights into the elephants' histories, behaviors, and the sanctuary's conservation efforts.

You'll have the chance to prepare handmade healthy snacks and feed the elephants, observing their delight as they enjoy the treats. The sanctuary offers both morning and afternoon tours, each providing a unique experience. The morning tour typically runs from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, starting with hotel pick-up around 7:40 AM. After the introductory briefing and feeding session, you'll embark on a walk with the elephants through the forest, observing their natural behaviors. A traditional meal is provided at the base camp before returning to Siem Reap. The afternoon tour, from 12:00 PM to 6:15 PM, includes similar activities, with the added experience of observing the elephants during the cooler part of the day and enjoying a picnic snack in the wild as the sun sets.
