The lack of proper signage and communication was frustrating. If this place wants to attract international visitors, it really needs better English signs and clear instructions. As for the show, it wasn’t all that impressive. The transfer was an hour late, which was frustrating and disappointing. The advertising was misleading, as there was no fast track access, nor any entry to the theme park as promised. Additionally, the show is free to watch, and we ended up overpaying for what turned out to be a subpar taxi service. I would recommend avoiding this service altogether.

We decided to give it a go despite mixed reviews. The entry is free, but you need to arrange transport, so we opted for a private taxi, which worked out fine. The area is mainly filled with shops, and we were unsure about what to expect. We found a nice fountain to sit by, watched a show, and then saw the boat parade at around 9:45. Afterward, people rushed to the other end of the canal for another show, but we didn’t have the chance to catch it. The chaos at the exit and car park was a big letdown. In hindsight, staying at the resort would have been a better choice. Not something I’d revisit.

We booked the night show through GetYourGuide for just £10 per person, which was a great deal. However, be aware that the price only covers transportation to and from the venue. We spent some time in the shopping center, enjoyed pizza and wine by the fountains while waiting for the boat show. The fountain itself was lovely, with lights dancing to music. Unfortunately, despite repeatedly asking about the boat show, we learned too late that it was happening further along the canal. Poor communication and lack of clear signage made it difficult to find out what was going on. We missed the parade, which was disappointing. For an international venue, better signage in English and clearer instructions are needed. We’ll give it another try next year, but improvements are definitely required.
