We had an amazing time on this tour! The Agafay Desert was stunning, and the combination of the quad bike ride, camel experience, and evening entertainment made for a memorable adventure. The guides were friendly and ensured everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the activities. The dinner was delicious, with a good variety of traditional Moroccan dishes, and the show added a nice cultural touch to the evening. Watching the sunset over the desert was truly breathtaking. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the organization could be slightly improved. There were some delays during pickup and transitions between activities, which made certain parts feel a bit rushed. However, overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech!

You could tell he loves his job and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has the best time. He even checked in to make sure we got home safely, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Despite the time limitations, he did everything he could to help my mother ride the horses, showing how much he truly cares about his guests. There were also long waiting times between activities, which we were told was due to rescheduling from the previous day’s rain. I want to start by saying that my boyfriend and I regularly book excursions through this platform, but unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. The quad bikes kept turning off every time we stopped, making the ride frustrating and far from enjoyable. The tour itself was short and monotonous, lacking any excitement or scenic variety. The so-called "camel ride" was nothing more than a brief, uninspiring five-minute circle in a small clearing—hardly an authentic experience. Due to the rainy weather, we were taken to dinner in a tent at 6 PM, where we sat in the cold. Our entire group was so uncomfortable that we collectively asked our guide to leave early. To make matters worse, the show, which was supposed to be part of the package, never even took place. The only positive aspect of the trip was our guide, Youness Ajda, who remained professional and helpful throughout. However, given the overall poor quality of the experience, we will be requesting a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this excursion.

There were multiple tea breaks along the way, and we also stopped at an argan oil farm where they demonstrated the production process—unsurprisingly, it included a shop to buy products. The dinner was enjoyable but again felt very tourist-oriented, with many groups gathering at the same place. The highlight for me was the quad biking, which was really fun! A tip: if you want to go faster, stay at the back—but be prepared to get dirty, so avoid wearing black or new clothes. The camel ride was disappointing—it didn’t feel authentic, the camels didn’t look healthy, and the ride itself was just a short walk in a line. Overall, the experience was very affordable, and you do get a lot for your money. However, if you’re looking for something more authentic and less touristy, this might not be the best option.

If you like group activities and very touristy places, go for it. There is a huge wait between each activity. The quad bike lasts barely 1 hour or the whole group follows each other and so it is terribly slow. The camel ride lasts only 15 minutes and it is just around a house. On the ad, it says that you are picked up at the hotel but absolutely not, you have to go to the station 1h30 before the start of the activity. Otherwise the guide is very very nice, considerate, and the evening dinner is PERFECT, great show too!
