We were disappointed to discover that, contrary to what was described, we were asked to pay extra for a visit to a Saudi cemetery, even though the Bahia Palace was supposed to be the only paid visit. The description of the tour was inaccurate, and this left us very unsatisfied with the experience.

When we booked the tour, it appeared that the entrance fee to the palace was included. However, we ended up paying an additional 700 Dh, making this tour significantly overpriced. The information provided by the guide was average at best. The tour started late, and despite including a 15 to 20-minute walk to the palace, it was completed within 55 minutes—far short of the advertised 1 hour and 30 minutes. I will be contacting you directly to request a refund, as this was not the service we were promised.

Once we had all gathered in the main square, we walked directly to the palace. Abdul, our guide, was very friendly and provided interesting insights throughout the tour. Entry into the palace was quick and hassle-free. Inside, Abdul made sure to find plenty of spots to stop and explain the significance of what we were seeing, which was very informative. The only downside was that the tour ran over the advertised time, making us late for our next sightseeing booking. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would recommend this tour to others.

We booked a tour that was supposed to include the entrance tickets. However, when the guide arrived, he had no record of this, nor did he have the money for the tickets, so we had to pay for them ourselves. To his credit, the guide, Abdul, was brilliant—he handled the situation professionally, stayed on the phone trying to resolve the issue, and made every effort to get our cash returned. Abdul was amazing, and his knowledge and friendliness made the tour enjoyable. My advice: book without tickets included and bring cash for entry.

The combined cost of the palace visit and entrance ticket at the site was 29.00 euros, while we paid 35.00 euros for a package that supposedly included the ticket. We expected additional sites to be part of the tour, but that wasn’t the case. Unfortunately, this left us with the feeling of having been overcharged.

The tour was advertised as 1 hour and 30 minutes, but it actually lasted only 1 hour and 10 minutes because of confusion regarding the meeting place at Café de France, which caused us to lose 20 minutes. Additionally, at 35 euros per person—including 10 euros for the entrance fee—it felt quite expensive for a group visit rather than a private one. On a positive note, the guide was interesting, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor, which made the experience more enjoyable.

I purchased what I believed was a GUIDED TOUR with the entrance fee included, but in reality, I ended up paying the guide separately, and we had to pay an additional 10€/person for entrance on-site. This should have been clearly explained upfront! This is the second time this has happened with your application. I’m extremely dissatisfied, and I will never use your service again.

After a frantic race through the medina with no time to look around, we arrived at the Bahia Palace, where we had to pay an additional entrance fee. The visit was very quick and lacked real depth—our guide gave a brief overview of the history, and we soon left for the second point. However, we only visited the first palace, and afterward, we had to return independently to the meeting point, despite the schedule indicating a return to the starting point.
