The trip was exceptionally well-organized. The guide was friendly and attentive, always ensuring our needs were met. His explanations were thorough and engaging. The transportation was comfortable, although the journey was a bit long – bringing a book is a great idea! Don’t forget your swimsuit for a refreshing dip. There’s a stop on both the outbound and return trips. Food options are available, but they come at Moroccan prices, which can be pricey. Having a hearty breakfast and packing some snacks to enjoy with tea by the stunning waterfalls is a smart choice. Highly recommended!

There is a lot of room for improvement. In the description of the activity they give you times that are not met. The guide, besides not explaining anything to us at all, has taken us on a run. 5 stars ???? and more, beyond my expectations. After 3 hours of travel we arrived in front of this unusual place. During our descent we were able to see and feed the monkeys, being able to get so close was wonderful. They are not fearful and willingly come into contact. Arriving at the bottom, it is imperative to take the boat in order to get as close as possible to the heart of the waterfall! Breathtaking. We had the chance, the privilege of being able to contemplate this panoramic view in front of our lunch! Memorable! The super friendly driver called us because we couldn't find the meeting point and came to pick us up directly from where we were. The bus was air conditioned and very comfortable. The guide Omar was attentive at all times and took all the photos we asked for. The waterfalls are great if you go to Marrakech, it is a must-see. I would repeat the experience without hesitation.

I booked a tour in Spanish: neither the driver nor the guide (more importantly) spoke it (it's not that they spoke little or average, it's that they did NOT speak it at all) You pay €10 for a tour, which in the end goes up at €27 (because then you have to pay the guide and the boat there in cash, and eat where they say with an already established price). It would be more honest to set the final price if you are not going to have alternatives (and problems are avoided by not having the cash). We believe that the last km of the trip (about 40 km) were done with a flat tire (we went from driving at excess speed and recklessly, not to exceed 60 and very carefully; there was a constant tucutucutucu on one side of the van, and even the driver got out once to check, just before starting to drive slowly)

The organization offered us a meeting place other than the hotel (not very close although there were alternative possibilities closer) but then made it available to let us get off at the train station on the way back, which we appreciated. A misunderstanding meant that the driver realized he was going to the wrong destination (in the opposite direction!) following the report of some customers 40 minutes after departure: we recovered on the way, slightly sacrificing time at the waterfalls. Before getting off the bus, a very knowledgeable guide showed up and explained everything to us but who however asked for compensation at the end of the excursion: it seemed like part of the organization and we thought it was included to apologize for the inconvenience, but this was not the case. Greater clarity would have been appreciated.

Totally recommend this day trip. Pick up was on time at the specified location. Although the driver who picked us up, didn’t speak English, the optional guide at Ouzourd was amazing. For €3 or 300 MAD, Omar gave us in depth knowledge of the area. Our group was mixed with some English, French and Italian speaking people. Omar did his theory burst to communicate all information in all languages. There was a little girl maybe 3 years old on our tour and he was beyond brilliant with her. 10/10 recommend Omar. :) Hope to see your again!

The waterfalls are breathtaking! The guide was great, we learned interesting things about olive picking and argan oil with the opportunity to buy some products. It's a bit of a shame that there isn't more time to walk around the waterfalls and lakes. As soon as we arrived and took a ride on the boat, we were already in a hurry for lunch, which, according to the notice, wasn't until around 2:30 p.m. the same money, but because "our" restaurant was almost up at the end of the road, so it was not possible to go back down to take some photos, it's a shame we didn't know that in advance. There are a lot of hungry monkeys on the way who like to take pictures, it is definitely an unforgettable experience. I would appreciate information from the guide at the beginning before the descent to buy a bag of peanuts for them, as it would be much cheaper than the reward for the locals, who do not hesitate to say Dh30 for a handful. The excursion is not worth it and I would not repeat it. They picked me up at 8 instead of 8:30 and I had to go without breakfast and run. They changed my car 3 times and we ended up leaving at 9. When you arrive there is a guide waiting for you (30 Dirham) and they don't give you other options. The guide does not explain anything. You just walk and wait for the group. The boat goes separately (20 Dirham) and if you don't want to use it, wait for the group again. They stop to eat at a very expensive restaurant (130 Dirham) and they don't give you other options or tell you how much time there is to eat. We stayed for about 2 hours because the service was very slow. It is very cold in the van, it was unpleasant to spend 3 hours in a freezer. They say they pick you up and drop you off at the hotel but it's not true, they left me in the square and, furthermore, we arrived later than the estimated time.

Pickup on time but afterwards we drove through the center for 45 minutes to meet other people and go to the gas station. After arriving we wanted to visit the area without guide but they could not tell the exact time of departure back to Marrakesh. In the end everything ended well and we had a nice day! Excellent - there's no other way to say it. We had previously spent a tour with the same driver Houssein. He is a very humorous, patient person and stops at a small rest stop along the way so that natural needs can be taken into account. Our special request was easily possible: we asked for it to be picked up the following day because we wanted to spend one night on site. Unfortunately we forgot our jacket and sweater on the bus, but they were left for us on our bus the following day. Organizationally, you're in extremely good hands here. The waterfalls are a beautiful place in and of themselves, but the experience of having a monkey sitting on your shoulder and eating out of your hand makes this excursion a special highlight. The monkeys live freely in the area and focus on food, so please do not pet them under any circumstances, even while they are sitting on you.

I appreciate that it gave the option of not hiring a guide if you don't want to and not pushing us to any herbal shop, argan cooperative, etc. Some participants ate at the restaurant he took us to and others did not. We were not "forced" by Aslin. The quality-price ratio of the restaurant (typical menu 130Dh) is not good but the views from the terrace dining room of the falls are priceless. Don't miss the boat ride to where the waterfall falls for Dh20!
