This ticket gives us access to four absolutely beautiful and historically rich places within the castle. The guide gives us some information before we can leave to do our visit independently. I recommend it.

You buy your tickets by showing your online ticket in the app at the meeting point. If you don't want the 15-minute foreign language information, you can go ahead. Good value for money.

We booked the short introduction in English and the audio guide with it. The guide spoke very poor English and was difficult to understand. He just quickly rattled off which buildings there were to visit. There was hardly any information about the history of Prague Castle in general. The audio guide was a joke, it's a website that you open on your own phone, the page is then read out monotonously by an AI voice. The worst thing was that the stations were wrong or even missing completely. This was particularly annoying in the cathedral, as it went from the back to the front and you couldn't follow the tour. The only advantage was the fact that we didn't have to queue for the tickets, which you can also get if you pre-order the tickets online. In short, we would not recommend this offer.

It was excellent, at the appointed time, we went to the guide, who is well signposted, he gave us the tickets, then the group was divided by language, and a very pertinent introduction was given about what we were going to visit and tips for the best views. In my opinion, it is one of the things that we should not miss when visiting Prague.

It wasn't the best because I had to wait to get tickets for my group, in the meantime I missed the introduction and I found the audio guide a bit disconnected from the visit...
