The location is stunning, and the water becomes super deep just a few meters from the shore. There are rocks everywhere, so it can be a bit slippery, but overall, it was an amazing experience. We had a fantastic time at various locations, and the ride with nice Arabic music added a great vibe to the experience. The included pick-up was convenient, although being the first pick-up meant it took about 2 hours before we left Sharm, which made the day feel quite long. The experience with Mido was good—he was a helpful and knowledgeable guide. However, the trip started 35 minutes earlier than the time indicated in the app. It's worth noting that an extra $10 is needed for snorkeling equipment. While the Blue Hole was beautiful, a more detailed explanation there would have been appreciated. The food at the restaurant was okay, but soft drinks came at an extra cost, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand. As a general suggestion, while the camel activity is great for photos, the animals didn’t seem to be in the best condition. As tourists, we should be more mindful of supporting responsible practices.

The snorkeling in the coral reef was beautiful, and the walk in the canyon was equally impressive. However, the quad excursion felt unnecessary—it only lasted about 10 minutes back and forth on a coastal road. The dromedary walk was nice but could have been longer to fully enjoy the experience. The visit to Dahab was mostly focused on promoting the sale of essential oils, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a good trip with room for improvement.

We also had a great time with Hakuna Matata—fun and enjoyable throughout. However, it’s important not to pressure tourists into buying things they don’t want. Simply offering once is enough; if they’re not interested, there’s no need to insist. This would make the experience even better.

The snorkeling experience was enjoyable, but there were several unexpected additional costs. The mandatory life vest cost €5, which is surprising since charging for safety equipment like a life jacket feels inappropriate. Additionally, fins (€5), snorkel mask (€5), and wetsuit (€5) were also extra, and it would have been helpful to know about these charges beforehand. For the quad ride, covering your face with a cloth was necessary, but the cloth was sold for €5 when its real cost is closer to €1. Despite these issues, the rest of the experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Better transparency about extra costs would improve the overall experience.
