The spa complex is very nice, featuring a sauna room, steam room, salt room, and a 15-minute (or longer) massage for an extra charge. You also have access to an indoor pool for an additional fee. The only downside was that the massage could have been stronger, but overall, the stay was really pleasant.

Our pick-up was delayed by 2.5 hours. We stood in the rain waiting for communication from the driver and Mete (the experience manager), but customer support was terrible. The driver finally showed up after 2.5 hours with no apology in a dirty car, and we were taken to a different spa than advertised. It wasted both our time and the experience. Mete claims to be available 24/7 but failed to answer our calls six times when we needed help. The spa owner said Mete never communicated our pick-up location. Totally unprofessional all around.

The place was in terrible condition—mold on the ceilings, a blocked drain, wobbly lamps, and a broken sink. It was unhygienic and frankly disgusting! Would not recommend.

I booked this package through Viator as it was much cheaper than my hotel’s hammam and had good reviews. I paid extra for a mixed massage since the package only includes 20 minutes, and for £15, it was a bargain. The driver, Mete, was prompt, and the hammam in the Lara area was a beautiful, modern, and clean complex with an outdoor pool and thermal pool. The staff was friendly, and the whole experience, from the sauna to the steam room, Turkish bath, and massage, was wonderful. My massage was one of the best I’ve had in a long time, and I didn’t want it to end. Afterward, I was served apple tea, and the owner was keen to get feedback. The driver, Mete, dropped me back at the hotel, and Eric followed up the next day, which was impressive. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely return when in Antalya.

For 18 euros per person, we received everything that was offered, but there were issues. The driver (who is the owner) was over an hour late, and the spa was very run-down—there was a leak when we arrived, and the changing area was flooded. The staff seemed overwhelmed and irritable, not really enjoying their job. They did apologize and gave tips on how to book differently, but it wasn’t a relaxing experience.

Although they didn’t have a mud bath or salt room as advertised, the experience still exceeded expectations, especially for the price. Plus, tea was offered! Amazing experience and one of the highlights of our Turkey vacation, all at a surprisingly affordable price. The booking was handled quickly and professionally, and the transfer arrived on time. The spa was impeccable in cleanliness and atmosphere, and it was helpful that part of the staff spoke Russian. They made sure to ask if we preferred female staff, which was highly appreciated. Amazing value for money! The package includes pick-up and drop-off from the hotel, and the staff were welcoming and experienced.
