The views were stunning and Turtle Beach was truly lovely. The mud and thermal baths were a fun experience, though do be cautious—there’s a sudden drop in the mud bath and the whole area is slippery without any warning signs. Unfortunately, the food situation was disappointing. The included chicken lunch was bland, and the paid fish option (225 TL) wasn’t worth it—full of bones and no flavour. Worse, the guide didn’t explain any of this clearly and became argumentative when some guests refused to pay for dinner. He even threatened to call the police, which really soured the atmosphere. Turtles can be seen near the boat stop, so keep an eye out before heading to the main beach.

Had a lovely day out despite the weather not being ideal. It would’ve been helpful to know in advance how long the coach journey would be, as it’s quite lengthy both ways. Our guide, Demetrie, was entertaining and informative made the trip more enjoyable. We saw turtles, which was a highlight! Only downside was the crab dinner it cost extra and really wasn’t worth the price. I'd skip it next time. Overall, would definitely recommend the trip!

A day of mixed emotions with both highs and lows. Negatives first: The tour guide was 15 minutes late picking us up from the hotel. The bus stopped twice for long periods — once to pick up another staff member, and again at a petrol station (despite not refueling). No explanation was given for the delays, and the lack of air conditioning on the bus made it uncomfortable in the heat. The good parts: The boat trip itself was very pleasant. We visited the mud baths and then cruised past the Lycian rock tombs, where the guide gave some great historical context. Turtle Beach was beautiful, and we were lucky enough to see two turtles! Plenty of time to relax, swim, and grab a drink. On the return, we had the option to try freshly caught crab and even saw lightning flickering over the Dalyan River a memorable sight. Despite the rough start, I’m very glad I took the trip. The boat portion and the natural scenery made it worthwhile.

Had a great day out definitely worth the money. The tour guide was very informative, sharing interesting facts throughout the trip. The river cruise was lovely and peaceful, with beautiful scenery along the way. Top tip: Don’t forget your sun cream! It might feel cool with the sea breeze, but the sun is strong and you’ll catch it without realizing. Highly recommended for a relaxing, scenic, and educational experience.

It was a very interesting and well-organized trip! Hotel pick-up was right on time at 08:30 by a comfortable double-decker bus with a Russian-speaking guide. The journey itself offered stunning views right from the start. Upon arrival, we were transferred to two boats — one for Russian-speaking guests, one for others — which was a nice touch. Cruising along the lake and river was beautiful and peaceful. Lunch at 13:00 included pasta, chicken, and salad, with drinks available for purchase. You also had the option to order crab or local fish for dinner (extra charge). We arrived at Turtle Beach at 14:15 soft sand, gentle sea entry perfect for kids, and good facilities (showers, changing rooms). And yes, we were lucky to spot a big turtle by the pier. Returned to our hotel by 19:15. This is not our first excursion with this agency and once again, they delivered top-quality service. Highly recommended thank you for another great day!

We arranged this tour through Excursia Mania, and Bartu was extremely helpful throughout the process. The entire day trip cost just 15 euros and included a one-hour bus journey, lunch, access to the mud baths, and a visit to Turtle Island. Dinner was available as an optional extra, with a choice between fish or crab for around 9 euros per person. It was a full-day excursion. There were a couple of drawbacks. While on the double-decker bus, the guide shared information about the area's history and surroundings, but those seated in the rear couldn't hear anything due to the loud engine and air conditioning. Also, the boat itself was a bit old. Still, overall, it was an enjoyable and worthwhile experience.

I felt slightly let down at the start, as I initially thought the journey to Turtle Beach would be entirely by boat. So, getting on a bus first was a bit of a disappointment. However, the boat ride across the large lake turned out to be enjoyable in its own right. Our guide, Acelya, did a fantastic job throughout the day. All in all, it turned out to be a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic day from beginning to end. Mete did an excellent job arranging everything for us. The entire experience was seamless, and the natural beauty throughout the day was stunning. The mud baths were a lot of fun, and cruising along the Dalyan River was absolutely unforgettable. Turtle Beach was quite busy but still lovely, and we saw plenty of turtles up close. Our guide, Dmitri, was outstanding—funny, informative, and always willing to help (and yes, he did ask us to say that). This trip is definitely something you shouldn’t miss while in Turunc.

Communication through WhatsApp before the trip was excellent. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the boat, where we spent the entire day. Enjoyed the mud baths and searching for turtles. The food on board was reasonably priced and quite delicious.

There should really be shaded areas available on the top deck or enough seating indoors for everyone. My son had no choice but to sit under a table or cover his head with a towel due to the intense sun. The included lunch was honestly inedible, and we’re not picky eaters. Since we didn’t return until 7 p.m., we missed dinner at our hotel and ended up paying for an overpriced evening meal on the boat, which was also very poor quality. The king prawns were spoiled, I only got five chips with mine, and the chicken nuggets were hard and made from an unidentifiable grey paste. Drink prices were very high, and since we were in direct sun for much of the trip, we needed quite a few. On the positive side, the places we visited were amazing, and the guides did a great job. We only caught a short glimpse of two turtles, but that's not the tour's fault of course. The mud baths were a fun experience, and the rock tombs were fascinating to see. Overall, the tour did not feel like good value for money. Thankfully, we avoided eating much of the food and managed to avoid getting sunstroke.

This was a really enjoyable day trip and definitely worth the price. It offered a lot for the cost. The drinks available on the boat were very reasonably priced, though it's worth noting that bringing your own beverages isn't allowed. Overall, a great experience.

Overall, it was an enjoyable day trip. The beginning was a bit rough, with the transfer running 20–25 minutes late (though this appears to be fairly typical in Turkey), but things were well organized after that. We were taken directly by coach to the boat docked at the lake, and accompanied by a guide who spoke fluent English. The boat ride on the lake was smooth and pleasant — no one in the family felt seasick, unlike previous sea tours. The mud baths were a unique experience! Most of us joined in and got covered in mud before rinsing off in the lake and relaxing in the thermal pools. However, we only had around an hour there and it felt a little rushed. Lunch was provided on the boat and was decent for a small tour — you could pay extra for fresh fish if you wanted. The trip continued down the river past the ancient tombs, where the guide shared some interesting background, and then on to Turtle Beach. We were lucky to spot a few loggerhead turtles near the pier. There was a nice stretch of time to enjoy the beach, which was spacious and peaceful, giving the kids a chance to play in the sea. The journey back along the river and lake was calm and scenic, followed by a coach ride back to the hotel. It’s definitely a full-day excursion, but we felt it was fantastic value for money. Probably not ideal for very young children due to the length, but great for families with teens.

This tour was a lot of fun. The highlights for us were definitely the ancient tombs and the thermal baths — both were really memorable experiences. Our tour guide was fantastic and had a great sense of humour, which made the day even more enjoyable. Ekin, who assisted us with booking, was also incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour — it’s definitely one not to skip. Our guide, Dimitri, was fantastic — very entertaining and knowledgeable, with excellent fluency in both English and Russian. The boat was just the right size, not overcrowded, and had a lovely upper deck where we could relax. We visited some stunning locations, including the mud baths and thermal springs. While the facilities were quite basic, they added to the authentic feel, and showers were available. A real highlight was Turtle Beach — a sandy, accessible spot that stood out from many other rocky beaches nearby. Swimming was easy, and it was great to have a lifeguard on duty. Seeing a turtle up close was an unforgettable moment. Compared to other tours that felt more like money traps, this one was refreshingly honest. While drinks and dinner came at an additional cost, the prices were fair.

What an incredible day from beginning to end — everything ran smoothly from the initial pick-up right through to the return. The mud baths were a fantastic experience, followed by a peaceful cruise along the river toward Turtle Island, with beautiful views throughout the journey. Lunch was enjoyable, with a choice between chicken or fish, and drinks on board were very reasonably priced, which was a nice surprise. We were lucky enough to spot a few turtles in the bay where the boat stopped, which made the experience even more special. A big thank you to our guide, Dametre — he was both hilarious and informative. Being Turkish-American, he communicated everything clearly in English, which really helped us enjoy the day to the fullest. I would absolutely recommend this trip. We were picked up at 8:30 a.m. and returned to the hotel by 7:00 p.m., with the coach journey to the boat taking about an hour.
