Your adventure begins with a complimentary hotel pick-up in Turunc, followed by a short and comfortable transfer to our horse ranch near Marmaris. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, this tour is suitable for everyone. Our horses are friendly, well-trained, and easy to ride. No prior riding experience is necessary.
Safety is our top priority. Our professional and experienced staff will provide a full safety briefing, guide you throughout the tour, and ensure that all your questions are answered. We are committed to making your experience both safe and enjoyable. Children over the age of 8 are welcome to participate. With parental consent, they may even ride on their own, depending on their comfort level and ability.
As you ride, you'll journey through unspoiled landscapes, picturesque village paths, and lush emerald pine forests unique to the Marmaris region. You'll also pass by tranquil riverbeds—perfect for capturing unforgettable holiday moments. We recommend wearing old clothes and shoes for this activity, as it can get dusty. If needed, shoes can also be rented at the ranch.
For family or friends who prefer not to ride, the ranch offers a peaceful setting where they can relax, enjoy a coffee, and take in the beautiful surroundings while you explore on horseback. At the end of the tour, our driver will take you to the Marmaris bus station, where you can easily catch a dolmuş (local minibus) back to Turunc. We will pick you up from your hotel and head to the horse ranch.

Our expert trainers will inform you, all horses on the farm are comfortable with people and are used to their attention. They are all well-trained, obedient and friendly animals. Horses are very calm.

After receiving your safety briefing from our experts, you can choose any of our calm and docile horses and start your adventure in nature.

After your adventurous ride is over, our driver will take you to Marmaris bus stop and from there you can take the minibus ( dolmuş ) back to Turunç.

Information Before Booking
- ●This activity is not recommended for individuals weighing 110 kg (242 lbs) or more, or for those with limited mobility or pre-existing health conditions. It is also not suitable for pregnant women.
- ●Guests accompanying participants are welcome to join the tour as spectators for a small additional fee.
- ●Children under the age of 8 may only ride when accompanied by a family member on the same horse.
Know Before You Go
- ●Transfers back to Turunc are provided by scheduled buses called dolmuş (Public Service Vehicle). The price you pay includes a one-way transfer from Turunc to Marmaris. At the end of the tour, you will be dropped off at the bus station in Marmaris, where you can easily catch a dolmuş to return to Turunc.
- ●We kindly recommend bringing comfortable footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, and sunglasses.

The ride was pretty basic and just some simple wooden trails and a very short river crossing. The staff member working for the main company pressured tourists into tipping, no matter what currency they had. Also, the bus ride was really uncomfortable. I wouldn’t suggest doing this.

I’d definitely recommend giving this a go. I had such a great time! Everyone was really helpful. The views and the horse ride were absolutely beautiful.

Overall, it was a nice half-day trip. The actual ride lasts about an hour and is a slow, relaxed walk through forest trails, a shallow stream, and then back to the starting point. It’s very kid-friendly since the horses don’t go any faster than a walk, so if you’re an experienced rider it might feel a bit too calm.
