I thoroughly enjoyed this trip! Although the pick-up was very early due to the long drive, the first driver was punctual, and after about three hours, we transferred to larger coaches. Kadir, our guide, was fantastic—professional, kind, funny, and so approachable.Pamukkale itself was beautiful. The travertines were quite crowded, but I had the chance to swim in Cleopatra’s Pool for an hour, which was an unforgettable experience! Floating among ancient Roman pillars in the same hot spring Cleopatra is said to have used was truly magical. Afterward, I explored the ancient Roman Theatre and took some time to soak in the rich history from the top. It was an incredible trip from start to finish. Thank you, Kadir, for making it so special! ????

The journey was fantastic! The only minor issue was the pick-up; I was scheduled for 2:50 am but was picked up at 4:00 am for the transfer to Antalya, where I boarded the main bus for the day.Our guide, Kadir, was outstanding—definitely 5 stars! He shared a wealth of information about all the places we visited and entertained us with fascinating stories and history. He’s incredibly open-minded and engaging. The driver, Moustafa, was highly skilled and ensured a smooth ride.I highly recommend this trip! Enjoy and explore beautiful places!

The trip began at 3:00 am with the driver picking us up from the hotel to transfer us to another location where we boarded a larger bus. Initially, it felt a bit unsettling as it was the middle of the night, and the driver didn’t speak English. However, once we switched to the bigger bus, we met Kaan, who spoke English fluently, making everything clear and easy to understand. Our first stop was a restaurant for breakfast (not included in the package, as Kaan explained). After breakfast, we continued to Pamukkale, where Kaan shared his extensive knowledge about Pamukkale and Hierapolis. He was incredibly kind, informative, and engaging throughout the tour. After the guided portion, we had some free time to explore the site before heading to lunch and eventually making our way back home.Overall, the trip was well-organized and enjoyable. The only drawbacks were the expected long journey and the limited time to fully explore Pamukkale. Despite this, it was a great experience!

My family wanted to visit the travertines and thermal springs, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Staying in Alanya, we were picked up from our hotel at 2:30 am, and everything went smoothly according to the itinerary. We arrived at our destination around 11 am and had three hours to explore. Lunch was served at a nice restaurant, and the toilets were impressively clean. Our tour guide, Aby, was informative and shared all the necessary details with us. While the coach had air conditioning, the cooling wasn’t very strong, though it wasn’t a big issue for us.Overall, it was a great experience, but I’d recommend staying in Antalya if you’re planning to visit Pamukkale, as it would make the journey more manageable.

The views were absolutely stunning, and Pamukkale is incredibly beautiful. We’re thrilled to have had the chance to see it. Apo, our guide, was exceptionally knowledgeable about all the places we visited. It’s clear that Apo is perfect for this role. We’ll definitely recommend this experience to our friends!

Apo is an outstanding guide! The best I’ve ever had! We highly recommend this excursion to everyone! ✨✨✨ Everything was wonderful, and we had an amazing time. The only thing we’d change is having more time at Pamukkale, as it’s truly magnificent and deserves at least 5–6 hours to explore. Still, it’s a good excuse to return! Huge thanks to Apo for being such an incredible tour guide!

The description mentioned a 15-hour tour, but it took longer for me since I started from Alanya, adding an extra 3 hours for the transfer to and from Antalya. The bus was quite cold, so I recommend bringing something warm to wear. Despite that, the tour was fantastic, and our guide, Kaan, did an excellent job!

My day trip was absolutely incredible! Initially, my friends and I planned to drive from Alanya, but that got canceled. Luckily, I was able to book a spot with this company for the next day. Pick-up was at 2 am, and a comfortable luxury bus collected me and five others, taking us to Antalya, where we transferred to the main coach. Our guide, Kadir, was fantastic—knowledgeable, informative, kind, and approachable. Just a heads-up: entry to Pamukkale costs 40 euros/1080 lira, and Cleopatra’s Pool is an additional 220 lira/7 euros. Personally, I wouldn’t do Cleopatra’s Pool again; it felt more like a lazy river to me, but that’s just my take. Before arriving at Pamukkale, we made a stop at a wine store, which was both interesting and informative. Lunch was served before wrapping up the day and heading back to Alanya. Overall, it was a well-organized and memorable trip!

A worthwhile trip, though traveling from Alanya was a challenge. With an early morning start and around an 8-hour drive to reach Pamukkale/Hierapolis, it was a long journey. The travel time included stops for breakfast, lunch, a shopping break, and, if lucky, a visit to a vineyard. Hierapolis was a feast for the mind and soul. I recommend starting at Cleopatra’s Pool (despite the name, it’s not because Cleopatra frequented it—she preferred milk baths). Then, head south to the small but interesting museum before exploring Pamukkale itself. Take your time to marvel at the stunning blue waters and white cliffs. Walk along the semi-circular wooden path, dip your toes in the pools, and relax by the flowing water.Once you’ve soaked in enough of the sights, head north to the Amphitheatre to admire the remarkable architecture and the emperor-worthy views. Don’t forget to bring 30€ for the mandatory entry/tourism/preservation fee . The team from Hektor was professional and did a great job. I’d gladly return—but next time, from a closer starting point!

It was a very enjoyable trip, though the journey from Antalya was quite long. Thankfully, our guide Abi made it much easier with his engaging presence. He shared fascinating bits of history along the way, which added to the experience. We spent about 3 hours at the site itself, which was a good amount of time. Be sure to budget an additional 700 liras per person for the entrance fee.

Would recommend! The tour was great, even if it is a long trip, it worth the effort. The company was very punctual and very well organised. Pick up was on time and smooth, very good drivers that bring us safe back and very knowledgeable guide. Ahmed was our guide, a lovely guy! He understands very well the needs of people, he didn't bother us at all. The tour is very well organised to be able to see the beauty of Pammukale. No funny extra stops like other companies, everything was as planned and was plenty of time to explore and enjoy Pamukkale. All the information that we need were provided by our guide, good breakfast with option to buy extra pastries if you want, tasty lunch. I would recommend this company as they did the tour exactly as was described. Good job guys! Keep it like this!

The trip was amazing, with stunning views. Kaan is an excellent guide. The only drawback was the long transport time—over 7 hours instead of the 4.5 hours the satnav predicted, due to multiple hotel drop-offs.

Apo is both friendly and informative, sharing details throughout the journey to our destination. However, the transport could improve—the van on the first leg lacked air conditioning, making the trip from Alanya to Antalya a bit uncomfortable. Despite this, it was great value for money, and I’d book again. Thank you!

It was an amazing day that I wouldn't have wanted to miss. However, the trip was excessively long 19 hours in total, with 16 hours spent traveling and only 3 hours for sightseeing.

Abi was an excellent guide both knowledgeable and approachable. The bus ride was comfortable, and the overall trip was fantastic.

Kaan was fantastic—always keeping us informed and showing great kindness, friendliness, and flexibility. However, the return trip took much longer than expected, with an extra 2 hours added due to multiple drop-offs in Antalya’s peak traffic. Staying in Alanya, we would have preferred a direct shuttle to avoid the detour. The Pamukkale excursion itself lasted 3 hours, but the total journey ended up being 20 hours instead of the advertised 15. We were completely drained by the time we returned.

The destination is fantastic and definitely worth visiting. The guide was excellent—kind, friendly, and very helpful. However, the transport from Alanya to Antalya needs improvement. The air conditioning was inconsistent, barely functioning at times, leaving 16 people in an uncomfortable environment for over two hours. The bus was also outdated, with damaged seats and suspension. On the positive side, the driver was skilled and had no issues. The bus from Antalya to the site was much better, with everything in good condition. The trip was advertised as 15 hours but took over 18 in reality. Entry tickets cost €30 per person. Despite the challenges, the place is absolutely worth seeing.

The trip was enjoyable overall, though there were some drawbacks. Breakfast was very basic and felt unnecessary, as it only delayed the schedule. The stop at the stone factory for shopping could also have been skipped. On the bright side, lunch was excellent, with a lovely setting at a villa featuring peacocks. Drink prices were reasonable (Coke €2, beer €4).We departed Alanya around 4 a.m., arriving in Pamukkale around 12:30 p.m., with free time from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Entry was an extra €30, clearly stated beforehand, and Cleopatra's bath cost an additional 200 lira, which I found worthwhile.Apu, the guide, was very friendly and personable. However, the bus from Antalya to Pamukkale struggled, crawling up the mountain at 30 km/h. The return journey took 6 hours, with just one mini toilet stop where prices were steep—4 chocolate bars and 2 Cokes cost €10.Overall, it was a good trip with room for improvement.

The excursion was incredible—Pamukkale is an absolutely breathtaking destination and a must-visit at least once in a lifetime! Our guide, Abi, was exceptional, always uplifting and making the day even more enjoyable. We were thrilled to have him guide us!The only drawback was that the entry fee for Pamukkale (€24) was not mentioned on the excursion page, which I believe should be clearly indicated. Other than that, everything was flawless. A fantastic day, thanks to the guide and the excursion agency!

Pamukkale and Hierapolis were stunning to visit and truly worth seeing. However, the journey from Alanya was far too long, starting with a 2 AM pick-up! The first 90 minutes were spent collecting other passengers, and the small van had issues with suspension and broken seat belts. The total travel time, including a transfer to a larger bus (which we had to wait over 15 minutes for), a refreshment stop, and an uninspiring 'rock' viewing stop, came to 8 hours. The return journey was equally long, with a lunch stop that was just okay. The driver of the large bus was competent, but the small van driver was reckless, using his mobile phone with one hand throughout the return trip. Additional time was tacked on due to hotel drop-offs, adding to the frustration. We only had 3 hours at the actual site, which felt insufficient given the long travel time. The Cleopatra thermal pool was small, not very clean, and overpriced. The toilet facilities were poorly maintained. While the guide was friendly and spoke English, their accent made them hard to understand.Overall, the experience was expensive for what it offered, and I wouldn’t recommend this tour from Alanya.
Helpful? Yes
The overall tour was decent, but unfortunately, the time allocated for the actual excursion was very limited. We made an unexpected shopping stop before the excursion, which took up a lot of time. The most frustrating part was leaving the excursion at 16:15, only to sit on the bus for around 1.5 hours waiting for something unknown. This time could have been better spent exploring or returning to the hotel earlier. That said, our guide Ahmed was welcoming, kind, and very professional, which added a positive touch to the experience.

First of all, the organization was terrible. The meeting time was 2:30 AM, and they wouldn’t pick me up from my hotel, so I had to walk 1.5 km with my children at 2 AM. Ironically, we ended up passing my hotel during the drive anyway. The first bus was small, cramped, and had no air conditioning, making the 2-hour journey uncomfortable. After about 1.5 hours, we stopped at a gas station for no clear reason, and 10 minutes later, another stop at a different station to switch to a larger bus. The wait time for this transfer was 40 minutes—in the middle of the night! We then switched buses, only to stop for breakfast at 5:45 AM (who wants to eat that early on vacation?). The journey to the destination, which could have taken 4-5 hours, ended up taking 8. As for the excursion itself, it was fine but lacked detailed information about the place. For the price, I would have expected more insight and context. Overall, while the destination was decent, the poor organization and unnecessary delays left much to be desired.
