We visited this hammam today. We had been coming here for years, considering it one of the best in Alanya. However, the service was terrible this time! My husband sat in the sauna for 40 minutes without being offered even a glass of water. For a place that isn’t cheap, at the very least, they could provide water—even for a fee. Meanwhile, two Turkish guests were taken in without waiting in line. My husband didn’t feel comfortable going to the reception in just a towel, so he simply got dressed and left. Very disappointing experience!

I was massaged by Mehmet, a highly skilled professional. I can confidently assess the quality, as I have been treated by internationally recognized massage experts before, and Mehmet is definitely at that level. His expertise, attentive approach, and ability to understand problem areas from the very first touch were exceptional. My wife was massaged by Sayme, who also did a fantastic job. I purchased a package for 45 euros, which included an hour in the hammam with treatments and an hour-long massage. You start by relaxing in the heat for as long as you need, followed by a scrub and foam wash—everything was very well done. I even got extra time to relax in the sauna, as I love a thorough steam. I ended up spending about an hour and a half in the first part. Afterward, I had tea and then enjoyed a fantastic massage. Even though I’m usually quite critical, I couldn’t find any flaws here—everything was on point. For comparison, I visited one of the major historical hammams in Istanbul, where I paid 1.5 to 2 times more, and the experience was nowhere near as good. The historic building might look nice, but the spa treatments were disappointing. A quick note about Alanya—many places advertise hammams for 10 euros, but that price doesn't include the winter season since they save on electricity. Keep that in mind.
