It was absolutely fantastic and honestly the highlight of the trip. We chose the evening session, arriving at the camp right at sunset, which was perfect. Definitely try the quad biking—it’s a must! The Arabic Shemagh scarf isn’t necessary at all, so there’s no need to buy one at the first stop—the sand wasn’t a problem. Go ahead and book this experience; you won’t regret it!

his was the highlight of our trip to Dubai! Everything was exceptionally well-organized and thoughtfully planned, with friendly staff and incredible food. We’ll definitely do it again. We highly recommend OceanAir Travels for anyone looking for an outstanding experience. We opted for the 7-hour safari, and it was absolutely the right choice. Pickup was punctual, and the off-road vehicle was clean, spacious, and well air-conditioned. Upon arrival at the camp, we were welcomed with a variety of drinks and the option to purchase traditional clothing. The quad biking session lasted about 25 minutes and was an absolute thrill. Next, we ventured into the desert for a drive that was both fun and comfortable—not strenuous at all. While the time in the desert itself was relatively short, around 15-20 minutes, it was a memorable experience. At the camp, we were entertained with fantastic performances, and both we and our kids (8 and 17) thoroughly enjoyed every moment. If you’re visiting Dubai, a desert safari is an absolute must!

This was hands down the best experience ever! Mehdi was an incredible tour guide, truly attentive to every detail. From the warm welcome at the start to his thoughtful guidance throughout the journey, everything was perfect. At our first stop, he showed us where to grab drinks and find headscarves, which was so helpful. He suggested riding in a Kaddy with four people instead of going solo on a quad, and he was absolutely right—it was so much more fun! Don’t hesitate to spend a bit more for this experience—it’s totally worth it, especially as you zip past camels in the Kaddy. The adventure continued with a camel ride and an exciting car safari. When one person in our group felt unwell, Mehdi immediately stepped in to care for her with such kindness. If you’re booking a tour, cross your fingers for a guide as amazing as Mehdi—you won’t regret it!

It was an amazing tour! Lahcen from Oceanair picked us up from our hotel right on time. We then drove to the camp with another family, and along the way, he shared lots of interesting information about Dubai. When we arrived at the camels, Lahcen made sure we had enough time to enjoy all the activities. We had booked the optional quad biking, and it was fantastic! After that, we went dune bashing and sandboarding in the desert—definitely the highlight of the day. It was so much fun! To top it off, Lahcen took some incredible photos of us during a photo shoot, and they turned out great. Finally, we headed back to the hotel. A quick tip: plan for about 5 hours for the whole trip, as Lahcen really takes his time to ensure you have the best experience. There were also bottles of water in the car, and refreshments and snacks at the camp.

Our experience with him was nothing short of fantastic. Sandy arrived at our hotel lobby promptly at 2:30 PM, as scheduled, and took us on an unforgettable journey through Dubai to the desert. Along the way, we made a stop at the Camel Race Track, where Sandy shared fascinating insights about the sport. The Falcon photo-stop was perfectly timed and enjoyable. At the desert's edge, we had the chance to ride a camel, which was a delightful experience. Then came the adrenaline rush: quad biking! Sandy gave us valuable safety tips that ensured we could enjoy it confidently. The dune bashing, however, was the highlight. Sandy’s STUNNING driving skills were on full display as he expertly navigated the dunes, making the adventure both thrilling and completely safe.
