Bestie was a great guide. She helped me by writing information on her phone since I am deaf and couldn’t hear the spoken explanations. The Pamukkale tour was definitely worth it, and I would gladly visit again.

An excellent experience from start to finish, definitely worth the cost. Osman communicated clearly throughout, and booking online was much easier than purchasing at the resort kiosks.

Beste was an excellent guide who clearly explained everything and gave us a generous three-hour break to explore Pamukkale on our own. Both breakfast and lunch were tasty and satisfying!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience, even traveling with our 2-year-old. Mart, our guide, was outstanding—very knowledgeable, informative, and always ready to help. Although the day began early, it turned out to be fantastic. Dinner was surprisingly delicious, even better than what we had on day cruises. I highly recommend this tour. Just a tip: bring your own drinks since only water is provided on the bus, and additional children come with extra costs.

Mert was an outstanding guide from start to finish! From the moment we were picked up until we were dropped off, he was attentive and supportive. He shared fascinating insights about Turkey’s history and the Pamukkale region. Beyond his extensive knowledge, he was kind, entertaining, and friendly with everyone in the group. I would definitely recommend him for a day that’s both informative and enjoyable.

The trip was fantastic and perfectly organized. I’m truly grateful to our coordinator Eric and our tour guide Mert for making the whole experience unforgettable. We were picked up from our hotel right on time, as promised. There were a couple of stops during the drive, which gave us a chance to stretch and relax. Breakfast was lovely, featuring traditional Turkish bread accompanied by a selection of jams, honey, and butter, along with a muffin and some chocolate. On the way to Pamukkale, our knowledgeable guide Mert shared fascinating insights about Turkey’s history and some incredible facts. The site itself was stunning. We took many beautiful photos and created memories that will stay with us forever. Lunch was a generous all-you-can-eat buffet, which was very enjoyable. There’s also a fast-food restaurant nearby if you prefer something different.

The trip was quite long but comfortable, with breaks every hour for restroom stops, drinks, and stretching. Breakfast and lunch were decen nothing extraordinary, but enough to keep you satisfied. Keep in mind that drinks are not included. The first stop was a jewelry and gem shop. Next, we visited Pamukkale, Hierapolis, and the Cleopatra Pool. The entire area is breathtaking and definitely worth the long journey. Our guide, Sultan Nur, was very knowledgeable and helpful, gladly answering all our questions and giving useful tips on how to explore efficiently. Note that entrance fees are not included, and the Cleopatra Pool requires a separate ticket. We hadn’t brought cash, but Nur accepted card payments, although the pool only takes cash. If paying cash, I recommend using Turkish Lira rather than euros or pounds, as you could end up paying more. The final stop was a wine tasting, which was an enjoyable experience. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Pamukkale, and the company was very well organized.

The location we visited was perfectly matched by the lovely weather. Our guide, Nur, provided insightful information about the various sites we explored, and was particularly helpful in advising us on the best sequence to tour Hierapolis. I had hoped to learn more historical details during the coach rides between stops, but perhaps everything was already covered during the on-site explanations.
