Fantastic activity... access to the Prague Castle complex with entry to St. George's Cathedral... St. Vitus Cathedral... Golden Lane and Congress Hall. Tram transportation included. The guide Anna has that extra touch... perfect Italian... excellent friendliness with stories not only historical but also of curiosities inherent to what was discussed, all while interacting with the group. We were not bored for a moment. Highly recommended.

Interesting tour with a guide who speaks good Italian and knows how to capture the attention of the participants. The only flaw is queuing to enter the castle and the palaces because there are no preferential lanes for groups. This on days of great affluence, makes you waste time in visiting the monuments.

The guide was great, but the meeting place mentioned in the notice was different from the meeting place that was individually contacted. I came to the Prague Castle area as instructed in the private message, but I felt something was wrong, so I checked the notice again and ran 13 minutes to the starting point of Charles Bridge in 5 minutes. I recommend checking the meeting place in the notice carefully. I used up twice as much energy and felt tired and uncomfortable all day.

My rating is not necessarily GYG problem. Christmas Day crowds were overwhelming and trying to get all the people into their respective tours and guides based on language was horrible. Took forever due to the head guide checking everyone off his list then giving tickets to palace. Then called individual names for each of the tours of several languages. Charles Bridge was, as you can imagine, brutal to get through while trying to listen to guide. Then jumped in a tram to palace. The lines and crowds at the palace were chaotic. Again not GYG fault. Unfortunately, due to crowds, I felt like we did not experience what the palace had to offer. People were dropping out of the tour. I felt for the guide since he worked Christmas Day but probably got little in tips. We had to find our own way home. I have used GYG for many tours and will again but will rethink major holidays.
