Extremely disappointed with this tour. I lost 165 euros. This was supposed to be the most important tour of our stay in Prague. Started 1/2 hour late. Catastrophic organization, a crazy world in front of the entrance then we are told to wait. Finally our guide arrives, gives us our entrance tickets and we start with the 1st synagogue in which we stay barely 5 minutes with no explanation she puts us in front of a film then we leave without explanation, when I ask her why we don't stay longer, she tells me that we don't have time, we will have other explanations later. Then visit of the cemetery, still nothing interesting to tell us, while I saw the other guides provide a host of details and stories to the other groups. The visit continues always the same and when I ask questions, she answers beside the point. Totally incompetent guide and knows nothing about the history of the Jews. I learned nothing.
