However, if you wish to get away from the crowds and experience something new, the paragliding experience from Side to Alanya looks like the ideal option. Fly above the beautiful and majestic Cleopatra beach, get to know how it feels to fly, and set your body and soul free to feel some major adrenaline boosts.
The activity is available every day, from any time between morning and afternoon. For your own convenience, transfers are included in the price. On the pre-arranged time, members of our team will pick you up from your place of accommodation in Side and drive you towards Alanya. The road trip is approximately 1 hour, during which you can enjoy some nice views.
The paragliding flight station is located on the Cleopatra’s Hill, at an altitude of 700 meters above the sea level. Your safety is the number one priority during this experience. For this reason, professional paragliding pilots and instructors will offer a detailed introduction regarding the activity. During the briefing, the pilots will explain how paragliding works, which are the safety procedures, and offer you all the necessary safety equipment.
The actual paragliding experience begins once you attach your equipment to the instructor’s uniform. Then, you need to start running with the instructor for few meters towards the end of the hill. At some point, you will find yourself flying and a sense of freedom will immediately fill your body. Paragliding is in fact one of those activities that are able to offer you unique emotions and adrenaline boosts at the same time.
The paragliding flight lasts for almost 20 minutes. Please keep in mind that the flight duration is subject to the weather conditions and to the direction of the wind. In general, during the flight you would be able to admire spectacular panoramic views over the beautiful Cleopatra’s beach. The tranquillity of the flight, in conjunction with the magnificent views of the surrounding area will make the whole experience memorable.
Landing takes place at the beach, and the pilot will make sure that is smooth and pleasurable. Upon landing, you can preview the photos and the videos taken by the pilot during the flight. If you wish, you can purchase them at an extra cost.By the end of your paragliding experience, a vehicle will transfer you back to Side. After one hour you will arrive back at the place of your accommodation full of great emotions, new images and long lasting memories.

The Paragliding Experience operates daily, with a two-way transfer included. A modern, comfortable vehicle will pick you up from your Side hotel and take you to the Alanya flight station in one hour.

At the take-off site, our licensed team provides a thorough safety briefing, ensuring comfort and confidence. With expert staff and premium equipment, your safety is our top priority.
Duration: 15 Min. to 20 Min.
At take-off, your pilot expertly navigates optimal thermal currents, allowing you to relax and enjoy a 20-minute flight from 800 meters down to Cleopatra Beach, with stunning views all the way.
Duration: 20 Min.
After landing on Cleopatra Beach, enjoy 15-20 minutes to relax, review your photos and videos, and, if desired, purchase these lasting memories.
The excursion concludes with a return trip to Side, where you’ll be comfortably dropped off at your hotel, leaving you with unforgettable memories and renewed excitement.
