Too much time is wasted on the quad safari, the Turkish delight shop, the jam shop, and the Silk Market. Additionally, the harassment from the vendors in these stores is excessive, making it difficult to shop comfortably. We spent very little time at the Green Mosque and did not visit the tree. The guide was always concerned about keeping us on schedule and making sure we understood, but he needs to be more polite. They do not meet the departure time and location. After waiting for half an hour at the meeting point they provided, we had to walk to their offices and then wait even longer for the bus to arrive.

The ski resort is very nice, and the ferry ride to Bursa was also interesting. However, the package is not worth it. Before reaching Uludağ, we were taken to visit factories and shops, which felt like a waste of time. In the end, we had less than an hour at the ski resort, which wasn’t enough to fully enjoy it. There wasn’t much to do, making the experience underwhelming.

Our guide was informative and ensured we stayed on schedule while also making the journey enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic day trip that we highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul. Great value for the price!

The tour had some great moments, but overall, it felt a bit rushed and could have been better organized. The ferry ride to Bursa and the cable car up Uludağ Mountain were enjoyable, with stunning views. The Green Mosque was also a nice cultural stop. However, too much time was spent at shopping stops, including factories and markets, which took away from the main attractions. We only had about an hour at the ski resort, which wasn’t enough to fully enjoy it. Additionally, there were delays in the pick-up and departure, which was a bit frustrating. The guide was knowledgeable and kept us on schedule but could have been more welcoming. If the tour focused more on Uludağ and less on unnecessary shopping stops, it would be much better. Overall, an average experience.

An overall great experience! The journey to Uludağ Mountain was filled with interesting stops where we got to explore local products and culture. The guide was knowledgeable and ensured we had an engaging experience throughout the trip. The ferry ride to Bursa was a nice touch, offering scenic views along the way. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking Uludağ Mountain, where we got to enjoy the snow and take in the stunning views. The cable car ride was smooth and provided amazing photo opportunities. Although we had several stops before reaching the mountain, they allowed us to see more of Bursa and experience its traditions. A well-organized trip with a mix of sightseeing and shopping—highly recommended for those wanting a full-day adventure!

An exciting and eventful tour with plenty to see and do! The hotel pickup was eventually sorted, and our guide made sure we reached all our destinations. Traveling with a big group meant some delays, but it also created a lively and social atmosphere throughout the trip. The ATV stop was a fun surprise, adding an adventurous touch to the journey. The cable car ride was a unique experience, and while the weather wasn’t ideal, it was still enjoyable. Lunch was decent and provided a nice break before continuing to Uludağ. Even though the itinerary was packed, we got to visit various places and make the most of our day. The guide was helpful and even arranged a taxi when needed. A great way to explore Bursa and the mountains—definitely worth it for those looking for a full-day adventure!

Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel pickup was from the wrong location, and after waiting for 45 minutes, we finally got on the bus. The entire trip felt unorganized, with long delays at every stop due to the large group. Instead of heading straight to Uludağ Mountain, we were taken to multiple overpriced tourist shops where the guide seemed to earn a commission, wasting hours of our time. The itinerary was misleading—there was an unnecessary and expensive ATV stop (2,000 Lira per ATV) that wasn’t even part of the original tour, while the ferry ride over the Marmara Sea, one of the main reasons for booking, was skipped entirely. Lunch was basic and served at a random roadside restaurant. By the time we reached the cable car, it was dark, and due to bad weather, we couldn’t see anything. Because of the unnecessary delays, we had no time left to explore Bursa or enjoy its famous kebab, which was another highlight we were looking forward to. In the end, we spent an entire day stuck in a bus, making pointless stops instead of actually enjoying Uludağ Mountain. Definitely not worth the money—avoid this tour!

The tour also included several stops where we got to explore local products, adding a cultural touch to the experience. An adventurous and well-organized tour! The pickup process took some time, but it ensured everyone was accommodated before starting the journey. Although much of the day was spent on the bus, it allowed us to take in the beautiful scenery along the way. The highlight was definitely the snowy mountains and the breathtaking cable car ride—absolutely worth the trip! The landscape was stunning, and we had the chance to experience the winter magic of Uludağ. Lunch was served later in the day, but it was a nice break before continuing the adventure. For those looking to enjoy a full-day tour with a mix of travel and sightseeing, this is a great option. The itinerary covers a variety of experiences, and while time at each stop is limited, it provides a great overview of Bursa and its surroundings. Definitely recommended for those who love scenic views and mountain experiences!

The tour had some good moments, but overall, it was not as expected. The description of the activity did not fully match reality. We were picked up at 8 AM, but with multiple hotel pickups, we didn’t actually leave Istanbul until around 9:30 AM. Most of the day was spent on the bus, and there was no ferry to Bursa as advertised—it was all by road. The stops for sightseeing were quite short, only about 1 to 1.5 hours at each location, which felt rushed. We reached the lunch spot quite late in the afternoon (around 4:30 PM), which was a long wait. On the bright side, the snowy mountains and cable car ride were absolutely beautiful and made up for some of the shortcomings. If you don’t mind a long bus ride with minimal time for exploration, this tour might work for you. However, it could be better organized with less travel time and more focus on the main attractions.

Uludağ Mountain is absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, this tour does not give you enough time to fully enjoy it. The transport logistics were poorly managed—we lost over 2 hours just on hotel pick-ups and drop-offs. Instead of heading straight to the mountain, we were taken to several shops where they tried to sell us things, which felt like a waste of time. We only had about an hour at Uludağ, which was disappointing considering how long the journey took. The return trip was also frustrating, as we had to take a train that extended the travel time unnecessarily. In reality, Uludağ is less than 3 hours from Istanbul by car, so it would be much better to visit on your own or even stay overnight to make the most of the snow and scenery. While the mountain itself was incredible, the tour experience was not great. I would recommend looking for other options to get there more efficiently.

The tour had its ups and downs. Transportation was average, with narrow seating and inconsistent AC, making ventilation an issue—especially with people wearing heavy jackets. However, Yasser, the guide, was fantastic—kind, helpful, and made the experience better. The driver was also excellent. The ATV ride is not recommended in wet winter conditions unless you’re okay with getting completely covered in mud. Be cautious of photographers charging high prices. The best parts of the trip were the cable car and the open-air seat lift—absolutely stunning! But make sure to bring proper winter gear: ski glasses, thermal clothes, and good gloves. Without them, you’ll struggle in the cold. Despite some hassles, we still enjoyed the trip. The Roro experience on the way back to the hotel was a nice touch. Would recommend for those prepared for the cold and minor inconveniences.

The tour was disappointing due to poor time management. We had to wait almost an hour for the pickup, which was frustrating. Instead of heading straight to the main attractions, we wasted a lot of time stopping at several overpriced shops—clearly for commission. By the time we reached Uludağ, we barely had any time to enjoy it, which was really disappointing. The mountain itself is beautiful, but this tour didn’t allow us to fully experience it. If you want to make the most of your time in Uludağ, I’d recommend finding another option or going on your own.

The excursion was well-organized, and the guide was very nice and attentive, which made the experience pleasant. However, almost every stop was at a shop, clearly designed to encourage spending. While this is great if you're looking to buy souvenirs, tea, coffee, or beauty products, it felt like too much time was dedicated to shopping rather than sightseeing. The journey was quite long, and traveling with two young children made it even more challenging. I wouldn’t recommend this tour for families with kids, as the long bus rides and multiple stops can be tiring. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I wish there was more time spent enjoying Uludağ Mountain rather than shopping. Thanks again to the guide for being so helpful!

This tour was not as advertised and felt like a frustrating waste of time. The late departure would have been fine, but we were taken on an unplanned hour-long detour to a four-wheeler park, where we were essentially stuck until 3:30 PM. Instead of focusing on the main attractions, we were dragged to multiple shopping stops for Turkish delight and jam, which were not part of the itinerary. The boat ride was just 30 minutes and happened in complete darkness, making it feel pointless. Lunch was good, and the mountain was exceptionally beautiful, but we barely had enough time to enjoy it. One of the biggest disappointments was realizing that the advertised "mountain tour with cable car" did not actually include the cable car ride—we had to pay extra for it on the day, which was an unexpected and costly surprise. The chair lift in the snow (500 TL per person) was a fun experience, but overall, the itinerary was misleading. We only had a quick peek inside the Green Mosque, the mausoleum was closed, and the bus ride felt endless. If you book, read the fine print carefully and be prepared for a day filled with long travel times and unnecessary stops.

The chair lift experience was also a great addition, making it even more memorable. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The stops along the way allowed us to explore local culture and products, which was a nice touch. Lunch was delicious and a perfect way to recharge before heading up the mountain. The biggest issue with this tour was the poor time management. We had less than an hour at the Green Mosque, and by the time we arrived, the mausoleum was already closed, which was really disappointing. Mediocre experience overall. The tour felt rushed, with too many stops at tourist traps instead of actual sightseeing. We were constantly running from one activity to another, leaving no time to properly enjoy Bursa. One of the biggest disappointments was the unexpected mountain bike stop, which cost 2,200 TL—completely unnecessary and not enjoyable. Additionally, at Uludağ Mountain, we were taken to a chairlift that cost another 350 TL per person, even though we thought these activities were included. The dinner was very basic, and the long 3-hour drive each way made the trip exhausting. Be prepared to pay extra for activities or wait around while others do them. This isn’t a tour—it’s a guided shopping trip! Almost every stop was just a sales pitch, pressuring us to buy things instead of actually seeing important sights. There was very little sightseeing, making the whole experience feel like a waste of time and money. The guide was rude and dismissive from the beginning, which made things even worse. To top it off, they made us switch buses from a comfortable coach to a smaller, more cramped Sprinter, which was completely unnecessary. If you actually want to see Bursa, skip this tour—just take a train or rent a car instead. This was nothing but a money trap and absolutely not worth it. Do not recommend!

The tour guide was professional and friendly, ensuring we had a great time while providing interesting insights along the way. The tour was okay, but it could have been much better if it focused more on historic sites and the actual city of Bursa rather than making so many shopping stops. At some points, it felt more like a shopping trip than a sightseeing tour. Using the bridge instead of the ferry could have saved a lot of time and made the journey less tiring. While the overall experience was decent, a better itinerary would have made it much more enjoyable. Thanks to the team for organizing the tour, but some improvements are needed.

The excursion was very good, and everything was well-organized. The guide was informative, and the trip was a great way to explore the beauty of Uludağ Mountain. The cable car ride was definitely a highlight, offering breathtaking views. However, I would have liked to see more of Bursa’s city center instead of spending so much time at other stops. A bit more time exploring the historical and cultural sites would have made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great trip, and I would still recommend it for anyone looking to visit Bursa and Uludağ Mountain!

A complete scam from start to finish! We felt like we were being taken advantage of the entire time. Instead of an actual tour of Bursa, we were constantly pushed into unnecessary shopping stops, some lasting 40 minutes to over an hour, which prolonged the trip unnecessarily. We barely got to explore Bursa, a city full of history, because the focus was on forcing us to buy things from their partner shops. It would have been so much better to have free time to actually discover the city instead of being dragged from one store to another. The guide's English was passable but not always clear, and at times, he was not very diplomatic. If you want to truly experience Bursa, avoid this tour and go on your own! Total waste of time and money.

The trip was well-organized and enjoyable, with the cable car and chair lift being the absolute highlights. The scenic views of Uludağ Mountain were breathtaking, making the experience worth it. However, the trip was a bit long, and there were a few unnecessary shopping stops that could have been skipped to allow more time for sightseeing. It would have been great to explore more of Bursa’s historical sites rather than spending so much time in shops. That said, the guide was informative, the transportation was comfortable, and the overall experience was great. The tour was boring and not what I expected. The safari ride was completely unnecessary and not worth it at all—just a waste of time that could have been spent actually exploring Bursa or Uludağ Mountain. The tour had some good moments, but overall, it could have been better planned. There were too many stops, mostly at stores trying to sell things, which took up a lot of time. I was expecting to explore Bursa’s city center, but unfortunately, we barely got to see it. The mountain ride was enjoyable, but the rain made it a bit less enjoyable. I found the tour very tiring, mainly due to too many unnecessary shopping stops instead of actual sightseeing. The quad bike ride was horrible and felt like a forced activity rather than an enjoyable experience. The only good parts of this trip were the mountain cable car ride and the Green Mosque—everything else was disappointing. The guide didn’t provide much information, just stopped at places and briefly explained what they were. There were way too many shopping stops, and we felt pressured to buy things. They claimed these were workshops, but in reality, they were just stores trying to sell their products. Most of the day was spent driving and shopping, rather than actually exploring Bursa or spending more time in the mountains for photos. For the price, it’s okay, but in terms of experience, it felt like a waste of time. If they reduced the shopping stops and gave more time at Uludağ, this tour could have been much better.

A complete disappointment! This tour was not as advertised and felt more like a shopping trip than a real sightseeing experience. We left at 8 a.m., but with multiple unnecessary shopping stops, we didn’t even reach Bursa until 2:30 p.m.—wasting hours on the road instead of exploring the city. The itinerary was misleading, with at least four stops at overpriced tourist shops, clearly aimed at making us spend money rather than actually seeing Bursa. The visit to Mount Uludağ and the Bursa Mosque was good, but unfortunately, these activities only made up about 30% of the trip. The rest of the time (70%) was spent on optional activities like ATV rides, an extra mountain ride, and excessive shopping stops. The guide should have clearly informed us about the itinerary in advance instead of making it seem like certain activities (like the ATV ride) were necessary. The dust from the ATV ride made us sick, ruining the next three days of our trip. If the tour focused more on actual sightseeing and less on unnecessary activities, it would have been a much better experience. Disappointing and not well-organized. Avoid this tour if you’re expecting an authentic experience! There are many things that need improvement, and unfortunately, this trip was disappointing from start to finish. First, it was frustrating to have to stop at multiple unnecessary activities before even reaching Uludağ. We were forced to stop for an ATV ride (not in the itinerary), and those who didn’t participate had to wait in the middle of nowhere. Then came the Turkish delight and marmalade shops, where everything was overpriced—you can buy the same items for half the price in Istanbul. When we finally arrived in Uludağ, it was beautiful, but instead of actually exploring Bursa, we were taken to a silk shop, which made no sense. We saw nothing of Bursa’s history or culture. The biggest issue was the guide—he was aggressive, impatient, and rude. He got annoyed when repeating information, clapped his hands at us like we were animals, and made mocking facial expressions when someone asked a question. Overall, this was a terrible trip, and Bursa is not what they show on this tour. A complete waste of time and money! Avoid at all costs!

The lack of communication really affected the experience. We were not informed in advance that the cable car was canceled, which was disappointing. This should have been communicated at least in the morning so we could adjust our expectations. Additionally, do not book the cable car in advance, as it turned out to be a waste of money. We were promised a 30-minute ride, but in the end, we only got a 5-minute chair lift ride, which was not what we paid for. I recently participated in a tour to Bursa and Uludağ, anticipating a day of exploration and natural beauty. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by several issues. The itinerary included multiple unplanned stops at unfamiliar shops, which were not mentioned in the tour details. These detours significantly delayed our arrival at Uludağ, leaving us with less than an hour to enjoy the main attraction. Moreover, the tour did not adhere to the advertised schedule. Upon returning, passengers were dropped off at inconvenient locations, such as main roads or traffic signals, around midnight, rather than at designated drop-off points. This experience felt misleading and did not align with the expectations set by the tour description. I would advise future travelers to thoroughly research and choose tour operators known for their transparency and commitment to delivering as promised.

This tour needs better planning and transparency. The long hours spent on the bus should be clearly stated beforehand. The activities did not justify the extended travel time. An unexpected ATV stop felt like a forced upsell—either pay 1600 Lira or wait for the rest of the group. It was frustrating and unfair. Once on the mountain, activities were poorly managed, and the guide disappeared completely. There was no clear communication that skiing, snowboarding, and the ski lift were optional and required an extra fee. Instead of truly exploring Bursa, the focus was on shopping, with multiple unnecessary store stops. Even the Green Mosque visit felt like a side note compared to the shops nearby. Lunch was scheduled way too late (3:00 PM), which could be a serious issue for people with dietary restrictions. On top of that, the guide’s poor English made instructions unclear. Overall, this tour felt like a waste of time and money. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.

This trip was absolutely phenomenal! Our guide, Mohammed Hassan, was fantastic—engaging, informative, and kept the energy high throughout the journey. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and well-informed at each stop. The mountains were breathtaking, with the snowy landscapes looking almost unreal. We had the opportunity to try quad biking, the chair lift, and the cable car—each at an additional cost, but 100% worth it! A huge shoutout to Mohammed Hassan for making this trip even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a well-organized, fun, and memorable tour, this is the one to book!

The breathtaking views of Uludağ Mountain and Bursa were incredible, and the cable car ride was an unforgettable experience. Our guide was fantastic—informative, friendly, and always ensuring everyone was comfortable and engaged. We had the chance to do exciting activities like quad biking, the chair lift, and the cable car (at an additional cost), and they were definitely worth it! From the hotel pickup to the drop-off, everything ran seamlessly. The friendly atmosphere, professional planning, and stunning scenery made this one of the best trips I've taken. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul!

The tour was okay, but it didn’t fully meet expectations. While the views from Uludağ Mountain were stunning, the overall experience felt a bit rushed. The itinerary could have been better planned to allow more time in key locations rather than making so many unnecessary shopping stops. The cable car ride was enjoyable, and the activities like quad biking and the chair lift were fun, but they came at an additional cost, which wasn’t clearly mentioned beforehand. The guide was friendly, but at times, communication was unclear, making it a bit confusing. Another downside was the long hours spent on the bus, which should have been stated more clearly when booking. Also, lunch was served quite late, which could be an issue for some travelers. Overall, it was an average experience—not bad, but also not the best. If they improve time management and reduce unnecessary stops, this tour could be much better.

This tour was definitely one of the highlights of my Istanbul trip! Everything was well-organized, and our guide was fantastic—punctual, clear in communication, and made sure everything ran smoothly. From the start, the guide kept in touch via WhatsApp, letting us know exactly when to be ready. The ferry ride was enjoyable, and the quad biking in Yalova was a lot of fun! In Bursa, we visited a honey and Turkish delight store, with clear instructions on how much time we had at each stop. Uludağ Mountain was incredible! We had 1 hour 45 minutes there, and our guide even arranged chairlift tickets for everyone (paid in cash), which was an amazing experience. The cable car ride down to Bursa was another highlight—absolutely breathtaking! The final stops included the Green Mosque, the former green baths (now shops), and the Sultan’s house, which were all interesting. The trip was well-paced, and our guide ensured everyone was on time and accounted for at every stop. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a seamless, fun, and well-organized day trip from Istanbul!

This tour felt like a complete tourist trap. Many of the promised attractions, such as the 600-year-old plane tree and the Green Mosque, were skipped entirely. Instead of visiting real historical and cultural sights, we were taken to overpriced markets where they constantly tried to sell us things. The Deniz Safari stop wasn’t even listed in the tour description, and it was not a tourist attraction worth visiting. Everything felt like a way to get tourists to spend money rather than enjoy an authentic experience. Even basic things like coffee were ridiculously expensive (3 euros, the same as in Germany), and using the toilet cost 10 lira. The tour was a waste of both time and money. Instead of taking tourists to pointless shopping stops, the focus should be on the real sights that were promised in the itinerary. Definitely not recommended.

The tour was very efficiently organized, and the communication from Mr. Mete via WhatsApp was excellent. Pickup was smooth with minimal waiting time, and the ferry ride was a great experience. I also appreciated the well-timed stops for coffee and restroom breaks. There were optional activities available, but you could choose to skip them as I did. Pre-lunch was enjoyable, though lunch itself was a bit late due to the packed itinerary—this is one area that could be improved. Playing in the snow was an absolute highlight! The area had good facilities, including toilets and a mosque, which was convenient. The guide and driver were fantastic, making the experience even better. Overall, it was a great trip, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends back home!

This excursion did not go as expected and felt like a waste of time. We spent more time in stores than actually enjoying Uludağ Mountain. For a 5-hour journey, we only got 45 minutes in the snow, which was extremely disappointing—especially for people traveling from far away just to experience it. The Green Mosque visit, which was included in the package, never happened. The guide was unhelpful and did not provide a great experience. The whole tour felt rushed and poorly managed. I do not recommend this tour. There are plenty of better options available. Grafik Travel should be avoided—choose another provider for a better experience.

Excellent service from start to finish! Our family of four, including our 11-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter, had a wonderful experience traveling from Istanbul to Bursa. The bus service was comfortable and well-managed, with convenient stops for local shopping and photos. The lunch was absolutely delicious, offering a great selection of food. The highlight of the trip was the chair lift—an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience (though it required an additional fee). Our guide, Mohammad, was incredibly friendly and supportive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately, due to fog and snow, we weren’t able to see the peak of Uludağ Mountain during the cable car ride, which was a bit disappointing. However, despite this, the trip was still very enjoyable and well worth it. Highly recommend this tour for families looking for a well-organized and memorable adventure!

This tour was a huge letdown from the start. We were picked up at 8 AM, but due to disorganization, the trip was delayed. The transport was chaotic—organizers didn’t seem to know which guests were on which buses, leading to constant recounting and unnecessary delays. Excessive time was wasted at the Turkish delights factory shop, while actual sightseeing was rushed. The 600-year-old tree was just that—a tree—with little explanation given. We only had one hour in the snow, and even that was disrupted as we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for missing guests due to unclear instructions. The cable car experience was also frustrating, as there were no clear directions, causing guests to wander and waste more time. By the time we got to Bursa, it was already dark, and we barely had time to visit anything. Instead of a proper tour of the city, we were taken to more shopping stops and given just a quick glimpse of the Green Mosque. We arrived back in Istanbul very late, exhausted and disappointed. This tour felt more like a shopping trip than a proper sightseeing experience. There were too many unnecessary stops designed just to encourage people to buy things, which took away from the actual purpose of visiting Bursa and Uludağ Mountain. The guide and staff were friendly, but they lacked engagement. Instead of providing detailed explanations about the places we visited, they mostly left people to wander without much context. More historical and cultural insights would have made the experience much better. Time was not well-utilized—Bursa and the mountain deserved much more attention instead of the countless shop visits. However, the seating arrangement for the drop-off was poorly managed. We had to switch buses, and for nearly two hours, my child and I were very uncomfortable due to the lack of space. Unfortunately, some passengers were unwilling to share their seats, which made the journey back frustrating. If the organizers improve the return transport arrangements, this tour would be much better. Otherwise, it was a great experience overall!

This trip was absolutely amazing! Both the driver and the guide were incredible—super friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. They created a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, which made the experience even better. Although we initially chose the Arabic language option and had to communicate in English instead, everything else was fantastic. The itinerary was well-planned, the views at Uludağ Mountain were breathtaking, and the cable car ride was unforgettable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a well-organized and enjoyable trip!

The trip itself was amazing, and we had a fantastic time at Uludağ Mountain! The snowy landscapes were beautiful, and the experience was definitely worth it. However, we felt rushed at most stops due to time constraints. With the heavy traffic in Istanbul, it would be much better if the travel provider arranged a single central pickup location instead of multiple stops. We were delayed by more than 30 minutes just because the driver and guide had trouble finding some pickup points. Additionally, while our guide was okay, we’ve experienced much better service quality from guides in other countries like Thailand, Japan, and Indonesia. A more engaging and friendly approach would have made the experience even better. Overall, a great trip, but with some improvements in logistics and customer service, it could be even better!

The tour was a fantastic experience overall! Everything was well-organized, and we really enjoyed exploring Uludağ Mountain and the breathtaking scenery. The cable car ride was definitely a highlight, and the itinerary was well-paced. Just a minor issue—according to the tour description, lunch was supposed to include a soft drink, but we had to pay for it separately. It would be great if this could be clarified beforehand to avoid any confusion. Aside from that, everything else was amazing! Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Bursa and Uludağ Mountain.

Overall, the tour was just okay but could have been much better. Unfortunately, our guide did not speak good English, and we were hardly provided with any information beyond just the next stop on the itinerary. It felt more like basic transportation rather than a guided tour. The morning was quite chaotic, with a lack of organization. Expect to be picked up and dropped off at different locations, which was not what was stated in the booking. A lot of time was wasted at the Turkish Delight and Jam store, while we barely got an hour at Uludağ Mountain. Shockingly, some guests were left behind at the last stop, and we had to inform the guide, who seemed more like a tourist himself rather than someone managing the group. The only positive was that communication with the provider was good. This tour could have been great with a more competent and engaged guide and better time management. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.

The trip had some great moments, but overall, it could have been much better. The meal was just average, nothing special. However, the highlight was our guide, who was very friendly and always smiling, making the experience more enjoyable. One of the biggest downsides was the unnecessary stop at the jam store, which felt like a waste of time. It would have been much better to spend more time exploring the city of Bursa instead. Thankfully, we opted for the TV seat upgrade, which made the long journey more comfortable. Otherwise, just visiting the cable car, boat, and Green Mosque wouldn’t have been worth the time. This tour has potential, but reducing the unnecessary shopping stops and focusing more on Bursa itself would improve the experience.

The trip was okay, but it didn’t fully meet expectations. While Uludağ Mountain was beautiful and the cable car ride was a great experience, the itinerary felt a bit rushed. We spent too much time at shopping stops instead of enjoying more sightseeing in Bursa. The guide was friendly but didn’t provide much historical or cultural information. Additionally, some activities required extra payment, which was not clearly mentioned beforehand. Lunch was average, and the late timing wasn’t ideal for everyone. This tour went beyond my expectations! Everything was well-organized, making the trip smooth and comfortable from start to finish. We started with a bus ride to the port, then took the ferry (with the bus) across the Sea of Marmara before continuing our journey to Bursa. The itinerary was well-paced, with interesting stops along the way. We visited a Turkish Delight factory shop, enjoyed a beautiful overlooking view of Bursa, and had lunch in a stunning mountain setting—the food was delicious and filling! Although the cable car was closed, they compensated with a free chair lift ride, which was an amazing experience! We had a fantastic time playing in the snow (definitely bring warm jackets). The sunset on the way down was breathtaking, followed by some more time exploring Bursa before heading back to Istanbul. A big thanks to our guide, Tarik, for making the experience even better! There were no unnecessary stops, and everything was well-planned. I highly recommend this trip for anyone looking for a well-organized and enjoyable day out!

This tour was a complete letdown. From the start, it was poorly organized, with delays and confusion about pickups. The transportation was chaotic, and we spent too much time waiting instead of enjoying the sights. The itinerary was misleading. Instead of focusing on Bursa and Uludağ Mountain, we wasted hours at unnecessary shopping stops, where we felt pressured to buy things. We barely had time to enjoy the mountain—just a short visit before being rushed back. The cable car was unavailable, and the alternative chair lift was not properly explained in advance. While the trip had potential, it fell short in a few areas. There were too many buses involved, which made the journey feel disjointed and unnecessarily complicated. The biggest disappointment was that the cable car wasn’t available, which really took away from the experience. Without it, the trip didn’t seem as worthwhile, especially given the long journey. More attention to logistics and communication about changes, like the cable car, would greatly improve the tour. It could have been a great experience, but these issues left us feeling underwhelmed.

We had a fantastic time on this tour, and it was definitely value for money. While the journey is long, it's absolutely worth the visit! We particularly enjoyed the scenic car ferry trip and the breathtaking cable car ride, which offered stunning views of the area. Our guide, Mete, was excellent—he provided us with a lot of fascinating information about the history of Bursa and the places we visited. The bus driver was also very cooperative, ensuring a smooth ride, and even kept the bus quiet on the way back so we could enjoy a peaceful power nap! The chair lift ride was an optional activity and a fantastic experience, though it was an extra cost. Lunch was great and suited our tastes well. We had a lovely time despite the cool and foggy skies upon arrival. The only suggestion I would make is to reduce the number of shopping stops. While they were fine, it would be better to focus more on exploring the interesting places in Bursa. Overall, it was a splendid tour, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

We had a fantastic time on this trip! Our guide, Tariq, was wonderful—he explained everything in detail about the places of interest and kept us engaged throughout the journey. We were picked up on time at our apartment by Mete, and then we joined the rest of the group in a smaller van heading to Bursa. The group was full of fun companions, which made the trip even more enjoyable! Tariq went above and beyond by taking us to the Osmangazi Tomb to watch the royal guard changing ceremony, which was a nice bonus. While the weather wasn’t ideal during our visit, I’m sure it would be absolutely stunning on a sunny day. There were a couple of shopping stops, but they were brief (around 20 minutes each), giving us enough time to look around. The food was delicious and plentiful, and overall, the tour was well-organized, with Tariq being punctual and professional. Definitely recommended for solo travelers or anyone visiting Istanbul. While the guide (Sadik) was friendly and tried his best, the tour left much to be desired. The majority of the trip felt like a “coffee trip,” as we spent an excessive amount of time on the bus, with numerous short stops at shops where we were encouraged to buy items like sweets, soap, and jam. These shopping stops felt more like a sales tactic than a part of the experience. Lunch was around 2:30 p.m., and it was quite bland—just some salad without dressing, tender wheat, and grilled meat. Side dishes were extra, which added to the frustration. The visit to Uludağ was a letdown as well. The chairlift to the top, which was an additional cost, was the only major activity, and the view didn’t justify the price. The stop at the mosque in Bursa was very short, and we were sent off without a proper tour of the mosque—just brief information before we were left to wander on our own. Given that we had only three days in Istanbul, this tour felt like a waste of time. While our guide and driver were friendly, the overall experience did not meet our expectations, and we wouldn’t recommend it.

We had an amazing time on this tour! We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the ferryport to begin our journey to Bursa. Along the way, we visited some interesting places, like a Turkish delight shop and a jam shop. I highly recommend walking around the area near the 600-year-old tree and trying some sahlep, a delicious warm drink. The local fruits are also a great snack for the bus ride, and the prices are very reasonable. Lunch was simple but nice. If you're not used to plain seasonings or prefer more flavor, I’d suggest bringing your own spices to add. Uludağ Mountain was breathtakingly beautiful, and I loved the chairlift ride all the way to the top. If you're not afraid of heights, it’s definitely worth it. We also took the main cable car down, which offered incredible views of the surroundings. Our visit to the Green Mosque and Mehmet I Tomb rounded off the trip, and we headed back to Istanbul by car. While the trip had potential, it didn't quite meet our expectations. The AC in the car wasn't working at first, which made the journey uncomfortable. Additionally, the driver was rude, shouting and playing loud music, which detracted from the experience. There were also too many shopping stops, and not enough time was dedicated to actual sightseeing, which was a bit frustrating. While the guide was nice and did try to make the trip enjoyable, it wasn't enough to make up for the other issues. The trip was very disappointing due to several issues. The transportation was unorganized, as we had to switch buses halfway through the journey. I also forgot some of my belongings on the first bus, and although they promised to drop it off at my hotel, they never did, which was really frustrating. The numerous stops at shops along the way took up a lot of time, and the guide kept insisting we buy gifts at her friend's shop, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. We spent more time shopping than actually sightseeing, and it took nearly 6 hours to reach Bursa, which felt like a huge waste of time. The cable car ride was the only highlight of the trip, but overall, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. I wouldn't recommend this tour based on my experience.

The day trip to Bursa had its ups and downs. While the tour itself was nice, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The liaison lied about hotel pickup and drop-off, claiming there were road closures due to a bike race. We were asked to meet at another hotel, which involved a 15-minute walk up steep hills. As an older adult, this was quite challenging, but we managed. To make matters worse, on our return, they refused to drop us at our hotel again, repeating the same excuse about road closures. After checking online and with our hotel, we found there were no such closures. This felt very misleading and disappointing. Additionally, the liaison did not inform us about the weather conditions, which would have been helpful for preparation. We were only told to bring a jacket, but the rain and cold were much more severe than expected. On the positive side, the tour guide was nice and informative, and the stops at the shops along the way were interesting. Unfortunately, the heavy rain meant we couldn't see anything on the mountain, which was really the highlight we were looking forward to. This tour would have been much more enjoyable if it weren’t for the miscommunication and weather issues. I’m giving it an average rating due to the deceitfulness of the liaison and the unfortunate weather conditions.

While the tour had some nice moments, it was very disappointing overall due to the excessive focus on commercial shops. We spent way too much time in places pushing products, like the Turkish product store and a clothing shop, which really took away from the sightseeing experience. Unfortunately, we didn’t even have 30 minutes to properly explore the town of Bursa, which was one of the main things we were looking forward to. Overall, we enjoyed the trip, but there were several points that weren’t ideal. The departure was delayed by 1.5 hours, likely due to traffic, and the return journey was frustratingly slow, as it took a long time for the bus to get through the crowds. The tour was also interrupted by three sales stops—at a sweet shop, an olive and sauce store, and a shop selling Turkish souvenirs. These stops felt like classic tourist traps, and the prices were higher than expected, which was disappointing. Additionally, the tour guide provided very little explanation during the long bus ride, which could have made the journey more engaging. We also weren’t informed that the second cable car ride would not be included in the price, and we had to pay an additional €14 for two people. Finally, the free soft drink at lunch was just Ayran, which was a bit underwhelming. While the tour had some great sights, it could be improved with better communication, fewer shopping stops, and a clearer breakdown of costs.

The tour had potential, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable. The delays were not communicated to us, and it felt like we were kept in the dark about changes to the schedule. As a couple with a different language, we found that the guide primarily catered to the other group, giving information in their language, leaving us with a separate guide who was helpful but still unable to provide the full experience we expected. Unfortunately, most of the stops were at commercial shopping locations, which was extremely frustrating. We were hoping to explore cultural sites, but instead, we were taken to places focused on selling products. This really detracted from the experience and left us feeling disappointed. The trip to Uludağ Mountain was absolutely spectacular! The views were breathtaking, and I was pleasantly surprised by how cool the 600-year-old tree was. While there were a couple of shopping stops, they weren’t forced, and we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. Overall, it was a unique experience, and I’d definitely recommend the trip. However, a few improvements could be made. It would be great if groups were organized according to language, as we were the only English-speaking family in the group. As a result, we missed out on a lot of historical commentary, and while the guide tried his best, we only received a brief summary of what was explained in-depth to others in Arabic. Additionally, the trip might not be suitable for young children. The heat and the long 13-hour duration made it tough for our little ones, who became very tired and fussy during the trip. Despite these few drawbacks, it’s a memorable experience with stunning views. Book it today!

What an excellent trip! The tour guides were professional, friendly, and spoke great English, ensuring that all our needs were taken care of throughout the day. They provided insightful information and made sure everyone had a smooth and enjoyable experience. Bursa itself was stunning, and I had an awesome time exploring the city and enjoying the breathtaking views of Uludağ Mountain. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to experience the beauty and culture of Bursa while having an amazing guide to enhance the experience. Overall, this tour was a fantastic experience with breathtaking views, especially at Uludağ Mountain. The guide was friendly, professional, and informative, making the trip enjoyable. The sights and the journey were wonderful, and I had a great time. However, I was disappointed with the food service. While everyone else seemed to get a free drink with their meal, we didn’t receive one, which felt unfair. The food was also not as great as expected, which slightly detracted from an otherwise amazing day. Despite this issue, the tour was well-organized, and I would still recommend it for anyone visiting Istanbul, but they could definitely improve the food and drink service.

The tour didn’t quite live up to expectations. While the description mentions a boat trip to Bursa, we were mostly in the bus, with only a brief half-hour boat ride across the Gebze Canal. This was misleading and disappointing. Several of the stops felt unnecessary, and we lost a lot of time, especially with the excessive delays. The only highlights were the visit to Uludağ Mountain and the Green Mosque, which were enjoyable, but honestly, these could have been done in half a day instead of the 13-hour duration. The hotel pickup and drop-off also felt like a waste of time. The bus spent a lot of time navigating through the old town streets, which caused unnecessary delays. It would have been more efficient if everyone met at a single assembly point instead of waiting for the bus to circulate. The day didn’t start or end smoothly due to these logistics, which was quite frustrating. While Uludağ and the Green Mosque were worth seeing, the rest of the tour was disappointing and could definitely use improvement in terms of time management and clearer communication.

Overall, this tour was an enjoyable experience with some truly stunning views of Uludağ Mountain and Bursa. The cable car ride was a definite highlight, offering breathtaking scenery. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, making the trip informative and fun. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The trip did feel a bit long, and we spent more time on the bus than expected, especially with several stops that seemed unnecessary. A bit more time on the mountain or in Bursa would have been nice. Despite these small drawbacks, the tour was well-organized, and the team made sure we had a memorable day. I would definitely recommend this tour, but I suggest a few adjustments to the itinerary to make it even better.

This was by far the worst tour I’ve ever experienced. The entire focus of the trip seemed to be on taking us to overpriced shopping stops where they clearly earn a commission, rather than letting us actually explore the city or enjoy the sights. We barely had any time in Bursa—just 25 minutes at the end of the day, and that was mostly spent at another shopping stop! The worst part was the incredibly late lunch at 4:30 p.m., after leaving the hotel at 7:30 a.m. The food was cold and unappetizing, which added to the frustration. We didn’t have the opportunity to explore the city or enjoy its culture, as the day was dominated by these unnecessary shopping detours. The tour operator seemed more interested in getting a good rating than providing a quality experience. I would not recommend this tour to anyone. It was a complete waste of time and money.

This tour was truly amazing! From the moment we were picked up at our hotel, everything was smoothly organized, and the experience was unforgettable. Our guide was fantastic, providing insightful commentary and keeping the group engaged throughout the day. We had plenty of time to explore, and the trip was perfectly paced. The lunch was delicious, and the stops along the way were interesting, giving us a great introduction to the area. If you're looking to experience the beauty of Bursa and Uludağ, this tour is a must. The tour itself was enjoyable, with stunning views from Uludağ Mountain and a fantastic cable car ride. The guide was friendly and informative, making the experience more interesting with great insights into the history of the area. However, there were some aspects that could be improved. We spent too much time on the bus with multiple stops at shops that didn’t feel very relevant to the sightseeing experience. Additionally, the timing was a bit off—we had very little time to explore the actual city of Bursa, which was disappointing. The lunch was decent, but could have been better, especially considering the long hours we spent traveling. Overall, while the tour had its highlights, it could benefit from a better balance between sightseeing and shopping stops. Still, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a day out of Istanbul.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour! The views from Uludağ Mountain were absolutely stunning, and the cable car ride was definitely a highlight of the trip. The guide was friendly and informative, and we appreciated the insights shared about the area. However, there were a few areas for improvement. There were quite a few shopping stops throughout the day, which took up a fair amount of time and distracted from the sightseeing. We also would have liked a little more time to explore Bursa itself, as the visit felt rushed. Despite these minor issues, the tour was well-organized, and we had a great time. I would still highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Uludağ and Bursa.

While the trip had some great moments, overall, it felt more like a shopping trip than a sightseeing experience. We spent a lot of time in the beginning at shops, which felt like a waste of time and took away from the opportunity to explore the sights more. The mountain views and cable car ride were amazing, and the guide was friendly, but the focus on shopping made the experience less enjoyable. We would have preferred more time spent on the attractions rather than in the shops. If you're looking for a sightseeing-focused tour, this may not be the best option.

Overall, this was a good tour, and we had a pleasant day. Our tour guide, Hamza, was very nice and welcoming, making the experience enjoyable. The views at the mountain were beautiful, and the cable car ride was a highlight. However, there were a couple of issues. The traffic and wait times for the buses and ferry were a bit frustrating, though I understand this wasn't the fault of the company. The mountain stop was also quite short, and we would have liked more time to enjoy the stunning views and surroundings. Despite these minor inconveniences, the tour was well-organized, and we felt it was worth the money. While the tour had potential, there were several issues that made the experience less enjoyable. The bus had no adjustable air conditioning, and it was very cold throughout the journey. The tour started with a stop at a Turkish delight shop, where we spent 50 minutes—a complete waste of time since you can buy Turkish delights anywhere in Turkey. This unnecessary delay pushed lunch to 3 p.m., which felt extremely late. If time hadn’t been wasted at the shop, we could have had an earlier meal and more time for sightseeing. Additionally, we were taken to a jam shop and spent 30 minutes there, which was again focused on shopping rather than exploring the city’s rich history. The tour lacked a deeper exploration of the historical sites in Bursa, and we didn’t get much background or information on the city's history. There was no visit to the old town or market, and very little was said about the historical significance of the places we did visit. We didn’t return to the hotel until around 10 p.m. due to the time wasted at shopping stops. Although the lunch was basic (which I understand considering the price), the overall structure of the tour felt poorly organized, with too much focus on shopping rather than sightseeing. Overall, the tour didn’t live up to expectations. I would not recommend it for those looking to explore the city’s culture and history rather than spend time shopping.

Overall, the trip was fantastic! The staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful, and Hamza kept the group entertained with some light jokes. The journey was long, so we did feel quite tired by the end of the day, but the stunning views and the experiences made it worthwhile. The stops at the jam shop, silk shop, and Turkish delight shop were nice, but they felt a bit too long. These could be reduced to allow more time for sightseeing and exploration. The 610-year-old Chunar tree was definitely worth the visit, and the cable car ride was amazing, offering breathtaking views of the mountain. We also opted for the chair lift, which was a fantastic addition to the experience. This tour was a huge disappointment. What was promised as a fast trip turned into an 8-hour bus ride with numerous stops, each taking anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. These stops felt more like tourist traps, especially since the prices at the shops were significantly higher than in Istanbul. The ferry ride, which was only about 20 minutes, was fine, but it didn’t make up for the long, drawn-out journey. The meal was acceptable, but there was no dessert or unlimited drinks as advertised—just a soda, and not even water. The gondola ride was supposed to last 30 minutes, but it was much shorter, at just 20 minutes. At the end of the tour, there was no time to explore the city, and we just rushed to another shopping stop, wasting valuable time. The driver’s behavior wasn’t ideal either, as he drove rather aggressively, and we even had to stop multiple times for fuel since he only filled up 30L at a time. We left at 8 a.m. and didn’t return until midnight, making it an exhausting trip overall. If you enjoy long coach tours with lots of detours and shopping stops, this might be for you, but otherwise, I would not recommend this excursion. There are much better ways to spend your time in Istanbul.

The guide was good, and the driver was decent, but the overall trip felt a bit underwhelming. There was too much focus on shopping rather than cultural experiences. For example, we expected a factory visit for Turkish delight but ended up at just a bakery. The trip was absolutely perfect! Visiting the Bursa region was definitely worth it—the city is stunning, surrounded by lush nature and beautiful landscapes. What made the experience even better was our guide, Saabit. He created such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, making the long journey from Istanbul feel much more enjoyable. Out of our 10 days in Istanbul, he was by far the best guide we had! His knowledge and enthusiasm added so much value to the trip. A must-do experience, highly recommended!

This was a great trip overall! The journey to Bursa was smooth, and the city itself is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature and breathtaking landscapes. The cable car ride was definitely the highlight, offering stunning views of Uludağ Mountain. Our guide was friendly and informative, making the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was the number of shopping stops, which felt a bit excessive. It would have been better to focus more on cultural and scenic experiences. That said, the tour was well-organized and a good value for a full-day trip. I’d definitely recommend it!

Overall, the trip was well worth the money! The hotel pickup was smooth, and the journey to Bursa, first by bus and then by ferry, was a great experience—such a nice touch! ???? Along the way to Uludağ Mountain, we had a few interesting stops, including Chinatown Tree and a jam factory. Lunch was included (it was okay), and the highlight was definitely the cable car ride. One was included, while the other was paid, but it was totally worth it. Before heading back to Istanbul, we explored Bursa’s Green Mosque, Green Tomb, and a hammam. A fantastic trip for nature lovers. Huge thanks to Mete for the amazing service!

This tour was a fantastic way to explore Bursa and its surroundings! Sampling different Turkish delight and honey flavors was such a fun experience, and the ATV ride was definitely worth the extra cost. The Green Mosque was absolutely stunning, and I loved wandering through the nearby markets. The highlight for me was the ferry ride at sunset—an incredible view and a perfect way to take in the beauty of the gulf. Huge thanks to Mete for organizing everything so smoothly, allowing me to just relax and enjoy the day. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to escape the crowds of Istanbul and experience the charm of Bursa!

This tour was quite disappointing. The pick-up was 35 minutes late, followed by an unnecessary one-hour bus change. The journey was uncomfortable with loud music, leaking water, and ineffective air conditioning. Poor time management meant excessive waiting for people and long, forced stops at shops, delaying lunch until 4 PM. The Gemlik activity was canceled without explanation, and it took 7 hours before seeing the first actual sight—the old tree. While the teleferik and lunch were decent, more time was wasted at a silk shop before visiting the Green Mosque. We didn’t return to the hotel until 10:30 PM. The guides were friendly, but overall, I wouldn’t do this tour again.
