This is an absolute must when visiting Cappadocia! The sights were fascinating, especially exploring the interior of a fairy chimney house and the Göreme Open-Air Museum. The van was spacious, comfortable, and fully air-conditioned. Our guide was wonderful, ensuring we didn’t spend too much time under the hot sun. We enjoyed a buffet lunch and even visited a local artisanal pottery workshop. A truly memorable experience!

I had a fantastic day touring Cappadocia! Our guide, Yeni, was incredibly knowledgeable and took us to all the top spots in the area. We had plenty of time for photos, which was great. While the visits to the carpet and pottery factories felt unnecessary, the overall experience was excellent. A highly enjoyable tour!

The booking process for the tour was quick and efficient, making it hassle-free. The tour itself was well-planned and organized, with a very reasonable price. Since I was traveling with my partner, who had to pay entrance fees as a tourist, it was great to have a guide for places like the Göreme Open-Air Museum and Pasabaglari—both absolutely worth visiting. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to experience a Red Tour in Cappadocia!

We booked the Red Tour online for our trip to Cappadocia in September 2024. Once the booking was confirmed, Eric took care of everything via WhatsApp with excellent communication and attention to detail. Our guide, Ceren, was both informative and delightful. The lunch provided at the tour was a buffet at a restaurant, which exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend this tour, especially if you don’t have your own transportation!

An amazing tour! Ibrahim, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and provided a personalized experience, walking me through all the stunning top spots. The small bus made the experience feel tailored, and my tour ended up being a one-on-one session, which was a real treat. I had the chance to ask plenty of questions, making it feel like a private tour of Cappadocia. Plus, Ibrahim was kind enough to take all the photos for me! I highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking an intimate experience with local guides. The lunch was also delicious. Just a heads-up—this tour doesn’t cover entrance fees for two parks. Most places accept credit cards, but make sure to have at least 760 liras in cash or on your card to cover these costs!

The tour was definitely worth it. The reservation process was quick and easy through WhatsApp, and we paid in cash. Bartu, who assisted us, was very friendly and answered all my questions. Once the tour was confirmed, they picked us up right on time from our hotel. Please note that museum tickets are not included, and you only have about 15 minutes at each stop. It gets extremely hot in August, so I wouldn't recommend walking or going on your own, even if the destinations seem close. The lunch was delicious and plentiful, and we really enjoyed it. The guide was very friendly as well. A tip: Before starting the tour, you’ll stop by a silver jewelry factory. If you're interested in buying silver, check the prices at local stores in your town of stay as they might be cheaper than at the factory.

Overall, it was a good trip. However, the operator kept adding people to the group, making the seats very cramped for those who had already booked. There were too many stops at places like the leather store and others, which felt more like advertisements and marketing rather than part of the experience. It would have been better to replace some of these stops with additional interesting places on the itinerary.

Our guide, Mehli, was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge about Cappadocia. The buffet lunch was great, and as a vegetarian, I was happy to have so many options to choose from. The only part I found overrated was the Open Air Museum. The extra 20 euros for entry seemed too expensive, as there wasn’t anything particularly interesting that justified the cost. The pottery shop was nice, but since I’m not into that craft, I would have preferred to skip it. However, we weren’t pressured to buy anything, which was a positive. One thing I would suggest is providing a bottle of water on the bus, as we had to buy it from local shops.

We were picked up 40 minutes late, then spent another 30 minutes waiting while a tour group member argued about their ticket including all entrance fees. There wasn’t much explanation about the sites we visited, and be prepared for very short 10-minute photo stops at some locations. We were also taken to a rug shop for a big sales pitch, which wasn’t part of the itinerary. The Goreme Open Air Museum was probably the highlight of the day, but you can easily visit it on your own (and had to pay separately for it anyway).

The guide was kind and helpful, but overall, it wasn’t worth it. It would have been better to rent a taxi instead. The bus was very hot, and the guide arrived an hour late. Uchisar Castle was mentioned, but we only saw it from a distance. The tour was private, but there was only one stop at a ceramic shop, while we spent a lot of time at a carpet shop. I wouldn’t do this tour again.

The tour started almost an hour later than scheduled, and the entire experience felt rushed. I was charged in advance for three admission fees for the attractions, but we only visited two, and the tour company didn’t address the discrepancy after the tour. Luckily, I noticed the extra charge and reached out, but it took a few days to get in touch with the right person to sort things out. The company then asked where I was and promised to give me a cash refund. However, as a tourist, I had already left Cappadocia by the time they finally referred me to the right person. It became a hassle to get the refund since Turkey doesn’t allow phone app transactions like Apple Pay.
