It was one of the nicest tours, with snacks, drinks, and great company. Elena was a lifesaver! We had to go to the hospital due to an accident that morning and were almost going to miss the cruise. Elena noticed we hadn’t shown up at the meeting point and immediately called us. I handed the phone over to the cab driver, and she gave him custom directions, found a new meeting point, and even haggled expertly! When we arrived just in time, she paid the driver too! We couldn’t have made it without her local knowledge, language skills, and patience. She made sure our two young children could join us on time. Thanks to Elena, we now have amazing memories and pictures from this unforgettable day!
