The whole team had me in hysterics one way or another. From the moment I stepped on the bus, boat and even the added little extra fashion show made me smile! The staff was friendly and informative, they also provided for us guests an entertaining programme, we had varied music - Eastern and European. The boat was comfortable and spacious. Eric, from the Guest Relation Department handled my reservation and made sure that it's all set, organised and runned smoothly - I got picked up by the tour guide and Eric checked on me to ensure I got picked up and if everything was going well. Eric provided an excellent service, was very happy with his service. Also I was very pleased and happy with the lady Shakhzada who works there - she was very welcoming, friendly and helpful by providing some tips regarding the places to visit on Islands. She also initiated to show me around, provided her pleasant company, took great pictures of me and ensured throughout the trip that I had everything I needed and felt comfortable. All other staff was there all the time to interact with us guests depending on our needs. Generally, absolutely happy and satisfied with the service provided on this trip. The trip was smooth, and the experience overall was comfortable. I really loved that they came picked me up from my hotel and dropped me back off. The tour was good, the hassle of getting transport and getting to the ferry was taken care of, so made things easier. The tour company was helpful and even put on a small dance on the boat. The first island (big island) was for 2hrs and the 2nd Island (small island) was for 1 hr. I honestly feel (and this is from my family as well) that we should have been given more time on the large island, as 2hrs flew by. The small island could be cut out as there's not much to do there, that would give more time on the big island. Other than that, it was pretty fun.

The islands are nice to visit but you explore by yourself. Lots of friendly cats to interact (particularly on island 2) with nice food at very reasonable prices (compared with the touristy parts of Istanbul) - we opted to buy lunch on the first island (the lunch provided on the boat between islands was pasta and bread with some water) Despite the 'What to expect' section stating a tour guide will take you around the islands this is not the case, you are left for 2h on the first island and 1h on the second island to explore by yourself with no guidance of what you're looking at etc.

It was the worst experience in turkey with any tour provider. We booked for ISTANBUL PRINCE ISLAND + TRANSFER* . Our time was 8:00 then changed to 8:30 then he reached after 9AM. We reached island but this ship was worst ship I would recommend you go by public transportation and public ship it would really good. He drop us at island at 11:10 and meeting time was 1:10PM I went for prayer and reached to meeting point 1:20pm by the time I reached he already left and was waving from ship right front of me and showing me time it's big island you can get late for 10 mints it's normal but they left us and msg me buy ticket and take another ship. I managed and found it's very easy to go by yourself and supper cheap and better service.

We chose this boat trip because it included transfer from and to the hotel. First the time of pick up was changed from 9 to 8 a m. So we couldn't take breakfast at the hotel. The bus arrived at 8.45 and not to our hotel. We had to walk. Which is rather difficult for us. Secondly, entering and leaving the boat was a very dangerous process. No proper gangways . Instead a narrow wooden bridge without railing, the old tire or just a gap. On board the music was deafening and the stuff refused to take down the volume. As for guiding it was nothing at all. The lunch on the boat was very primitive. And the time on the islands was shorter than stated. The stays on the islands were too short . We Don't recommend this tour. We left the boat with headache from the deafening music. Luckily enough we were lucky not ti break anything.

Our pickup was earlier than expected, and the journey was smooth and enjoyable. We reached Eacrat for lunch, then boarded a ferry to Kannakkle before heading to the incredible site of Troy. The tour is good but the event management is pathetic. They even could not pick me and my wife from the list of locations they had put forward. The food provider treated people like he was giving free food to prisoners with so little quantity, pick up and drop was not as per the list of pickup locations they had provided. I had to take taxi out or my pocket to reach a location of their own choosing.

Overall a solid trip. Pick up from hotel was about 25 minutes (8:25am vs 8am as instructed to stand at the gate of my hotel and not by the lobby), but traffic in Istanbul is horrible. After stoping a few more times (including the driver picking up a family of 4 (I guess they knew them) and dropped them off somewhere, we were finally on our way! The boat left around 10am. This is one of those large boats with ALOT of people!!! The journey to the first island was pleasant and we had about 2 hours to stroll, shop and get a bite to eat (which I chose to) etc…. You also had to option to rent bikes. Lunch was included served buffet style after the first stop. The boat also had snacks and sodas for an additional cost. We had around 50 minutes at the second island. Which was very beautiful!

This tour provided what was advertised. It could have been aided with a bit more explanation about the islands and history in the very beginning. Perhaps this can be added before the boat is pulled off. Once you get to the island, you are on your own to wander. It would have been nice to have a guided part once on the island. I made the best of it, though, and wandered. If you are up for being completely independent, this tour is for you. The guides leave you alone on the island. There are two hours on the big small island and one hour on the small island. Be sure to carry your passport. I was stopped to show it. That put a damper a bit on the experience on the small island. If you have dietary restrictions, be sure to consult the tour guide beforehand to see if accommodations can be made for lunch. Also, items such as tea, sodas, water, etc., are not part of the package, plan accordingly. They did offer photos as well a key chains that could be made with your name on it. This also is for a separate charge. The people of the island are very friendly. The people on the boat were fun! The tour had music and people were dancing. It's mostly families and couples on this tour, so if you go solo, it might be a bit awkward at some points. Be sure to remember your bus driver as you will need to go back with that person to your hotel meeting point. All in all, the experience is as advertised.

Hello I am very disappointed with this experience. We booked for the family trusting TripAdvisor However, the journey started very badly. The pickup was very late. The driver was angry and stressed to pick up other people on the road. Second surprise when we arrived to the boat. The area was a fishing and dirty area. The boat was very crowded, noisy with no safety measures. When we asked that we were not comfortable and about the safety on board, the staff were not happy and asked us to leave. We were even threatened when we started to take photos of this unsafe boat. We are not recommending to take this trip.

My friend and I decided to spend some time outside of Istanbul, and this looked like a good idea. Unfortunately, we didn't have a very good time. We spent so much time just waiting! 25 minutes waiting for the driver, more than one hour to wait on the boat, in the heat, for other people to arrive before we could start the cruise (we left with over an hour delay), then again 20 minutes delay to leave the second island… On the islands, we didn’t get a tour guide to take us to visit important places unless we wanted to pay extra, which was supposed to be included in our package, as stated in the description of our reservation. As for the English-speaking staff, we didn't meet them. The staff that was on board was more concerned about selling hats, glasses, keychains, etc. than giving us any information. Oh, and playing very loud music! The toilets on the boat were very, very dirty. I communicated all this to the tour operator, Mete, when they messaged us after the cruise (5 days ago) to see if we were happy but I have yet to hear back from them. Overall, we would not recommend it.

Nice day trip. Hotel pickup was on time, fairly short drive to the port. It was a perfect day on the water. Even saw o pod of dolphins/porpoises playing on the way to the island. After short stop on the smaller island, we wen across the strait to the bigger island, and had 2 hours to explore, then a nice cruise back to port. A beautiful waterfront view of Istanbul!

The pick-up arrived 40 minutes late, despite initially informing us they would be early. We ended up waiting outside in freezing 5-degree weather. Onboard, the crew attempted to sell counterfeit perfumes and sunglasses, which felt unprofessional. Declining a photo from the onboard photographer led to us being questioned about our decision, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. While lunch was enjoyable, they offered soft drinks without mentioning the cost and later charged TL 100 per can after the meal. The loud music played nonstop for the entire 6-7 hour journey. The atmosphere felt more like a daytime nightclub than a relaxing tour. Even moving to the lower deck provided no relief, as a DJ was blasting music there too.

It was such a nice day. They confirmed and planned everything with me by phone one day before, the driver picked me up in front of my hotel in a confortable car other participants. The boat is modest and simply furnished but comfortable and large ; I like its wooden style. The guide was kind. And the staff also. We spent such a nice day. The islands are splendid, very quiet and peaceful. I would have liked to stay there forever but I had to go back to my country by night. So they dropped me off on time. They respected the program.

Wonderful guide and bus driver. It takes skill driving thru Istanbul! The ferry over was nice as our weather was nice. We sat on top deck enjoying the ride. It gives a better perspective of how huge the city is. Along the coast, it seems to never end. The islands were a lovely change from the busy city. They were quiet and peaceful and pretty. Great views of the city as well. You have 1.5 hrs on 2nd island. We wish we’d skipped the tour meal on the ferry and had lunch on the island. The little restaurants along the port waterway looked really good with local fish, beef and other things.

I fully enjoyed the tour of beautiful Princes Island from start till end. The eye catching landscapes, beautiful houses and rich history of islands was amazing. The tour company provided excellent arrangements during entire trip including pick n drop, music onboard cruise, professional guides and photographers. I would only recommend some improvement in lunch menu, which was not very good in comparison to other arrangements. It would be unjustified, if i dont mention Bartu, my coordinator for this trip. Her valuable guidance, coordination & attitude was outstanding during my trips for Island and Bursa as well.

regretfully advise against taking this tour. It was a far cry from what they advertised in the introduction. To make matters worse, after a disappointing day on the boat, we were unexpectedly forced to attend a fashion show before heading back on the bus. None of us were informed about this additional event, and they tried to sell us leather coats, which had nothing to do with the tour description. Overall, a terrible experience, and I give it zero marks!

Mete was very professional and easy to deal with. they gave us a tour guide named Hamza who was just incredible. very informative and easy going. They picked us up right in front of the hotel in a large plus sized van and took us to the dock. on the boat there was plenty of refreshments and snacks to buy especially nescafé and tea. We sat in upper deck and there was plenty of shade. things did get a little crowded but that’s probably how it is. even though it was a warm day. the breeze on the boat was fantastic. they take you to two islands, the small one being the first one was less chaotic. the 2nd one was much longer visit but some restaurants were horrible. do not eat on the large island. don’t waste your time. eat the lunch on the boat. afterwards they took us back inland. all in all it was a great trip. I recommended

Well, the Princess Island tour itself was pretty much as in the itinerary. The biggest highlight being the tour guide/MC/DJ, he really brought life to the boat! The boat itself was filthy- bathrooms were even worse. A good regular scrub would go a long long way. The buffet was very underwhelming but not bad tasting at all. The driver who picked us up was absolutely dreadful. We paid to get picked up and dropped off outside the hotel. Instead he came late to collect us and made us WALK 200m to where he parked the car. He claimed there’s no parking which an obvious scam to cut costs. Then for the MASTERPIECE, instead of being dropped off at the hotel he randomly left us near a bus station and told us to walk back. We’re tourists, we had no idea where we were! His English was bad, his attitude was worse so he couldn’t even explain how to get back home. Luckily another family was going in a similar direction and accompanied us until we saw our hotel. It left a bitter taste in our already bland mouths and to be honest, I would NOT recommend.

Didn't really have much time to go around the islands, especially the small one. There was an event at the end that was not written in the itinerary but they took us to a show to expose us to some clothes seller. So basically wasting our time for their own profit. Also very unprofessional, loud songs being played on the ferry that irritated most people.

I contacted this travel company on the last minute the day before. It was really easy to book and I got the ticket straight away. MELIKE was our tour guide. I was picked up from my hotel. MELIKE looked after all the tourists very well and made sure they were all ok. She was very kind and supportive. She even helped me with payment when I run short of the local currency. I was dropped at my hotel at the end of the trip. Highly recommended to all the toursists from abroad who want to visit Princes Island with comfort and no stress.

My experience with them was pretty bad. I would give them two stars if I could -- the only reason I'm not is because the tour operator was reasonable enough to refund me with the lunch cost (5 euros) when I asked for it; I had asked my food to be packaged since I didn't want to eat on the ship, but they gave mistakenly gave me someone else's leftover, which I didn't realize until I returned home. There was some weird "fashion show" thing that we had to walk to at the very end of the trip, which I don't believe was included in the itinerary. It was just very awkward -- the ladies there were being a little pushy and were trying to sell things. Also; most of the people on board were Russian speakers, so I felt like most of the tour was carried out in Russian. There were some instructions in English but once we landed on one of the islands, I saw the Russian guide giving his group a rundown history tour while there wasn't anyone doing that in English. Again, that would have been accepted if it was just a tour, but I purchased an English tour. I worked as a tour guide before, so I know a thing or two about how hard it is to manage big groups, but this one just felt like it lacked lots of things.
