He didn’t answer my question despite claiming 24/7 service, and the pickup wasn’t smooth—we waited at a different location than the driver. However, his car was clean and the drive was comfortable, despite the 20-minute delay. The building didn’t look inviting from the outside, and when we arrived, we were greeted in a "friendly" manner, though they immediately tried to upsell us an additional €60 service. The hygiene was a concern—used flip-flops covered in oil from previous guests and a shared face mask brush. The sauna didn’t feel relaxing, more like dry hot air. The salt room was confusing; I’m not sure how the dry, cold air and salt were supposed to help. The Turkish bath itself was good, but the experience lacked structure. We were treated differently than others, and the tea included in our booking was served only to staff, while we were charged €3 for a Coke. The massage was uncomfortable, with a phone timer interrupting the session, and the therapists seemed annoyed, whispering to each other. Overall, we didn’t feel comfortable and were glad when it was over. The two stars are for the effort of the Turkish bath staff, but it wasn’t worth the money.

For an additional €5, I opted for a strawberry scrub, followed by a foam massage, and then had some time to relax in the rest area. Next, I enjoyed a private oil massage. While additional massages are available for a small fee, the pricing was so reasonable it didn't feel necessary. Afterward, we were taken back to the hotel via private shuttle.
