The camel ride itself was enjoyable. You ride in a line with others to a scenic spot where someone takes plenty of photos on your phone, free of charge—a nice touch.However, the organization left much to be desired. Mete managed my reservation, and I initially asked if they could pick me up from the bus station instead of the hotel, as I might not arrive at the hotel on time. Mete said no, so I adjusted my plans to fit the timing, which was also changed randomly from 4:30 PM to 3:00 PM for the "sunset" ride. The next day, Mete messaged me on WhatsApp from a different account (from another tour agency), saying they would now pick me up from the bus station. When I asked if we could stick to the hotel pickup since I had already rearranged my schedule, he said that wasn’t possible, forcing me to change my plans again.To top it off, after the ride, someone else entirely messaged me from yet another account, claiming to be my tour manager, and asked me to send him a screenshot of a 5-star review. The experience, though enjoyable, was overshadowed by poor communication and mismanagement.

My family and I did the sunrise camel tour, and it was absolutely incredible! Watching the hot air balloons float over the mountains from the back of a camel felt magical. They take you to a scenic cliff with balloons as the backdrop and capture plenty of pictures on your phone. An unforgettable experience!

The local guides were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our tour. They picked us up from our hotel on time, guided us through a stunning valley, and dropped us back afterward. Riding the camels was a lot of fun, and the scenery was breathtaking. The guides took us to a fantastic spot for photos and even captured drone video footage, which they offered at a reasonable price.The only downside was that the tour was advertised as a "sunset" tour, but it started at 4:30 PM when the sun was still quite high. It wasn’t the sunset view I had envisioned, but overall, it was still a very enjoyable experience.
