Despite the package mentioning unlimited drinks, we were told alcoholic beverages like beer and gin were not included, which was confusing and frustrating. Instead, we were offered strong cocktails, tap beer, or wine, which should have been clarified upfront. The stop at the wishing cave was rushed, lasting only a minute, and the boat was cramped, making it hard to get photos. While the BBQ smelt amazing, the portion size was disappointing, with just a small piece of chicken, salad, and pasta. I had hoped for something more traditional. Additionally, keep in mind that cash is needed for photos. We didn’t have any, so we were taken to an ATM in Turunc. Unfortunately, this resulted in an issue with a scammy subscription, which we had to report to the bank. Despite these issues, the swim spots and the atmosphere made it an overall enjoyable trip. With some improvements in communication, organization, and food, this could be a fantastic experience.

I’m not one to write bad reviews, as I don’t like putting someone’s business down, but I feel there was a miscommunication somewhere in the organization for this trip. My partner and I are an English-speaking couple, and unfortunately, we ended up on a boat with around 80 non-English speaking customers and staff. The staff were all very friendly, but only one person spoke some English, so we didn’t know what was going on or what the next activity was. It seems there may be a version of this tour for English speakers, but we weren’t on it, so I’d recommend checking beforehand if you want to ensure you're on the right boat. That being said, the stops were great – we had three swimming breaks with plenty of time at each one, and there was a stop at a lovely little town which was a nice touch. The food was really good, and considering the price of around £20 for a full day out, including lunch, unlimited soft drinks, tea/coffee, and transfers, it’s hard to complain. The boat was busy, but it wasn’t overcrowded, which was a relief. Overall, it was still a good experience, but just make sure you confirm the language details before booking!
