Communication was great, with pick-up time confirmed the day before via WhatsApp. We were picked up promptly at 9 am from our hotel and enjoyed a refreshing drive in the jeep. The water fight with the other 10 jeeps was so much fun, followed by a quick refreshment stop. The visit to the waterfall was beautiful and perfect for photos. While the area was pleasant, the lack of excitement and atmosphere didn’t match the "jeep safari" experience we had anticipated.
