Osman was an excellent agent fast, efficient, and very helpful. Booking and confirmation were seamless with easy communication for any questions or concerns. The private Turkish bath experience was fantastic and truly great value for money. Unlike some places, there was no pressure to upgrade services beyond what was booked, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The all-female staff provided an excellent hammam scrub and massage, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. While the spa itself could use a bit of a refresh, it didn’t take away from the experience. Great service, great value I’ll definitely return. Thank you!

The bath experience itself was excellent, but the organization upon arrival was disappointing. Waiting over 30 minutes before being taken to a sales office for an upsell was frustrating and took away from the overall enjoyment. However, once that part was over, the rest of the experience was quite enjoyable.
