- ●Flights may occasionally be canceled unexpectedly due to wind, fog, or other unforeseen conditions. Final decisions are made by our pilots and local authorities, as your safety remains our top priority.
- ●In accordance with civil aviation regulations, children under the age of 5 are not permitted to participate in the flight.
Know Before You Go
- ●If the civil aviation authority cancels the balloon flight on the day of the tour, guests with flight bookings will receive a 65% refund. This policy does not apply to guests who booked the balloon-watching tour.
- ●Entry fees are not included, but your guide will provide skip-the-line tickets to bypass long queues.
- ●As this is a long journey, there will be scheduled stops for shopping and restroom breaks.

This tour was outstanding and definitely worth the cost. Everything from the hot air balloon ride to the meals and transportation was of high quality, with nothing feeling substandard. Mert, our tour guide, was exceptional always composed and courteous. As vegetarians, we especially appreciated the lunch, which was the best we've had during our time in Turkey. A solid five star experience.

The trip to Pamukkale for the balloon ride was well organized and thoughtfully planned. Although the day started very early, the experience made it worthwhile. It was a long day overall, but everything ran smoothly. The meals were arranged nicely, and Tugba Restaurant stood out as a great choice. A surprise part of the itinerary was the wine tasting, which added a pleasant touch. Our guide, Mert, did a great job and showed a lot of patience, especially with those who were running late in the group :D

The only downside was that the itinerary could have included more detailed information, as we ended up visiting more places than I had expected. Also, the lunch could have been better in terms of quality. But trip was amazing.

Waking up at 1 a.m. wasn’t exactly appealing, but it turned out to be completely worth it for such an incredible day. I was genuinely speechless I've never seen places so stunning and serene. Watching the sunrise over the mountains was absolutely unforgettable. Our guide Karam was hands down the best I’ve had during my entire trip. His knowledge and the way he led the experience added so much to the day. If there’s one thing you do while in Turkey, let it be the hot air balloon ride and a visit to Pamukkale.

The hot air balloon ride was truly unforgettable. Just keep in mind that it’s a very long day, so be ready for that. There were two shopping stops along the way, which felt unnecessary given how long the day already was those could definitely be shortened. Victoria was the Russian guide. She was very loud and a bit chaotic but Turkish guide Mert did everything he could to keep things smooth and comfortable. Big thanks to Mert for his effort!

Our day began with a hot air balloon ride, which was truly a once in a lifetime experience we enjoyed every moment of it. After that, we visited Pamukkale, relaxed in the Cleopatra Pool and explored the ancient ruins. The day ended with a wine tasting which was a lovely and relaxing way to wrap things up. Mert was a fantastic guide friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. The only drawback was that the coach felt a bit cramped, which made the initial 3hour journey challenging, especially with the 2 a.m pickup. Despite that, the trip was absolutely worth it. Thank you.

Kerem was a fantastic guide throughout the trip. We were lucky to have a private English speaking tour with him, as the other travelers were Russian and had a separate guide. Everything went according to plan, and Kerem did a great job providing clear explanations and helping with translation when needed. If you book this tour, I truly hope you get Kerem as your guide. The balloon ride was thrilling and absolutely stunning great value for the money and well worth the bus journey.

The trip to Pamukkale was fantastic. It was a long day, as we had to arrive before sunset but overall it was a great experience. The only downside was the lunch buffet the food wasn’t to my taste. Other than that I really enjoyed the day. Our guide Kerem, was kind and supportive throughout. He always had a smile on his face and made the tour enjoyable with his friendly attitude.
